The hotel had a beautiful and peaceful garden with a cozy pool area that felt very private. The location was absolutely perfect—just a short walk to both the beach and the old town. Breakfast was amazing, with fresh and varied options every morning. The staff were truly one of the highlights: friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. The warm atmosphere in the evenings, especially with the live band performances, made the stay even more memorable. Even before booking, the team was responsive and helpful when I reached out with questions about the view and other details.

The beds could have been more comfortable. It might also be helpful to add something in the bathrooms to manage the smell a bit better. That said, these were very minor things and didn’t affect how much we enjoyed our stay overall.

The hotel is just a five minute walk from the beach and the bus station - it's in an excellent location. The staff are very professional, very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. The room I was in was spacious, the bathroom as well.

On every level of the hotel there's background music being played. It starts around 09:20 in the morning and goes into the evening until about 20:00 or 21:00. It makes you feel like you're in a shopping centre. It's very distracting and intrusive especially in the quiet times of the afternoon when you want to relax. There were also few ants in my room and although I tried to keep the terrace door closed most of the time, I am not sure where they came from.

The hotel is perfectly located right on the edge of beautiful streets, restaurants, shops and bars, but is isolated from any noise. 10 minute walk to the beach. It's a relaxing quiet hotel with a decent pool. Live entertainment on 2 nights. All rooms are well located most with pool view. Very clean hotel. No charge for fridges in room as some reviews stated. Cheap prices for drinks and food at the hotel. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel was brilliant. The resort lacks bars with music if you like it a little lively, but a beautiful place with traditional Spanish streets and restaurants.

I liked the Spa facilities. Really nice that were always just 2-3 other people. Not to crowded and you can actually relax. The massage that I booked was excellent and I highly recommend booking one during your stay.

In my opinion the rooms aren't that soundproof. I could hear my neighbors TV loudly and people walking outside in the corridors. Also personally in my room I wished there would have been 2 different light switches. One for the lamp beside the bed and one for the one near the door.

Neptuno is a great hotel. Fantastic staff, everybody meets you with a smile and hello. Very helpful. Rooms are wonderful, we with had one with oceanview and view of the old town. Will be happy to stay there again.

My only complaint is the awful lounge-muzak, which goes on all over the hotel during daytime. You meet the muzak in the corridors and in the outside terrace/pool...sleepy, dull, awful muzak - bad singers doing coverversions of standard popsongs. Same tapes every day. Really, We are in Spain - if you have to play music, play sone local stuff.

The hotel, its quiet location just off town centre, atmosphere, clean and functional rooms, beds, grounds, the pool, the bar prices, cocktails and very friendly staff. Great value. Our third stay says it all.

doent have a gym. Although were signs people tend to book the sunbeds in a very selfish way even if they are not using them for hours. Rules should be more stricted on this. Decoration a bit outdated compared to other more modern hotels.

Rooms were clean and had the necessary facilities. Beds very comfortable. Pool area lovely. Breakfast was delicious and there was a good variety of hot and continental foods. All staff were friendly and helpful.

Great room, very smart and comfortable, with a small fridge and outdoor area. Bathroom was also very good, nice shower and good mirrors. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great altho recommend getting there early before the queue for the coffee machine! Evening meals were good, some nights more to our liking than others but a good deal and glad we chose it. Enjoyed sitting around the pool in the afternoons and having a drink in the bar, food was good there too! Tossa de Mar was a lovely place, great walks nearby and very pretty. Nice to walk up to the Lighthouse in the evening too. Also the hotel has a handy room for leaving luggage until our afternoon transfer and they had good entertainment one night we were there. Really close to the bus station too.

Would have liked to be able to have breakfast and evening meals a little earlier.
