Helpful English-speaking staff at check-in. Everything worked once you'd worked out how best to arrange yourself around it. Not far from the city centre really.

Air conditioning seemed to pulse between warm and cold rather than maintaining a constant temperature. Power socket (just one I could see) and light switches inconveniently located in the middle of the headboard area of the bed where they could easily be knocked by a pillow where sleeping. Room a little cramped when set up as a triple. I could park outside the hotel for free as it was a public holiday - but I think generally it costs, and it's hard to find a space. Learning - travel to Toledo by train

we can not fault this hotel and its location .but due to passed experiences with cities parking can be a nightmare so when we saw free parking on booking .com it was a no brainer to take the parking hassle out .but on arrivel .we got a 12euros bill for parking .false adv for me

Friendly staff, room, lights, mostly clean, location (I think 20 min walking to city center), park on the other side of the street, coffee 24/7

No elevator, bath did not drain too easily, bath had pumps or something that don't work (for a bubble bath), there was one dead bug in the bathroom , no tea (I love tea!) but this might be a Spanish culture thing .

The room was very clean. The woman working the counter at check-in was extremely informative about the town. She was quick to pull out the map, made sure to point out all the good spots for pictures and food, and the best ways to get there. I speak only a little conversational Spanish, so even though our entire interaction was in Spanish, she spoke slowly and clearly enough that I could understand everything. The beds and pillows were memory foam, too! Extremely comfortable.

The attendant was very courteous. The room was updated and very clean. The bed and pillow were very comfortable. Access to Free parking during the weekend on the street. A bus stop was not far. Walking distance to restaurants.

If you are mobility impaired, the staircase may be an issue. Parking during the week may be an issue.

The young lady at the desk where I checked in - she was truly wonderful. Give her praise and a rai$e.

I am over 6 feet tall (about 2 meters) in height. I liked the apartment, but its sloping roof averaged about 4 feet high; this was problematic. And the parking garage was full of close pillars!

Great room and nice little details left by the staff. The bed was comfy, and the location is great.

The walls are quite thin and you can hear other talking but unfortunately that's not something staff can make better.

Very pleasant receptionist, Showed me room which was over the road in a different building, and to the garage to park my car. Gave me a map with the points of interest marked up on it as she directed me on a walking tour of Toledo. I hope to take my wife to Toledo next year and would certainly try to stay at Trípolis Toledo again.

Can't fault it.

Free car park is located about 200 yeards from the hotel on the open public space. Right outside there is a Blue Zone street parking that costs 1.70EUR for 2 hours but you can extend as many times as you like. In August you only have to pay hours between 10am a 2pm the rest of the day and Sundays are free.

Very thin walls, you can actully hear people wispering next door. Do not expext to fall asleep before midnight.

Clean and close to the city. Parking just outside the hostel, close to restaurants and just 20-30 min walk to the heart of Toledo.

The A.C takes a time before it gets started. But in fact nothing negative.
