Very nice hotel,clean and well maintained. great location,5 min walk to the main beach (and additional few minutes up to the 2 smaller ones). Supermarket,old town,self-laundry facility and restaurants very close by. Staff was very nice and helpful and the rooms were very spacious and clean.Pool area was great for relaxing , especially if traveling with kids.Hotel offers beach/pool towels which is a big plus. Breakfast options were good and the a la carte dinner was amazing,plenty of options to choose from and generous portions,would definitely recommend the half-board option, definitely worth the money.

It would be nice to have some kid friendly options for dinner,like chicken nuggets and fries or pizza.Alao,sometimes the waiting time between 2dinner courses was too long. There isn't a place to dry your towels and bathing suits (like a drying rack) and the balcony is very small so just a few beach items can fit.

Staff friendly, helpful, and front desk could speak English when our Spanish dropped out. The hotel is located right where you want to be in Tossa De Mar. Other hotels we stayed at did not offer a pool towel, but Delfin does offer a pool towel. The pool is up on the roof with a bar and second seating/ tanning area. The elevator was larger than other hotels we stayed at in Spain. The bath room had many amenities common in the US, but no so much in Europe. For a middle aged person who has stayed in many hotels around the world I would stay at the Delfin again.

Parking in Spain ( Europe in general ) is a pain. The good news is there is affordable parking available in Tossa; other places in Spain cost over double. For some reason pools ( all hotel pools we encountered in 4 different places ) close at 8PM; I wish the pools stayed open longer ( guests being respectful of the nearby residents ). Air conditioning barley cools the room. If you are going to run an AC it might as well work and cool the room ( Europe in general has a BIG problem with air conditioning in the summer time ). The AC at the Delfin worked better than all other places we stayed this summer.

Excellent location, realistically it's 150m from the beach. The rooms are spacious, cleaned daily, and overall the hotel is really well maintained. The rooftop area is incredible - the pool itself is actually much better than the photos show (it has gradual pool walls and it is more like a small artificial pond than a traditional pool with areas shallow for the little ones to play in) and the entire top floor is really great for lounging. We had half board and I don't understand why food is not praised more in the reviews. Dinner especially - consists of a la carte menu (1 appetizer, 1 main course and 1 dessert) and the food quality is simply sublime and worthy of a Michelin star. Breakfast was really good as well. The staff were wonderful and friendly. Couldn't recommend more for a family holiday.

Wi-fi in some areas was not working and the coverage through the hotel was a bit shaky but overall it's a minor thing. The balconies were also rather small in case you like sitting there for longer periods of time.

The breakfast was varied and would suit most people’s choice, and there was plenty so you could have as much as you needed. The room was good, and the standard of cleanliness was amazing, clean towels and bedding every day, one minus point was a very small balcony so 2 of us couldn’t sit out there as we like to do. It’s a very central location and it’s 4 star plus was spot on, pool and facilities around it were really good too. Would recommend this hotel and its staff for going the extra mile to ensure your holiday is fabulous.

The Delfin hotel was the best experience for the family in Spain. It’s not just for the charm of Tossa de Mar, but mainly for the hotel staff and their service. Special thanks to George for his help in parking the car in the relatively tight hotel parking once we arrived and for all his support throughout our stay. Many thanks to Celia at the front desk for her friendly, welcoming attitude from the first moment we arrived and for her guidance and advice. Also, thanks to the young man, Kevin, for his help and friendly attitude every time we asked for something. The breakfast was very good compared to other similar four-star hotels, and the swimming pool was amazing with a breathtaking view. The location is perfect, with a few minutes to all attractions, exactly as described by the hotel, which is not usually the case with pictures posted by hotels. Thank you, Delfin team, for the unforgettable experience.

We stayed at Hotel Delfin for 8 nights in July 2025. Everything at the hotel was an absolute delight. The walk to the beach is only a few minutes, but some days we didn't even go because the rooftop pool was so amazing. Perfect for both couples and families. Breakfast was superb with a lot of choices. I highly recommend Delfin, and Tossa de Mar as a Costa Brava destination. Thank you very much for the stay!

Great Hotel a few steps away from the center. The area is quiet at night and with all facilities close by. The hotel is modern, has an efficient elevator and a rooftop bar with pool. The room size was satisfying, the bed had a great matrass and pillows and there was enough closet space. Electric kettle and coffee/tea were provided. The bathroom was well equipped and had a bathtub too. The terrace was great, with enough space to comfortably sit in the morning/evening.

only thing i disliked was a communicating door to the adjacent room as you could clearly hear every word of the conversation the neighbors were having when in the proximity. Not too much trouble, but with different neighbors could have been worse.

WOW! We have had such a fantastic stay at Hotel Delfin. At arrival we found out we got an upgrade of our room. The hotel gives a luxury feeling, the staff is very friendly, helpful and always with a smile on their face working hard to make your stay unforgettable. It is clean, beautifully decorated and both breakfast and diner are really great. The location is in the middle of Tossa, which is a nice little town to explore. We chose to park in a street about five minutes walking. You can park free there and it's a nice little walk to the hotel itself. We will definately come back for a stay in this hotel. Thanks again for a perfect stay!

There was so much we liked about this hotel, the staff were excellent and so helpful, we had a need of a medical centre and the lady on reception went over and above to enquire the best one we should go to. The price included a taxi transfer from the airport which was excellent, considering our flight was a late one arriving. The rooms were spotless, cleaned daily and fresh towels daily. The roof top pool area was gorgeous, and the bar drinks and food were excellent. The hotel is very central but not noisy at night at all. The breakfast was perfect for what you need. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel.

Very friendly staff, excellent location (1 min. walk to downtown shopping street, 3 min. walk to beach), clean room (the hotel very clean in general), nice breakfast.

The pool on the roof top is really nice, but a bit on the small side. The balcony of the room was tiny. Barely big enough for one chair and a small table, so 2 people cannot sit out there. Choose one of the rooms with a terrace instead, if sitting outside is a requirement. Hotel parking would have been nice, but not a necessity, though. We parked for free 1 km away, but that's probably (definitely?) not possible in July-August due to the high season. We stayed for 10 days in the first half of September. We don't mean to sound negative. It's a lovely hotel. The above things are minor issues, and we would definitely choose the hotel again at any time if the time and price is right.
