Rooms clean, AC, Complementary water, tee, coffee is nice. Decent small fridge! Friendly crew. Great view.

Poor quality breakfast. Too few fresh (living) vegetables and fruits compared to 4* Hotel Ocean House, that offered tremendous fresh veggies and fruits as well. Here too much artificial anti-food to stuff your guts full (sugar, wheat, unhealthy fats). Get your food elsewhere! They restaurant crew stopped me and prohibited to take some slice of melon from breakfast to our room to eat it later when able (after I got bad diarrhea and vomiting previous night).

great location close to beach, coffee shops and restaurants. lovely view. friendly staff. entertainment available for kids. staff were very helpful and friendly

my one and only issue was noise early in morning. I think it was moving furniture in rooms above or beside ours but was v loud. floors are all tiled so suggest pads on bottom of furniture to reduce noise

The air con was not cold enough seemed like it didn't have enough power ,didn't want to complain because we were only there for 3nights first night not to bad but second and 3rd very uncomfortable,would come again if ac was better

The towel that they put in the room was not checked either it is clean or not and there was a red stain on it which was so disappointing and annoying

The breakfast was good, the staff were helpful and great but one or two who weren’t very friendly or welcoming at all especially when I brought up that the room next to us who were all teenagers kept us up at night because the walls are so thin and they were literally screaming to the other teenager room next to them and laughing there was no “sorry we can see if you can switch rooms” she just said “they leave tonight”. The pool area is great. The room was spotless aswell.

The rooms were amazing with adequate facilities, a balcony with a great view of the sea and space to sit in the sun, good shower and bathroom, really comfortable bed and nicely furnished hotel that was very clean. The staff, especially the reception staff were also very polite, helpful and accomodating. The breakfast and dinner selection was all very delicious and it was a pleasure eating there. The addition of Hotel activities such as Karaoke was also a pleasant surprise to see. The Gym was also really clean.

Although the Gym was incredibly clean and pleasant to use, there were 2 machines out of use which did somewhat limit our workout options. Also, there did seem to be some smaller Dumbell weights missing.. The lifts also felt too small for the amount of people needing to travel up down to their floors and at times, it took ages for one to arrive. Whilst the breakfast and dinner was great, the waiting staff could have been a bit more attentive. It seemed like when ever we managed to find a table; if that table needed cleaning, myself and my husband more often than none, found ourselves wiping the table and having to find the cutlery.

Great location, beautiful and very clean hotel

Our balcony faced the back of the hotel, which was used for rubbish disposal and had all the ventilation systems. It was very noisy and not aesthetically pleasing, with bins and an old roof that needed repairs. Additionally, the reception elevator was very slow, so we often had to use the stairs as the elevator was always occupied. Another issue was that the door to the beach was closed after 9 p.m., so we had to go through reception each time. I believe it should close a bit later, considering many families go out for dinner or a walk around 8 or 9 and return after 10.

Breakfast was amazing, everything was really good, pool is amazing, very close to the beach (across the street) to 2 of the nicest beach clubs.

Really bad noise from the other rooms, not properly sound proof, some idiot couple/friends had fights almost every night and made it really hard to sleep and rest - hotel looks quite old from outside as well.

The food was great, plenty of options for breakfast and dinner! The staff were all amazing. Very friendly and as helpful as they could be considering a language barrier.

The first 7 days of our stay breakfast was at 7am, then without notice it switched to 7:30am...not a huge deal but would have been nice to know. We didn't understand the access to the indoor pool/hot tub area. One day the door was open and the next it was locked. The outdoor pool was chilly because it was late October so it would have been nice to have access to the indoor pool.

Great Stay!!! we were very well treated by everyone, at the reception, all the waiters ans everyone at bar(these were certainly the friendliest)

There could be more variety in the food served at breakfast, lunch and dinner. Breakfast: ready-made Spanish-style sandwiches, but a choice of natural juices. Lunch and dinner: More meat options and more choices of pizza and omelettes, rice and beans. Another suggestion is a discount for those who have been to the resort more than once and paid for the all-inclusive. I think that for those who have paid for the all-inclusive, the parasols and beach chairs in front of the resort should be free of charge, and the resort should pay for them. Another point is that pool towels should not be charged to those who have already paid for the all-inclusive.
