Staying in a place that matches the vibe of the city. Comfy bed. AC on a super hot day and mini fridge. Reading from the reviews, they did fix the bad smell, therefore it was smelling very nice when we came in the building and into our room. Would be extra nice to have a bottle of water on the fridge :)

The walls in the sink area were a bit disgusting, but the rest was pretty well cleaned.

After staying in a small arbnb in Madrid we had low expectations of this place and as we got closer and closer our expectations lowered even more, Old Toledo is built on top of a mountain and we were on what was like the foothill below he mountain in an old ruin and as we road up this narrow cobble stone street looking at what appeared to original buildings still inhabited just as some were abandoned. We stopped at one of the old stone buildings that lined the street and put in our passcode and walked into another world. A cool, modern, beautiful world, front room a lounge with a central atriem on the next step to spacious rooms awaiting that are just as beautiful (many of the walls still with the original rock)

That they were sold out. we could not stay beyond what we had reserved. It was the perfect point in which to explore old Toledo, a short walk took you to a series of escalaters that lead to the central plaza in the heart of old Toledo, with many cafes and restaurants along the way. I am 81 and slow and was very grateful to the maid that was cleaning the rooms. She explained to us how everything worked. I forget her name but she was from Venezuela. Please thank her for me if you see her.

It’s good value for money, you get what you pay for. We did not see any staff while we stayed here as they sent us a code to the property and the room before our arrival, this suited us as we checked in online. The room was clean enough, although the bathroom was a little bit dated which gave the impression it needed a better clean but can’t complain for the price we paid. Location was quite central and not far from the town centre although it was down a hill so maybe not the best if you don’t like walking in the heat.

Air conditioning wasn’t great

Hotel was extremely beautiful and aesthetically pleasing, very clean and cosy! Perfect for a romantic weekend getaway! Super easy and comfortable to check in and out, we loved everything!

The location. Dodgy neighbourhoood and street, quite dark and not very safe at night. The hill is very uncionvenient to climb every time, in order to go up to the main street and centre.

The property was very unique and nicely designed. Our room was spacious, bed was comfortable and shower was great. Coffee was instant.

The Hostal signage wasn’t very prominent and we couldn’t find it initially .It was self serve. We did call Booking.com and they got right back to us. We hadn’t received our check in details and code.

This is a nice hostel without any reception. When you book you get an entry code to the building and the room. The room we had was clean, had a comfortable bed, nice shower and a small terrace. The hostal is located a short walk from one of the entrance gates to the city. There is parking on the street (orange zone, you have to pay in the machine!) or free parking 10 mins. away.

Safety wise, you depend on the other guests to close the front door, not everybody checks that it is really closed.

Nice, clean and welcoming hotel. Good location for all things in Toledo old town. Very good communication with staff via messaging (despite no on-site staff) who were very helpful with requests. Rooms were a good size and beds very comfortable. Check in and access was relatively straightforward.

Superbly well decorated, relaxed. Also, self check in is easy and neatly working.

Toilet paper quality is not identical of what the hotel offers. Which is really a minor thing. ;) Also, for those who come from abroad if you don’t have access to internet, get your check in instructions earlier than your arrival. You won’t have a wifi access until you get inside to your room.

Great location in walking distance of the main part of Toledo and in a quiet area/street! Rooms were fantastic, easy access to property - amazing interiors would highly recommend!!!

Sound proofing between rooms isn’t the best but people seem to stick to the quiet hours!

Excellent from all points of view. Location is perfect, free parking a few minutes away, and main sights of the city also at a walking distance. Beatiful design (the lobby is particularly beautiful) and cosy, well equipped room. Perfect cleanliness and comfortable bed.
