We wished we could have a coffee maker/fridge in the room. Or at least coffee available in lobby. The shower seemed a bit dangerous/slippery, shower door was odd, glass and was only a half door. I felt that if I lost my balance or slipped, I could get hurt.

Friendly staff and clean rooms is always very important for me. And the view from the window on the old town was worth paying a bit more for the room.

Parking spaces - is not possible to book in advance and you have to find the parking space at the street late in the night after long day of car ride.

Nice hotel with a lovely pool. Check in was easy, we parked in the area just outside the hotel, unloaded our bags and the staff told us about free parking just up the road. The location is nice, the area is clean and quiet. We walked to Toledo Cathedral, about 2.2kms and 28mins walk. There are a few restaurants and cafes along the way for breakfast, dinners or drinks. Our room was very comfortable, we paid the extra to have a view and it was definitely a wow moment to see the cathedral, monastery etc in the distance, especially all lit up at night.

It was a really hot day (39 degrees) and we didn't feel the airco in the room

Very nice front desk team, professional check in and check out. A good assistance for everything regarding the hotel services, the city, the area and I really appreciated this hotel. The breakfast team does not speak English except 1 person and its a pity in such a hotel category The room is perfect and with a lot of amenities and fabulous view on Toledo city

The price of 159€ was a bit high and it would be good to have people who speak English the parking seems to be charged but not so sure as I did not park there

The most comfortable bed I have had in a long time! The room was well equipped and the breakfast really good. It was great to cool off in the small pool after a long drive.

The restaurant was closed, except for breakfast but there was a good seafood restaurant within the local area. We knew the hotel was not in the centre of Toledo but it was a 30 minute walk which might be too far for some.

10 out of 10,everything wonderful, all the staff esp the girl on her first day,location, view,room size,breakfast section great,room clean ,parking,great chain of hotels I use them a lot in different locations I choose to visit.

Loved everything, no negatives

Great, very friendly staff, clean and comfortable hotel, really big bed and nice shower amenities. Close to the old town (10min walk) and a super market. Great value for money
