Breakfast is awesome, well thought of, and delicious. Nespresso coffee is served and I love it! Hotel is very clean, the dining room is bright and service is awesome, I had one of the best breakfasts in Vic.

Would have been better if it was closer to the city center, although it was just 15 mins walk away.

Very comfortable room excellent breakfast buffet, friendly staff. Luggage storage on the day of departure was very helpful.

Well, there were some tails that were broken in the bathroom but those were only small cosmetic things. It didn't really affect our stay.

The breakfast was a good selection of items including fresh fruit, pastries and hot food scrambled eggs and bacon. Staff were always helpful.

There wasn't anything to dislike, although the Internet went down but that was outside the control of the hotel.

The hotel is located about 10 minutes walk from the historical center and 15 minutes walk from the bus station. They have a restaurant (was closed when I was there) or you walk to Plaza Mayor or around it to find restaurants and other shops, although there are 1 or 2 bars closer. The room was comfortable, quiet and with some view. Wifi good. Staff ok. The breakfast begins at 6 am what was very good because I had an early bus to catch. Breakfast was good.

Friendly, helpful staff.. early checkin was organised..thank you. Great room and comfy bed. Easy location as I was on an overnight stay between Spain and France and didn’t want to be in the centre of the city.

The room was nicely presented, with plenty of towels, fresh sheets, and additional tourist information. The room provides ample space for work and relaxing. The wifi connection is perfect, but a bit slow if you need to download files.

The cleaning staff arrive quite early in the morning - around 8:30 a.m. - and this can be a bit of a hindrance if you're getting ready to go out or dealing with an early morning business meeting. The cleanliness is acceptable, but I was a bit disappointed to find a lot of dust in the wardrobe and on the bed frame.

Really friendly staff, a short work to the city center, about 15 mins, lovely breakfast.

The walls are a little thin, so early morning you can hear a lot of doors slamming when people are leaving earlier.
