The pool team were lovely always happy to help with drinks and food, the room was a good size, the hotel was easy to get to from the train station and was in a relatively good location for the bars, although it was a long 10/15 min walk to the beach. The cleaning team were excellent, and made sure the room was spotless every day.

The shower was terrible in the corner room it flooded the bathroom every time, There was no safe in the room which was a bit strange, as that seems to come as standard in most hotels now.

The staff is very friendly and prompt. The internet connection worked well. The access to facilities of Ritual is a good feature and makes a total difference. Breakfast was amazing.

The room categorization is not very clear and my room had a window leading directly to a fire staircase, didn’t feel very safe but not a big issue. Good to note that the staff at the sister hotel (Ritual) is very different and remains arrogant and queen-ish (same as last years, nothing changed there- they clearly enjoy celebrating their own selves and their muscled friends; the guests who pay the very expensive prices are not celebrated..)

The pool area was the best for me. The staff there were so friendly. The place was super, super clean, rooms, pool area, reception area.

Household staff, although not fully their fault, were quite noisy in the mornings, hitting walls in other rooms with brushes and separating beds. Not fully their fault as the walls seem to be paper thin. I could hear toilets flushing in the rooms next to me. There could also be a light installed as you walk into the rooms outside the toilet. It's quite dark there all day, even with curtains open.

I had a fantastic stay at Hotel!The location is perfect, right in the heart of Torremolinos, making it easy to explore the area. The reception staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help with anything we needed. The Pinky room with a balcony was absolutely lovely – cozy, comfortable, and the perfect spot to relax. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Torremolinos!

Nice hotel in a great location in the tourist centre of Torremolinos. Hotel is remarkably quiet given its location. Bed very comfortable and good shower facilities. Tea and Coffee available in the room which is nice. Very nice breakfast which includes freshly cooked eggs and bacon if you wish. The lady working in the breakfast area is extremely welcoming. The rooftop pool is also very nice.

Hotel very gay friendly, had pool, bar, restaurant, gym and social space. Rooms cleaned daily with fresh towels and bed made. Maids very good! Central to the busy streets. Phone in room, TV and most importantly air con!

No staff after 2, so your on your own if something was to happen. Also security wise what's to stop someone slipping in unauthorised into the building. Lift slow.

Nice boutique hotel in the heart of Torremolinos. Clean and comfy rooms,nice pool area and excellent breakfast options. Excellent location. The staff are excellent,helpful and always polite and friendly. (A special mention for Jesus in the pool bar,always great fun and a lovely guy).

You get what you pay for,cheap and cheerful hotel in the heart of Torremolinos. No complaints from me 🙂

I booked here because I needed a place to rest and work a few hours in the morning with the laptop, and it was perfect. Bed and pillow were comfortable, the wifi worked well, the little desk with chair was enough for a few hours. In the center of Torremolinos, quite close to the station. In front of it there is a McDonald's.

The room didn't look the newest one, and the window is on a emergency star, so not really good to keep open or for the view, but it's a detail.

Advertised a swimming pool which was out of commission. This should have been highlighted at time of booking

My room was very bright, spacious and stylishly decorated, with separate dressing area. Very comfortable bed and bathroom perfectly adequate. All hallways were painted in bright colour schemes and it gave the whole hotel an energetic vibe. I used the gym which has quality equipment and managed a 20 min swim in the shallow pool which has fabulous views. Everywhere spotlessly clean. All the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, whilst being very professional. I had stayed in the hotel previously when it was called something else and would congratulate the owners on their canny make over!

Had no idea what "Ritual Friendly" meant! Not in Cambridge/Oxford dictionary!! Have better idea now but do not let this put you off! Everything was perfect.
