I was travelling with a group of eight (six students and two adults). The location was an easy walk from the train station (and very close to the bus station). It was also a relatively quick walk to enter the historic center via la Puerta Nueva de Bisagra (which we did twice). The price was excellent and the staff even better. The manager was very quick to respond (we had travel complications) and her advice very helpful, particularly her recommendations for places to eat with my group. One of the highlights for our visit, in fact, was the place that she recommended for breakfast. The rooms were plenty large and clean, and the air was on and our rooms cooling up on our arrival.

The hotel is located up a side street and very steep to negociate as we were on a motorbike. The receptionist Anna was very helpful and friendly and helped us. The room was spacious and was all we required for our one night stay. We walked into town which is a bit of a walk but they have escalators which are a God send. Steeped in History Toledo is fasinating and well worth visiting.

Lovely place, spacious room. Everyone was so nice and helpful explaining the main places to visit. We also liked the location next to the bus station and not far from the town and train station.

There was no air-conditioning at night, but there was a fan, so we could handle it.

The hosts are very very friendly and helpful. We were too late for check in but they waited for us to arrive. The hotel is located just next to the entry of the Old part of Toledo and enough parking lot are there (don't forget to pay or you'll be fined). It's clean and quite.

All good, just the water pressure in the shower a bit weak.

Located near the escalators in a quiet neighborhood. The host is amazing. She assisted us with recommendations for restaurants and shops nearby.

The location is great it is between the old town and the new Toledo ) so you can visit the old town in the morning and the new Toledo in the second part of the day.

Very good value for this price, clean rooms, silent at night, English speaking staff which is not that obvious in Spain. Also very close to bus, train and to downtown.

The staff super helpfull, very clean hotel. Good airconditioning and wifi. The hotel is 5 minutes on foot to the bus station, 5 minutes to on foot to Puerta de Bisagra and old town, 5 minutes on foot to mechanical stairs leading up to old town.

They don't offer brekafast. Very poor isolation between the rooms, the doors and window are far away from being sounproofing.

Staff was exceptionally good and helpful, especially both ladies at the reception. I would stay there again.

Warm greeting upon arrival and very accommodating. I never knew her name, but she spoke to us in Spanish in a way to help us learn, took time to show us how to get around Toledo and recommended restaurants. There's no way to make tea or coffee in the room, so she gave me a pitcher of hot water, cup and spoon to take to my room. I really appreciated that.

Not knowing a place nearby to get coffee in the morning that first day.
