Basic hotel, been coming here for many years, clean and staff will help you where needed. I just wanted a room, with a balcony to sit out and relax in the sunshine which is what I got. Great location for all bars, restaurants, beach 10 mins away, no need to waste money on taxis etc. Hotel is fine. Would recommend if you just want a clean room with good location then this always comes up as the best value and you can pay on arrival with free cancellation. I asked for a balcony room again on arrival and they even gave me the same room I had last month which was mint. Thank you

Location location location. The hotel is right in the middle of the town. 2 minutes walk from Calle San Miguel. It is also situated very close to cafes,bars & restaurants. Plus 2 minutes walk to the best supermarket in Torremolinos. Its got everything you might need during your stay. Its not the Ritz but a great place to stay. The staff were all friendly & polite.

The only negatives i would say are that the wi-fi is a bit hit & miss. No English channels on the tv but this is the same with every hotel ive stayed at in Torremolinos. No kettle in the room so no early morning tea or coffee. Another possible problem is that it is a 15 minute walk to the beach & most of it is up & down steps so if you have physical difficulties you might need to get a taxi. Most of these are only personal needs & would definitely not stop me from visiting this great hotel again

stayed many times ( right in heart of Torremolinos ( train/ bus station 3-4 mins walking away=4 stops to aerporto 2.40€ one way!) below is Mc Jamon a type of coffee/cafe locals place, coffee/milk €80 cents (65p) glass of cheap wine 1 euro only, had a nice Caesar salad for €6 only + with English/ Irish bars doing food/ b/ fast within 100 metres, again main high st literally 30 seconds away.

My family/ friends have stayed in the N.Ch several times over a number of years. We have always been happy with the accommodation, location and staff. During our recent stay in the N.Ch. (7 to 12th Oct 23) my sister and I would like to in particular recognise one of your staff members. Unfortunately, we did not get his name but he was on the night shift for the 5 days we were there. He was exceptionally helpful and so pleasant in all his dealings with us. In particular, we had to get the airport for an early morning flight when we left on 12 Oct 23. The taxi we booked did not arrive to collect us. Without hesitation, your staff member went above and beyond to help to ensure we made it to the airport on time. An exceptional staff member, always smiling, pleasant, and helpful. We would appreciate it if you could give this feedback to him. Thank you

The smell of the cleaning/chemical solutions used for cleaning the room was very strong. An eco-friendly alternative cleaning solution would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

it is a 2 star hotel,we have stayed here 3 times, 5 minutes walk from torremolinos train station, 2 minutes from main san miguel shopp[ng street and surrounded shops bars and cafes, beach is 10 minutes away with lots of steps so not good for less mobile, there is a lift but still some steps, the hotel room is spacious with good bathroom and balcony, 4 floors with excellent lift, lots of electric sockets spanish tv, but no fridge or tea/coffee facilities very quiet after 23.30

Extremely well located basic hotel, situated in the heart of Torremolinos town centre. Rooms are a decent size and well thought out. Very good value for money. Have stayed there before and will stay again.

The rooms are, as said before, pretty basic. If you´re looking for luxury this is not the place for you. The rooms are not modern either and could do with updating. Beds are pretty stiff so if you like a soft bed then look elsewhere. I prefer a stiff mattress myself so it wasn´t a problem.

The location is excellent, just a short walk from the train station Torremolinos and in the very center of town. Plenty of eateries, shops, etc. around. The room (206) was very good. I had 3 single beds, so I had enough space to put stuff, there was a balcony and a desk which I always like. The hotel has an elevator, and although one might hear some street noise at night, it was very quiet in the morning. Definitely a good choice for a few nights for a very good price.

There wasn't anything I didn't like, just the light in the bathroom is a bit dim for shaving for example, and for people wanting to be very near the beach, this might not be the right choice. Internet in my room wasn't the fastest, but it was good enough.

The structure has a fantastic position from where you can reach every place easily and in a short walk the whole area is full of places where you can relax while drinking or eating excellent products. All the hotel staff are always courteous, friendly and available for every request extremely recommended to best enjoy a holiday in Torremolinos. The balcony is a nice thing to relax when you are in the room. More than perfect

Everything was perfect more than I exspected. Perhaps a fridge in the room would be useful

It was slap bang in the middle of the bustling streets of Torromelinos and was in easy walking distance from the beach. Another bonus was the big supermarket which was located below the hotel which we visited every day to butyl very cheap food, drinks and ice! Surrounded by cheap breakfast and tapas restaurants which were wonderful! The room was very big and the balcony a great size too which overlooked a very busy tapas bar and a lovely view of the hills! The sun was on facing the balcony all day until sunset which was wonderful. So close to the train station making it a very simple door to door safe journey for me and my young daughter to travel on our own from England on the plane and train. The staff were very friendly and the cleaners were too and did a very good job of keeping our room clean. Fantastic much needed air con too! Would absolutely stay here again!

The only issue we had was the tv was very small and had zero English channels to watch although we were able to find a music channel which bounced between Spanish and 80’s pop music! Also the WiFi wasn’t especially good and would’ve loved there to have been a pool

Very central for the shops. Nice balcony. Lots of hot water with a powerful shower. Effective air conditioning. Fairly comfortable bed and room cleaned every day. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Although there is a restaurant outside it clears away by midnight and then its is a very quiet area.
