A very nice very small pool

Location was great, the hotel was beautiful. Staff was welcoming. And very polite. Rooms was always looked after and clean. It was great they had towels for the beach, hairdryers and iron. Amazing we got a band for the other Ritual Hotel.

We needed an ironing board. The air conditioning was directly above one side of the bed, we tried everything, but to keep it on and low was dificult. We woke with dry throats. And cold but to turn it off the room was a sweat box. So we couldnt find a middle ground with it. So the postion was not a great place. Also if i visit again or if you do, dont stay on the 5th floor. We was under the restaurante. And every morning from 7am we was woken with dragging of all the tables/chair which went on for at least one hour. Then later on in the evening. It was loud and very annoying as it woke us every day!

The pool team were lovely always happy to help with drinks and food, the room was a good size, the hotel was easy to get to from the train station and was in a relatively good location for the bars, although it was a long 10/15 min walk to the beach. The cleaning team were excellent, and made sure the room was spotless every day.

The shower was terrible in the corner room it flooded the bathroom every time, There was no safe in the room which was a bit strange, as that seems to come as standard in most hotels now.

The staff is very friendly and prompt. The internet connection worked well. The access to facilities of Ritual is a good feature and makes a total difference. Breakfast was amazing.

The room categorization is not very clear and my room had a window leading directly to a fire staircase, didn’t feel very safe but not a big issue. Good to note that the staff at the sister hotel (Ritual) is very different and remains arrogant and queen-ish (same as last years, nothing changed there- they clearly enjoy celebrating their own selves and their muscled friends; the guests who pay the very expensive prices are not celebrated..)

Breakfast was great on top floor always fresh and staffs very kind helpful. My room was cleaned every morning and I could spend all my day in Ritual hotel facilities. Sireno has as well but it was much quieter.

The curtains in my room didn't block the sunlight. Every morning around 8am it was very bright inside and I couldn't sleep longer.

Everything. Spotlessly clean, staff are so lovely, breakfast buffet is great selection. Roof top pool is nice especially in the evening. Was able to leave my luggage in a se Ute place on the day of check in and check out. Can’t wait to come back 🤩 great location close to all amenities

Honestly Nothing

Very clean, the staff very friendly, all requests were accomplished. The towels were clean every day. The breakfast from 8 to 11 a.m. very good, especially eggs and champagne 🍾. I can only recommend it!

Everything was perfect! But there's sometimes noise from the streets... I had to wear earplugs, but I'm very sensitive...

The breakfast is good but the hot water/coffee/tea machine wasn't working. The pool and bar area is very pleasant if a bit small, but it closes too early. It would be nice to be able to have an evening snack up there.

The late check in time (15.00 at the earliest) is not good. It should and no doubt could be made much earlier. If this means moving the check out time back, that would be good.

The pool area was the best for me. The staff there were so friendly. The place was super, super clean, rooms, pool area, reception area.

Household staff, although not fully their fault, were quite noisy in the mornings, hitting walls in other rooms with brushes and separating beds. Not fully their fault as the walls seem to be paper thin. I could hear toilets flushing in the rooms next to me. There could also be a light installed as you walk into the rooms outside the toilet. It's quite dark there all day, even with curtains open.

Hotel was nicely located and rooms were cleaned daily and the cleaning staff were very friendly and helpful. Pool as a nice size on the roof and was not overcrowded. Food at the restaruant was also very tasty.

I had two beds pushed together that would occasionally split apart, maybe some clips to hold them together.
