July 2025

We stayed at the end of June, as a family of 4. Rooms are comfortable, all staff are friendly and polite. The beach is just across the road from the hotel, also very clean. Food is ok, we always found something to eat. There is a snack bar beside the pool which is open when the restaurant is closed, food there - burgers, sausages, chips and toasties etc are cooked infront of you and tasty. Entertainment team are fantastic, credit to the hotel.

Air conditioning is woeful, rooms become so hot. I complained twice I was told maintenance had been up but really nothing changed. I was speaking to 2 other people staying and both their rooms were the same. Key cards sometimes work and sometimes don’t. I had 4 trips down to reception to get new ones. Also happening to others! Lifts are a disaster especially at peak meal times. On our last day we walked down 4 flights of stairs with all our suitcases as we gave up waiting!! Pool - staff open the gates at 9am. To ensure you get sunbeds with a parasol you need to queue from 7.45!!! Yes there were issues but they aren’t major and didn’t spoil our holiday.

The the rooms are clean, contemporary, spacious and functional. We got probably the best room the hotel on the very top corner facing the sea. The location could not be better if you like the beach, just cross the road and you are there. The was excellent entertainment during the afternoons and evenings. We particularly liked a Drag Queen show with music and jokes with audience immersion. The room has a safe but you have to pay about €3.5 per night and a €20 deposit for the key. The staff is always happy to help. I asked to change the desk chair for a more suitable to work and a kettle and we got them in no time. The hotel has a nice pools, lots of sun beds, gym, tennis courts and a wellness centre with various types massage services (paid). The buffet breakfast is good with plenty of options for every taste. The coffee machines are good with many options. For lunch and dinner you have options changing every day which is fine but the meals are not that great but considering the price maybe it is fair.

The buffet lunch and dinner not great and far away for what you can have in restaurant outside the hotel. The worst I had was fish and chips where the fish was still half frozen in the middle. Another little problem were elevators. Even if they are in the rated for 6 people and 450kg if more than 4 slim people get into some of the them they block and generate discussions/issues among users. Probably maintenance issue. Be aware of the Euronet ATM which is a rip off. If you choose the option "With conversion" your will be charged 15% more than you should. You should select "Decline Conversion" and then "Without Conversion->Accept"

Great location near airport and beach but also transport to Málaga Centre. Loved our room and the view. Staff was very friendly and helpful throughout the stay. Overall, great place to stay. Would definitely return with great pleasure and would also recommend it to friends.

Lack of clarity for the guests and/or lack of awareness from very few staff on the pool bar drink prices related to glass policy. Also lack of clarity for guests and/or lack of awareness from very few staff on program/events and if some of the activities are for all guests or depends on guest level (all inclusive, gold, half board etc).

I booked a superior room the room was so big! The balcony was amazing the views were stunning. The all inclusive is brilliant value! Evening meal time you can have a bottle of wine with your meal! Red is on the table but you can ask for white and enjoy a full bottle. The hotel is right on the beach, beautiful views. The snack bar is really lovely, again right at the front and all drinks are served in a glass. Kids club is great, football pitch at the back and park is perfect!

The evening meal time que to get into the buffet, it feels the hotel needs to cater another dining space for guests this would help.

Everything was great - the location is good - the airport is nearby - trains are nearby / the sea is nearby ) The food was varied and delicious. The staff is friendly, very clean room) The view from the balcony is stunning. I liked it - thank you. This hotel has a very high percentage of people of retirement age, either it's a coincidence or they have discounts on this hotel.))) But it was as quiet as it can be with young people.)

Due to the large number of guests - at meal time - the elevators are very busy.

The hotel is beautiful overall. But there were also negative things.I liked the swimming pool, although because of the weather it could not be used, the construction is made through several buildings. In the summer I think it is very beautiful here.

At the reception there was a girl who was practicing and everything was going extremely hard. She could be accompanied by someone who knows, until she gets the hang of things. The meal was very poor, very few varieties, compared to other hotels where I have been. Only one type of cooked food...the rest was grilled meat or salads.

Good location, not far from the airport. Cost us €15 to return via taxi. Friendly staff. Slight issue, some small ants in room, and odour in the bathroom. However this was resolved quickly and the cleaners were very apologetic. Although the food at the buffet was average. Salads were brilliant, choice of meats etc not the best. The pool bar was brilliant. Self service drinks alongside bar staff. The pool bar food was brilliant too. Pool got the sun most of the day, although the pool times are quite short. Maybe this is due to winter season turning to summer season. We went in March. All in all 8/10 for the price.

The animation team were amazing. Loads of activities to keep you occupied and very friendly 👍🏻😃

The lifts were slow and the pool side snack bar could’ve been better.

Breakfast was good with lots of different foods. Also lunch and dinner. I would have liked more fish, there was very little of that. We had all inclusive, and in between meals there were warm snacks and fruit in a kiosk in the garden. We liked the activities at the pool during daytime, and the different shows every evening. And ice cream at all times was popular with my grandson (and my self).

The pillows on the bed were quite hard. Fortunately I had brought my own, soft pillow. The beds were very comfortable with good mattresses. One thing I did not like, was that all drinks outside had to be consumed in large Pepsi Max carton cups. It seemed a little ridiculous to drink red wine from those. We could however buy some plastic cups, which was better, they were at least transparent.

Great value for money all inclusive deal......we were up graded to a family room on the 8th floor with sea view as appose to 3 sharing 1 triple room All inclusive buffets were good and the wine was free flowing and tasted fine..............afternoon cakes and coffee were also included from the cafe/bar area

The bar/chill out area next to the dining room could have been better, it was more like a waiting room in an airport Or make a bar/lounge area on the ground floor where there is better space and design
