I stayed in a made tent. That was good quality, good beds and duvet too. Tent was cleaned very well

The reception process needs a full review. Staff is very nice by the way (one exception, she just doesn't like it I think, but all the rest was superkind and really love what they do). The process needs to be reworked: people that have made their checking or people that made a reservation for something like padel, they needs to wait the regular line of people checking in. This is VERY frustrating, not efficient for your guest at all. You almost lose your reservation schedule if you have to wait. Also, if you make online checkin, then it's supposed to be a quick check-in. This should be fully automated You also need a maintenance plan for your bikes, about 80% were broken

The staff were very friendly and helpful and the pool is lovely.

We stayed in a bungalow for 4 and thankfully there were only 2 of us. I think it would have been impossible for 4 adults to stay in it because it is very tight for space. When we arrived it was 10.30 at night and everything was locked up which was disappointing it would have been nice to have have got a drink after travelling. The bar closed at 11 which was surprising for Spain. It was fine but I don't think we would go again.

It's a good value for the price. We visited the birds, went to the swimming pool and they had some nice beaches 15 mins away by car. Animation is good enough

The beach just in front of the camping was not clean. The could have cleaned our tent at least once. The swimming pool could have been cleaner. Poor internet connection

We stayed as a group of 4 in a 3 bed bungalow. It was very clean, comfortable & well planned out. We really enjoyed breakfast on the deck, amongst the eucalyptus trees. Its lovely to see every effort has been made to keep the trees, quite different to some more cramped sites we have visited.

A kettle would be great.

Very well located and with all the conveniences needed with decent opening hours. the staff was very friendly and ready to help

The homes are very close together, even for the premium ones (although the pictures show otherwise). Lots of mosquitoes, no the fault of the camping off course but be warned

Swimming pools were big and there were plenty of sun loungers. Location of the campsite was right next to the beach. Weather was amazing!

Accommodation was too near a main road, meaning that traffic could be heard frequently, especially at night.

It had a nice feel and relaxed vibe for a family location, close to everything one would need. Lovely pool and restaurant nice staff and the beach next door. Delta de l'Ebre itself was a very interesting place to explore.

We had accident in Barcelona , we lost wallets ( everything there) . Guys from reception help us a lot. great persons. Thank yoy. Peace.

Very helpful staff. Well maintained trailers (aka Bungalows)

AC was not the best, but they seem to be in the process of exchanging them (They did this to the neighboring bungalow while we where there). Bathroom would benefit from the exhaust fan.

The location and the amenities are spot on. Its a great way of disconnecting and recharging especially if you love nature. The place is also dog friendly

Nothing much
