Staff were very helpful. The room was spacious wth everything we needed, comfortable bed and pillows and when we requested a kettle this was delivered with no problem and quickly. We had evening dinner at the hotel and that was excellent. The Breakfast was also good with various choices of fruits, cereals, breads, pasteries, orange juice and water and hot breakfast food to order. The coffee was from an Nesperroso machine and for me that was the only disappointment as coffee is important to us. The bar service was also great with a good selection of drinks and tapas snacks. Highly recommended.

No much soundproofing in the room from the balcony doors with street noise heard in the early hours.

Both ladies at the front desk were wonderful. Very friendly and when my limited Spanish stumbled, they would help with English but well beyond that they were just courteous and nice. Don’t know their names but me the first night and the other one check me out on the day of departure.

The service for breakfast at least for me was not good. I had to get the waitress to For scrambled eggs, the first day and for grilled bacon the second. I actually tipped the waitress the first day But when it happened again, there was no tip and there shouldn’t have been. There were only three tables with documents each day and each of those cases they were all finished eating and just sitting there so it wasn’t like she was swamped.

The room was excellent and the bed enormous and very comfortable. The team on Reception had excellent English and were very helpful in explaining directions and ordering a taxi. On our first evening the waiter helped us choose tasty Tapas when we arrived later than planned. We really appreciated his help.

The staff serving at breakfast were not always present or efficient. We often waited to order our cooked breakfast and there were shortages of spoons, cups and croissants. The fried eggs this morning were horribly undercooked- lots of clear gelatinous uncooked whites. The service was passive, without enthusiasm or care and largely indifferent. On the second evening there was no way of understanding the menu so we abandoned our booking and went elsewhere. Such a pity because a little energy (and English) would have gone a long way.

We paid for a king suite but when we got to the room no 16 it was very noisy as the only window overlooked the atrium of the hotel and the people talking in the atrium was so loud. We asked to move rooms and were given a deluxe double with no offer of a king suite or a refund of the difference It does not have a balcony as advertised but doors that open to the atrium

We have spent a night in this hotel. I love boutique hotels as they are smaller and more attentive to the client needs and they usually located in historical buildings. We loved this hotel as it had everything to be cosy and relax after visiting the town.

Just only one note: during the breakfast, we felt watched by stuff (waiter) and she was checking how much we ate and looked at us in an intimidating manner. She wasn’t friendly neither when we have arrived and strictly pointed where we ALLOWED to seat to have breakfast even the hotel was half empty. The variety is quite limited, but super fresh.

Very nice hotel with modern facilities. I would choose it. Very friendly and professional staff.

Unfortunately on the last night the noise from the bar restaurant could be heard in our room on the 1st floor which was near the stairs and did not let us sleep until 01:00 a.m. The management will have to address the issue and separate and soundproof this space. I'm sure they were aware of the noise pollution problem faced by the first floor rooms near the stairs.

Central location. The checking in process was quick and efficient. We booked the suite and we were not disappointed. Extremely spacious, comfortable and extremely clean. Bathroom was excellent, large shower unit with 2 x overhead showers. It also had to hand held shower heads. The hotel bar was good with a good choice and very reasonably priced. All the staff were polite, helpful and spoke great English. On checking out we were given a small gift which as an ornate key to remember our trip.

From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming and attentive, making the check-in process seamless and stress-free. The room was impeccably clean and beautifully decorated. I loved the comfy bed and thoughtful amenities, which made my stay incredibly relaxing. Overall, my stay at Coastal Paradise Hotel was nothing short of wonderful. I will definitely be returning in the future and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect getaway!

The reception staff were absolutely amazing. Helpful, friendly, interested. Give them a pay rise. Our breakfast waitress on our first morning was also fantastic (Tuesday 29th April). The decor is really cosy and clean. Very comfortable and clean room Great central location.

Cant think of anything other than maybe vegetarian sausages on the breakfast menu.

Very helpful and friendly staff, great location in the centre of town, comfortable bed and good bathroom. Great mix of an historic building and modern refurbishment.
