Our apartment was on the ground floor, which was ideal with kids. All staff was kind and professional. Apartment was clean. Nice pool, and shuttle service to the centre was great. Good breakfast, and okay dinner.

I'm not sure if it is due to recent renovation or maybe faulty fitted pool tiles, but all three of our kids injured their toes each time they would go to the pool. It was bleeding, so they avoided pool for the last few days, which is shame because it is great. I also noticed this on the other kid, too. There are some issues with ants in the apartment, which did not bother us, but might be an issue for some people. They were continuously going over the wall and kitchen toward the waste basket.

Most the staff were really friendly, the events staff were great, the different pool options were really nice

Location was really close to town, 3-5 minutes drive, found frustrating no local place in Tossa does takeaway deliveries to the hotel tho so often meant having to go out. The walls in rooms were really thin so alot of noise in evening, people washing dishes and talking well after midnight wasnt ideal with young family

It was very nice and relaxing. The entertainment for kids and adults in the evening was good, the food was lovely, although the lunch menu and dinner menu was almost identical. The kids had their own swimming pool with lots to do.

You have to buy your own tea or coffee for your room. There were ants in the room but it was sorted out straightaway. Towels and soap were not changed or refilled daily, we had to ask for this. There was no air con in the bedroom, only in lounge area so the bedroom was warm in the night. Had to pay extra for the drinks at breakfast and dinner. The game room was in the basement and extremely hot with no air con, could not stay in there for more than 5 minutes

Newly refurbished, the hotel had amazing facilities for families with kids. The three pools were great, the entertainment (big shout out to the staff!) kept everyone busy and the food was good prices and delicious. The staff is amazing and everyone was extemely friendly and helpful! I would definitely stay again!

The distance from the Tossa city center can be challenging if not driving.

Proper family hotel for holiday. Kids love swimming pool ! Food was good , open CLEAN big rooms (flats), housekeeping everyday check in on it. Activities guys was brilliant to encourage kids for play you can see they have fun with them. Worth money

queue on the reception, splash park floor should be changed , and slippery tiles between 2 small swimming pools

The place so amazing and the all staffs so very good service and i love the place so much..i wish next year we will come back again

Hope next time the pool of the babies or children is a little bit hot water .not totally hot water its like a balance of the temperature of pool water. .but not also super cold the water of the pool of children .becuase they are not enjoying the pool . They are getting super cold 😅.my baby or child ..shes crying because she want to play in the pool but the water is super cold. So hope next time because we will come back ,because the place is amazing . Its for family bonding. Thank you guys

The pools were good, especially the children's pool. Having 2 dinner options was great (the usual buffet or the downstairs pizza buffet). Secluded location, so no noise outside of the hotel. Mostly Spanish and French language entertainment so the annoying Brits stayed away. Plenty of space and plenty of loungers.

Having to unexpectedly pay extra upon arrival for the drinks that were available during meal time (we paid for half board).

Beautiful nature around, lots of entertainment for children, excellent breakfast, friendly staff.

I booked one night but when I checked out the manager tried to charge me 4 nights parking fee of 48 euros. Noise until 12 midnight. Shower holder did not lock in position.

Food was ok. Too many flies in the restaurant though

1st day the lifeguard spent most of the time in a room not watching the pool. Didn't like the fact there was no privacy in between some of the ground floor rooms. They need to put some privacy fencing in. Taxis from Tossa varied from 11-18 euros

There is no menu in the restaurant, only buffet, which is quite odd, because the closest restaurants are in 2.5km.
