Location was good, a fairly short walk to the beach, a really good restaurant and a small supermarket next door. Staff was really friendly and did their best to resolve our issues. This is a hostel and feels more like a dorm than a hotel, very simple, but everything was clean and we enjoyed the stay.

You could easily hear people in the next room, long and unattractive hallways to the rooms. Bed was small, especially for a tall guy and narrow too. A small fridge in the room would have been appreciated in the heat that we had.

Easy check-in. Helpful man to greet us and tell us about everything. Nice room and large bathroom with shower. Extremely clean. Two towels each provided, toilet paper and liquid hand soap. Communal area & microwave , fridge etc for dining (although we didn't need to use it). Brightly lit room. Large wardrobe, dressing table and chair. Good TV and free WiFi. Central location surrounded by bars and restaurants.

It was noisy. However, I used earplugs which meant that I still managed to sleep well. Mattress softer than I'm used to.

The location, staff and extras. The lobby area was a great space with a microwave, cups, plates and a television. The hotel is situated right next to the market and a 10 minute walk to the beach. The town is even closer with approximately 5 minutes. There are so many aspects of Vila Joiosa close to the hotel. A special mention to Pedro who was extremely helpful prior to arriving and on arrival. Thank you.

Amazing hotel very close to the beach. The rooms are nice and clean, we had the balcony and it was handy to have that extra room to chill. The staff is really good, helpful and always happy to answer your questions or give you information. There is a fridge and a small hall that guests can use to eat and store food and drinks.

Location was perfect right next to market and 5 mins walk to the beach . We bought ham, cheese and bread daily from the market which was delicious.

From the warmth of our welcome to the late check out this was a great - exceptional - stay. The area is a delight day or night with excellent facilities and services easily reached. We look forward to a return visit.

We had to use the lounge for wifi, but that was no trouble whatsoever and the wifi was v very speedy and entirely reliable so used.

They clean and organise the room but don't change the towels, and also only offer single beds

The room was spacious and clean, the beds comfy, a great shower And aircon included, the staff were super helpful and friendly. It is up a bit of a hill but it’s not too bad and only about 10 mins slow walk from the beach

Nothing I can think of

I went there two times during this summer, everything was perfect. The staff are amazing, polite, and extremely helpful. the rooms was very clean and I think it was recently renovated, the bathroom total clean and renovated and finally the air-condition was super and totally new. the location is super cool in the heart of the town and 5 minutes walk to the central beach. If You have small/medium dog, the hostel is super friendly with pets.

to be honest there’s nothing I didn’t like. everything was perfect. It’s not a fancy place so you should not exceed your expectations. very good for comfort sleep and stay but no more.

I needed somewhere convenient to the tram line for one night. It was a reasonable price for July. The receptionist was very helpful. As a female on my own I felt safe.

Very basic but there is a buffet breakfast if required. Could do with a hot drinks machine but there are cafes near by.
