The hotel was in a great location and central to everything. It was beautiful and spotless clean. Our room was beautiful and had a large bathroom. The staff were friendly and pleasant. We would definitely stay again but in a different room.

Our room was on the ground floor, which we knew before we arrived. Unfortunately, we didn't know that it was right beside the kitchen and our balcony was beside the staff back door. On our first morning, we awoke to a ladder outside our balcony, gaining excess to the room aboves air conditioning unit for replacement. My husband was assured after we returned to our room later, it would be gone within 30 minutes but reappeared later in the afternoon. We were woken up every morning by the noise of the kitchen and staff outside. The white noise was horrendous from the kitchen from just after 5/6am.

Fantastic location right on the beach. Flat walking area all around to shops, bars, cafes, taxis all facilities. Fab sea view.

Not sure it warrants 4 stars. I was in an expensive de luxe suite so can only speak from that point of view… but the towels could’ve been newer, quite worn and hard but clean, a complimentary bottle of cava and soft drinks would’ve been appropriate and small biscuits. All inexpensive but worthwhile touches.

The room was spotless, comfortable bed, fine size bathroom, great location. The staff were excellent and very helpful, especially Maria in the bar.

The hotel was spotless the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, rooms cleaned every day fresh towels etc by very friendly cleaning lady, coffee and tea facilities in the room plus free safe, the hotel is in a great location directly across from the beach, had breakfast in the hotel and the food was lovely, would highly recommend this hotel and look forward to going again soon

The location was great. Lovely breakfast with lots of variety. Friendly staff and very clean

People putting towels on sunbeds without being there. We didn't spend time at the pool for this reason

Location great, right on the beach front, also close to bars, restaurants etc, room overlooking the beach, fabulous views, breakfast very good, good options, all round a very enjoyable stay 😀, I didn't use the pool (weather was good, but not quite warm enough), area was kept well, I would definitely return to this hotel

Parking near the hotel can be an issue,

Not a large hotel, staff were very friendly, rooms cleaned every day, outside snack bar we found excellent open from 11 am.we had lunch every day so much choice ,we don't have breakfast so hungry at lunchtime. An very good hotel

Good location close to bars, restaurants and shops

Music from Cococabana into early hours of morning. A slight smell coming from the bathroom but I had read this was a problem.

Nice locations, nice rooms, nice staff. Quiet, coffee, water and cookies in the room. Fresh and clean. Free towels to bring to pool and beach. For sure going back.

Everything was perfect

Loved the location. Close to the beach. Can’t fault the cleanliness of the hotel. Pool area so clean. The cleaning staff do an amazing job! Immaculate, they never stopped and the hotel was so clean. Also felt that the pool bar staff were excellent especially Maria, nothing was a bother and great personality to go with it.

Walls between rooms on the thin side. Although Didn’t make much of a problem for us. We were just aware of lots of movement in and out rooms and chairs being moved above us. But honestly it wasn’t a huge problem.
