The room was spacious and clean, the pool was amazing but go early as it fills up pretty quickly, the bar service was really convenient and cheap for a 4 star hotel, and the staff was reall really helpful and nice. Location was amazing too, close to the city centre.

The parking was full, however we found something really close with the help of the receptionist. The room was clean but I would expect a few more amenities given it is ranked as a 4 star hotel (we had nothing apart from some warm water because the fridge was not cooling properly). The pool was nice, but there was a bee hive just by the swweage and I was scared to leave my 2yr old play in the grass and would be nice to make it more family friendly, add a few things in the playground. The breakfast was nice, but the vegetables were missing completely.

The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The hotel interior is beautiful. The location was good. Food in the restaurant was good. Bed was comfortable. Complimentary water in mini fridge. Lovely range of vegan cosmetics in bathroom. Pool area nice and relaxing.

Although complete and spotlessly clean the bathroom was rather small and the shower was very claustrophobic. The aircon couldn’t switch off and a couple of nights the weather changed and went cool so wanted to switch it off. Once I called reception though they informed how to disconnect it in the fuse box. Bed was comfortable but pillows really uncomfortable. No bulb in lamp so had to tolerate harsh bright light. No internet service but it’s possible it was my devices.

I had a wonderful stay! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable everything was perfectly maintained. When I arrived, the garage was full, but the receptionist was so kind and immediately came up with a solution so I could still park. I truly appreciated her effort and willingness to help. In short: excellent service, clean rooms, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. I would definitely stay here again!

Location was convenient, we arrived in the evening so we didn't have time to search for local gastronomic restaurants. Bar and restaurant was ok, Staff friendly and professional.

We were given rooms on the 1st floor opposite very busy road, roundabout and petrol station loved, it seems, by all regional truck drivers. Even with a closed window noise and light pollution (car lights) was high. I am very confident that there were many rooms facing pool, receptionist should try to fill those first. restaurant opens for breakfast at 7, considering that there many guests were there on business (at this time of year) hotel should consider accommodating earlier breakfast or at least access to teas/coffee. We were given packed breakfast instead.

Impressed by how bike-friendly the hotel is. You are allotted your own box in the underground garage. Dinner was very good. Comfortable, large room and quiet despite overlooking the roundabout.

At first we could not regulate the aircon (which was too cold) but reception then told us to switch off the ‘clima’ in the fuse box by the door and then the temperature was fine

Very good sized room and beds. Ample storage and good bathroom facilities. Lifts easy and never hard to get. Great breakfast - could have stayed there all day. Staff extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful. We have stayed at the Corona many times before - every time we see new renovations and ideas and always the staff are warm, helpful and welcoming. God willing, we will return.

Can't think of anything other than warmer water in the pool!

Location, secure parking, were all good. Reception staff very friendly and helpful as were the restaurant staff.

By contrast, breakfast staff were not friendly or very helpful. Also the breakfast food was below standard. Hot food was sparse and looked very tired.

This was our 2nd visit at the hotel. The staff are superb. Always friendly, helpful and with a smile. Very comfortable bar area, the food in the restaurant is good and it's a very pleasant stop on a long journey.

No complaints at all. The weather was bad during our stay and the hotel was wonderfully warm. If anything...perhaps a bit too warm for some.

The room was very large with a view over the pool area, and had a small kitchenette, which we didn't expect, but was a nice bonus. We would definitely stay here again

It was a very relaxing stay, room was very clean, spacious, air conditioning was pleasant, breakfast was delicious (I particularly loved the coffee). Everything was luxurious and we always enjoyed returning to the hotel after a busy, warm day.

I noticed that some towels were older than others due to over-wash, they were poor in towel fibers. Suggestion: maybe it would be a good idea to provide slippers in the room.
