Second time visiting this hotel and we will be back again next year as we loved it just as much. It has everything you need , perfect location in the middle of everything. 15 min drive to Malaga airport. Bars shops and restaurants all around and the beach is a 2 min walk. Rooms cleaned every day, it was spotless. Staff friendly. Pool area kept clean and the pool and bar were perfect for cocktails

Nothing major. Slight smell from the pipes in the bathroom but once the window was open it was gone. Also the hairdryer didn’t work very well. These didn’t bother us though

I loved everything about Hotel Los Jazmines. The little cottage rooms were clean and spacious, and the air con was very effective. The pool was a good size and very clean with a perfect amount of sun beds and showers, the little tuc shop was very nice too with lovely staff and reasonable prices. Breakfast is very good with a good selection of typical breakfast items such as fruit, meat, pastries and cooked food. The rooftop bar is very nice, quiet but has a great view of the beach and town. The beach is right across the road and there are various entrances to the hotel depending on what part of the area you want to get to! The value for money here is out of this world.

It was more than pleasure to spend one week in Hotel Los Jazmines. Perfect location close to beach, to supermarket, to promenade and to the city centre. Clean and nice smelling room, with everything you need, perfectly clean every day. Great working wifi in all areas of the hotel. Breakfasts and dinners have been really tasty and dinners have been different every evening. At the reception you can find luggage scale. Also swimming pool looked great. All staff was really friendly and always with smiles on theirs faces. We enjoyed every second there. Thank you for nice stay.

Location was good. I loved that my room was quiet at night, as I requested. I also enjoyed the view from balcony on 5th floor. The sunrise each day was beautiful. Staff were all helpful and very pleasant. I only had breakfast once at the hotel, but a range of options on offer. Plenty of coffee, fresh breads, hams and cheeses and yogurts. Bacon was not to my liking. Because you can refill your coffee cup and eat your fill, it is value for the money. Locally you can get cooked breakfasts for €7 - €8 Euros, which are ok. I sent a day by the pool and service from the bar tender was super. I needed a taxi to go to airport, and it arrived 5 minutes after being requested at reception which was much appreciated.

I found the beds very firm, and too firm for me, personally. A mattress topper could provide a bit more comfort and strongly suggest the hotel changes the mattresses but if not, they should invest in some mattress toppers.

Staff were all excellent & helpful, and the cleaning/linen changing service was superb on a daily basis. The complex is close to all amenities such as to supermarkets, restaurants, pubs and shops & the sea & beach is just across the road. If you don't fancy the sea then stay at the hotels' swimming pools which are spotless, lay on one of the many sun loungers & enjoy a cool beer or two....superb het away location. We'll return in 2026 !

Nothing to dislike

Our 2nd visit with you. We returned due to the brilliant location…everything you need is on the doorstep-the beach, shops, bars, restaurants, the lift to town, transportation links etc. The apartments are basic, but beautifully clean, perfect for our requirements! (beds are exceptionally comfortable…We had the best week’s sleep!) The staff are all welcoming & helpful! The pool is adequately sized & kept impeccably clean! We also like the ‘traditional Spanish feel’ of the apartment doors & windows & pretty gardens.

Nothing to dislike!

The staff were so friendly! It's 24 hour reception came in handy as we booked off peak flights. They were very accommodating, and even made small talk despite it being early morning. I was shocked at the size of the room, for the price, it was really great. I saw a few reviews say the "alleyway" with no view was subpar, but I found it was very cute and there was a gate access which would take you straight to the beach! I wouldn't have changed a thing. Not to mention, it's amazing location, being right by the beach and in a nice neighbourhood - it felt safe.

My sister found the beds uncomfortable, I think it would depend of your preference. However there was air conditioning which kept you cool. I did notice stains on the bathroom towel, and what looked like a urine stain on the extra duvet. I didn't mind so much as I knew it was cleaned, but maybe stain remover would do the job.

Great staff Great location, super comfy beds. we upgraded from 3 bed basic to a 2 bedroom with balcony because it was 3 beds in room and a bathroom, so felt a bit claustrophobic . but i would stay here again overlooked sea, bars restaurants around corner easy walk to benalmedema.. Hint.. Go into the town (( Next to Hawaii restaurant is the way to town via lovely little streets and shops takes 10 min walk up steep steps but worth it)) and right next door to Mcdonalds down the escalator is a big Supermarket which we only found on 4th day. as the little ones are a lot dearer has everything you need.

Great location. We know this area and like it. The hotel was very clean and comfortable, the internal gardens are quite charming. Despite being in a busy area, it seems very peaceful and quiet. My son loved visiting the turtle in the pond every time we walked past!

The toilet by the pool was quite horrible at one point when I went in. This was definitely the fault of a guest, but maybe they should be cleaned, or at least checked, more regularly. The shower set up in the room wasn't ideal (pointing out at the curtain across the bath) but not a massive issue.

It was a perfect place, near the beach, the room had AC and a nice view from the balcony. The staff was very friendly. The top floor lounge has a nice view in the evening. The end of September is a great time to visit.

Make sure you have a credit (not debit) card. Even though it isn't mentioned in Payment Information at booking order summary, it is required to complete reservation which was about 1 week to arrival. There is no charge, it is just required to complete the reservation. At the property they accept debit and credit cards. Make sure to read ALL the provided information and policies.
