The location is convenient for visiting the old part of the city. A short walk to the escalators takes you there easily. The tapas bar / restaurant right outside is great and again super convenient. Great food and fair prices. I did not have any problem with parking and was lucky enough to get a free spot at the front of the Hostel. Special mention to Jose on the desk who was very helpful and super friendly.

Not much that we didn´t like during our visit. Some noisy guest later in the night after the finish of a concert in the bull ring directly across the road. But to be fair that was a minor issue and did not go on for long. Bathroom could do with some additional bench space to sit your things while in there.

Friendly Staff, young man, Hosea, can speak English and super helpful. For some reasons, their Aircon can be controlled via the front desk. We needed Cold air and not heater , so Hosea helped to make the change. Beds and pillows are comfortable. Rooms and towels are clean. Mini kitchen with microwave and single stove + small fridge in Family Suite. Wifi works well. Quiet place. 400m has a big supermarket.

We had the Family suite. There are stairs , 4 flights / about 1.5 floor... Toledo is a hilly city. From the bus station there's a steep climb to accomodation, ( almost all accomodation )

We would have liked facilities to make a hot drink in our room, which we felt should have been provided as standard, as there was nothing else available in the hostel. (There was a very good bar next door, but not as convenient, early and late). . However, we asked to stay a second night, and accepted that we would need to move to a more expensive room. This one does have a fridge, microwave and coffee machine, so that was much better.

We arrived exhausted on New Year's Eve. We had booked the hotel a few hours earlier because we originally planned to celebrate New Year's elsewhere, but due to severe weather, we drove to Toledo instead. We were helped by a super friendly man who checked us in. That was a great start to our evening.

Very noisy rooms

Room was very comfortable on the first floor with inside view but nice. Have second floor rooms with outside view of hostoric sites near by. Staff was very accomadating. Great location near the historic center but If don't want to take the walk uphill to the historic center bus stops right accross the street for $1.40 euro #10 buss and others drop you right at historic center square. Cafe bar right in front of the same name not affiliated with hotel great for breakfast lots of choices even egg with bacon dishes good coffee and fabulous huge croissants open til 11-12 pm. Buger king right accross the street for the non adventurous or those that miss a US burger. Lots of free stuff to do on Sundays Greco museum, Santa Cruz museum and don't miss military museum in the old Alcazar especially the Cafe restaurant excellent full course price fixe menu 14-20 euros depending on what entre you pick with lots of choices. Closes with museum at 5 so get a table by @4 great view over the city. Great base for our 2 days of touring Toledo.

Location. Cafe Galvenes right in front! Value for money!

The Place Is close to the center and easy access to the old city. The staff is nice and welcoming and the rooms are clean and comfortable. Maybe not the most modern but more than exceptional for the price paid. They have a bar right next to them that make a great coffee and breakfast.

Great location, very centrally located. The room was clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

There was a situation with parking where some people parked illegally and blocked the area. However the staff was very helpful to help work things out!

I liked everything - location, the apartament, the staff. The place was extra clean, spacious, the guys in the reception - fantastic, the bar downstairs - handy and quiet. It’s a stone throw from the bus station, about a quarter of walk from the main square and 5 minutes from the Tavera museuem. In the morning the traffic can be heard, but it’s not a big problem. I was in the apartament, but could see the standard rooms and the pictures on the site reflect the reality. Strongly recomend it. Had a fantastic time and if I am in Toledo again, I will try to book it again.

There’s nothing I can complain about.

Everything about this Hotel was a good surprise, The girl on the reception waited for us even though her shift ends 1 hour before our arrival time. The apartment was very new and big size for 3 people.

The only thing I didn’t like was the plastic protection the mattress it make the sleep a bit uncomfortable

Although at first glance, guests may be worried that they made a bad choice, once you get to the room there is everything you could possibly want, and its clean, spacious and comfortable. Even the towels get changed everyday. Location is good and the historic town is just about within walking distance. However there are buses to the monuments every 5 minutes or so. We also had the pleasure to dine at the bar/restaurant downstairs. Basic but good quality food and good service and prices. I can recommend the sizziling Chuleton (Rib of beef). Well over 1/2 kg of meat,. Two of us shared it, it was cooked to perfection..

Unfortunately the property has no lift. We stayed at the second floor. As I am struggling a bit with my arms and knees, I found it a little inconvenient with the suitcases, but It is a Hostel after all. Can't expect hotel facilities. However as all the front office staff were very friendly, I am sure that if I needed help they would have done so without hesitation.
