This apartment was very spacious, I liked the view out of the window to the pool. The location was good, quite close to the main streets, a bit of walk to the beach. Liked balcony option to eat out. In general it was a pleasant stay.

Appliances in the kitchen could be more and duvets could be more fresh. Otherwise, it was fine. Don't know if that is an issue in Spain in general but the water in the bath was with a lot of chlore, a bit too much, considering that some people have sensitive skin.

It’s a great location lovely pool area really close source lovely restaurants five minutes from the sea and very close to one of the lifts to take you down there all in all you would not want to go anywhere else it’s a great complex

When we arrived, we were met by a lady on reception - who was super welcoming and helpful. Made us feel at ease straight away.

Only issue i would have is the winter blankets for the beds were old and not the best. Bed sheets were clean and fresh but it would have been nice to have decent blankets and top covers on the bed like in the images. We were only there for New Year so wasn't the end of the world but would have been nice.

We stay in el velero twice a year,it is spotless clean,and everything you need is in apartment, it is very quiet but also very near town centre and beach. Suzanna is so nice and helpful

The sunbeds need sponge mattress

The pool and garden were perfect, with shades and lounge chairs. The accommodation had a great view overlooking the pool with floor to ceiling windows. Great location, in the centre of town but also nice and quiet. It also has a little restaurant a couple of paces away if you wanted a quick bite.. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed it.

Apartments lovely and big nice & clean fresh towels fresh linen Susana is the best ever, stay here 3 times a year wouldnt ever stay anywhere else but here just simply amazing

the apts was great no probs just could do with the worktops in the kichen being upgraded and they just cleaned the pool what was a bonus as the weather was hot

The rooms were Clean. Comfortable. The location is very central. It's a safe place to stay.

Swimming pool area has seen better days. I didn't use it.

Susanna was very helpful with the booking as we arrived late at night and left early in the morning.

The appartment felt a bit cold at night as the weather was cold at night maybe a portable heater would be a good idea.
