Perfect hotel in Toledo! Located right beside Plaza Zocodover, and very easy to find and get back to after a day of walking around the city centre. If you go by car it's best you leave it outside the centre (there is a free park but the hotel also gives you a discount for an underground parking) and just use the escalators to go up to the Plaza, it's very easy! The hotel was delightful, very comfortable, quiet and clean, and the staff very welcoming and helpful. We were delighted with our stay and hope to get back soon!

Amazing and friendly staff (night host gave me information on where to find the grave of Bahamontes and let me take my bicycle up to the room). Location is great, room was very spacious and cool. Good towels, good WiFi and the hotel was quiet at night.

Just the shower was pretty small and dated, but for the price I paid this was completely fine.

Photos on the booking site don’t represent how much nicer the room are. Theses are classy hotel rooms not a dark room in someone’s house. One I had (last minute booking due to fruit sellers/farmers convention in Madrid all I could find there for this day was 200€ bed in a dorm) was spacious with table & chairs to eat at, nice clean bathroom, good tv and large window that opened for fresh air. You cannot have a better location in Toledo than this hostal. It is in one of the corners of plaza major without the noise you get in typical tourist spots. Front desk staff spoke good English and were very friendly and helpful which we don’t often get during busy tourist season. Difficult stairs and ramp to get to elevator people mention is not that bad unless you are mobility challenged person or have overly heavy luggages.

Absolutely central location at the busy turistic pedestrian street. This will introduce some outside noise, even after dark, but hey! Staff very amable.

A cleaning could be better. Facilities are a bit worn out but totally usable. Note that reaching elevator may give a hard time to persons with disabilities.

Really central location to explore Toledo. You are pretty much almost on the central square but the bedrooms are away from the crowds meaning it is super quiet - perfect! The front desk is 24 hours which is great and the staff are friendly and ready to be of help with any questions. The room itself was a double room with en suite looking out into the centre of the building so lighting wasn't high but it fitted my needs and was a comfy, clean stay!

Nothing to add here as it fitter my needs and was good value for the money!

The Renfre train station although not far seems further on a hot day with luggage due to the hills similar to Coimbra Portugal.

The hostal is not a good choice for people with reduced mobility, the access ramp to the elevators is quite steep Shower support was broken.

This hotel is very centrally located. The room and en-suite bathroom were small but functional, very clean. The receptionist's English is not very good, yet we understood each other in all respects. Very friendly and helpful. I can recommend this hotel.

It was my third stay at Hostal Centro and I hope not my last. The name tells the truth - it is located in the very centre of Toledo, practically at Plaza Zocodover, about 300 m form the Alcazar, but the rooms are quiet and comfortable. It is very clean all around. The hostel does not offer breakfasts, but there are plenty of cafes and restaurants in the neighbourhood. What was particularly important for my work, the rooms have a good wi-fi connection. There is also a lift in case you need it.

As there are no breakfasts, I would suggest the management to have two things in the room: 1) an electric kettle - it is nice to make youself a morning coffee without having to go out; 2) a small fridge would be a bonus.

Loved the location, it's right in the center. Staff were very friendly also.

The bed wasn't the most comfortable, but it's an older building (because it's in the center near the main plaza). Room was a bit large as well.
