location - very central. It was a narrow street generally very quiet, but the shutters on the windows cut out all street sounds. The place was well equipped, fairly spacious and had a lovely ambiance, and feel of old Toledo, yet with all the modern comforts (except an elevator!) As it was chilly in the morning and at night, the heaters in every room - including the two bathrooms - were very welcome.

More coffee pods - we only had three for three people, four nights!

The appartment is really nice, and it's spacious. The showers and its amenities were nice. Lots of air-conditioning it keeps the apartment really nice. The location is amazing, you can reach almost everything by walk. And it has some parkings close by.

It took a while for them to answer the request about the invoice, that only can be requested after your check-out. It took almost 2 weeks after so many contacts, and I had to call twice to have it done.

Love the artesanal feel and so convenient-just a few steps from the main plaza.Construction and restoration noise but minimal. So much more friendly and safe feeling than larger city apartments. No lockbox or safe. Comfortable beds. Comfortable couch to telex with kids after sightseeing for a movie. Coffee pot and microwave.

No in unit washer/dryer. No lockbox. Antique construction style so not very secure but Toledo feels small and safe. Flooring warped

More information about the property taxi will take you within 20 Mtrs of the door sat nav may take you to Mars good stairs but 2nd floor need good legs no corkscrew😩couldn’t find remote but didn’t chase outside too good to miss

The location is in the heart of the city. The rooms are very clean.

If you come to Toledo by car, the apartment is far away from parking places. We came around 23.00 and the elevator which goes to city center was closed. We had very bad times to reach the apartment.

This is a dream place! Pack light to get through the narrow walkway (sort of like a sidewalk), but once you get here, it is like a cottage in heaven! We are in love with the place. Check-in is digital and extremely efficient!

There is no way to get here in a car. You have to walk between 5 to 15 minutes! Toledo is a small town, like a maze, but that is part of its charm.

This property was in an excellent location. We stayed on the second floor. It was spacious and comfortable for our family of 4 and a 3yr old. 2 steps from Zocodover plaza and close to everything.

It is a bit hidden, in a street off the “main streets” but it is part of the charm of being right in the center.

Quiet, comfortable and convenient. Great location. Bravo for somewhere in the shower to put soap etc. It's amazing how many holiday rentals don't. Well equipped.

Check in was a bit of a nightmare. The hotel was very helpful and sent someone to help us fight our way through big brother self check in. It probably helps to be younger. Lighting wasn't great.

Good location, everything was walking distance, it was very clean and cozy.

It would be great to have hanging coat racks.
