location - very central. It was a narrow street generally very quiet, but the shutters on the windows cut out all street sounds. The place was well equipped, fairly spacious and had a lovely ambiance, and feel of old Toledo, yet with all the modern comforts (except an elevator!) As it was chilly in the morning and at night, the heaters in every room - including the two bathrooms - were very welcome.

More coffee pods - we only had three for three people, four nights!

Love the artesanal feel and so convenient-just a few steps from the main plaza.Construction and restoration noise but minimal. So much more friendly and safe feeling than larger city apartments. No lockbox or safe. Comfortable beds. Comfortable couch to telex with kids after sightseeing for a movie. Coffee pot and microwave.

No in unit washer/dryer. No lockbox. Antique construction style so not very secure but Toledo feels small and safe. Flooring warped

This is a dream place! Pack light to get through the narrow walkway (sort of like a sidewalk), but once you get here, it is like a cottage in heaven! We are in love with the place. Check-in is digital and extremely efficient!

There is no way to get here in a car. You have to walk between 5 to 15 minutes! Toledo is a small town, like a maze, but that is part of its charm.

This property was in an excellent location. We stayed on the second floor. It was spacious and comfortable for our family of 4 and a 3yr old. 2 steps from Zocodover plaza and close to everything.

It is a bit hidden, in a street off the “main streets” but it is part of the charm of being right in the center.

Quiet, comfortable and convenient. Great location. Bravo for somewhere in the shower to put soap etc. It's amazing how many holiday rentals don't. Well equipped.

Check in was a bit of a nightmare. The hotel was very helpful and sent someone to help us fight our way through big brother self check in. It probably helps to be younger. Lighting wasn't great.

Good location, everything was walking distance, it was very clean and cozy.

It would be great to have hanging coat racks.

Our flat was wonderful - better than we could have hoped, really. It was just as pictured on the Booking.com site - and as centrally located as promised (and yet on a quiet side street). The flat was nicely renovated and very clean. And the A/C was excellent - and we arrived in a heat wave with temperatures reaching 41 Celsius, so that’s saying something. We really felt we had this medieval palacio all to ourselves. A truly exceptional property.

The management, however, was completely incompetent. First, they sent us the wrong front door code, so the whole family was locked outside in a heat wave. I tried to call the phone number on the front door, but no one answered. Luckily, another guest was returning and let us in. When we got into the flat neither of the 2 wi-fi networks listed in the flat’s info binder were active. When I got in contact with the manager to explain, he told me to log into another network - and then gave me THE WRONG PASSWORD (!) And then, that wi-fi network was so weak that we all had to use our data, all of it. What a disaster. But again, a fabulous property (even if the shower fixtures are falling apart: again, bad management)

in March, with rainy days, it was quite humid and fresh inside the apartment
