the hotel is very well located, the rooms are clean and the stuff is welcoming,

there was no view from windows from the rooms outside, so it's even hard to tell the weather, and it's stuffy inside the rooms; in the single room a table with a chair is hidden behind the bed so you cannot even use it; there is no water in rooms or a water dispenser, or a vending machine yo buy water (we arrived late so couldn't buy anywhere)

The reception staff was very helpful and nice. The hotel is kind of old but very well maintained and I kind of liked that vintage vibe. Breakfast is very good with a lot of choices.

It is nice that they have parking but I wish it was free, having to pay for it bothers me when we are staying at the hotel.

Staff were all friendly, from the receptionist to the cleaner and the breakfast server. The air conditioning was great, the shower was good and the bed comfortable. Breakfast was very nice, with lots of variety. There was a good amount of space for clothes. It is very close the train and bus stations, a park with cafes, the river Ebre and the town. A very pleasant stay.

Everything was as expected, or better, considering the low price. Plenty of bars and restaurants around. Close to the railway station.

The bathroom part of my room was difficult to use (awkward shape). There are 20 steps up to reception (before the lift can be used) which was a struggle for my newly-fitted hip!

To be honest, I really enjoyed everything. The room was clean and comfortable, has a lot of facilities and the staff and receptionist were really kind and helpful. My friend and I really had fun staying there. I really recommend it. For me it was 9/10.

The flaw is about the electric box and electric current in general. Everytime we wanted to dry our hair the light went down and we had to turn on again like few times in a short period of time meanwhile we tried to dry our hair. But it wasn't that important, we were get by to turn the electric box to activate the current and keep drying our hair.

Very helpful staff at check in. They spoke perfect English and explained everything we needed to know. They allowed our small dog to stay. At first it was very cold in our room but it soon heated up with the heater. The hotel is very centrally located with plenty of cafes nearby.

Excellent value for money (I had a budget room) Clean and comfortable. My bicycle was secure in the locked garage. I had breakfast for an additional cost and they have the best breakfast selection that I have seen in the last 5 weeks of travelling.

Amazing location at the city center, with blue parking area close by which is ideal if you arrive late in the evening and leave early in the morning. The breakfast was really good and with great variety of choices.

Old hotel with a small room, the bathroom is not very well organized and the curtain sticks. The room is closed, with a window to the inner atrium.

Extremely friendly staff. Very clean. New bedding and towels. Great location for Tortosa city centre and bus and train stations. Upgraded since my previous stay a year before.
