The place itself is amazing. Different rooms with different ambiences, two pools (a small and a medium one), the breakfast buffet is not super big, but I find that very good to not waste anything. The beaches are just down the stairs and are not crowded. The staff is very friendly, helpful and was always able to help.

The prices at the restaurants and pool bar are way off. A single sandwich at the pool with a very small salad costs 14,-€. That money spend at home would give me 10-15 sandwiches. Even for this hotel, this is off the mark. This has to be re-evalued.

The architecture is truly stunning, and the peaceful location adds a sense of calm that makes staying here genuinely revitalizing. Our room was spacious and just 5 meters from the smaller pool—which, to our surprise, no one else used during our stay. It felt like our own private retreat—absolutely fantastic. Breakfast was delicious and offered a good variety. However, we found dinner to be overpriced for the quality and selection provided. For context, we had dined at several Michelin recommended restaurants just weeks earlier that offered a significantly better culinary experience at a lower price point. As for the beaches, they’re mostly rocky rather than sandy—which wasn’t our preference. That said, there are several beautiful sandy beaches just a short drive away. And if you enjoy rocky beaches, you’ll find both clothing-optional and traditional options to choose from.

The beach is rocky, and the dinner didn’t quite meet expectations. Our room did include a coffee machine, which was a nice touch, but surprisingly, housekeeping wasn’t allowed to restock the coffee pads. We had to go to reception ourselves, which felt a bit inconvenient given the price point. Honestly, we would have happily paid a bit more for a more seamless, worry-free experience.

Everything was amazing! Vicent and Martin were betting nice accommodating us to our comfort. The views form the superior room were amazing and the landscaping was breathtaking. Also the restaurant Alhambra was very good with Paola and Fran as our servers were very kind.

I didn’t like the accesses to the beach. And the nudist beach right r outof our balcony.

Fantastic idyllic setting overlooking the Mediterranean. The ideal place to relax and unwind. Beautiful hotel with traditional features. Staff are welcoming and attentive, particularly in the restaurant and service was exceptional. The main restaurant has a superb sea view and the food is very high quality.

There isn’t anything not to like about this place.

Perfect location, amazing beach, clean, good breakfast, design of hotel is perfect. Hotel is much more beautiful than it looks in photos.

All is good. Only be conscious that this hotel is adults recommended, even if kids are welcome officially. There is a feeling that with kid you are not welcomed by audience.

Everything. Staff especially were lovely and location perfect. Restaurant Emperador highly recommended. Our room was nice and a good size with everything we needed. Lots of coat hangers were handy, shame we couldn't get a sea view but it was a last minute decision to go away. Service from everyone we had contact with was superb and made my birthday special thankyou 💗

That we had to leave! The only thing that's stops this wonderful hotel from being 100% perfect and that's only in our eyes was a pebbly beach. We just like a sandy beach, only our choice, but it wouldn't stop us coming back, and we will certainly be returning.

The location is pure paradise. The view from the room (Romantic room) was incredible. Beautiful room terrace with sun lounges. The room was spotless clean, great shower and bed very confortable and large. The bar and pool facilites were great and the staff at reception were all amazing (from ordering us taxis to provide for a late checkout).

A perfect location for those who prefer to be in a relatively quiet place, rather then in crowded and lively Benidorm or Alicante. Great and helpful staf, excellent food in the restaurant. Very pleasant seaview bar on the terrace.

In the last week of September, with the air temparatures of 30 C and water around 25 C, there were already no services on the beach (ubmrellas, deck chairs, bar, SUP rentals, etc.)

Absolutely loved our stay, the staff are helpful and kind, it was a delight to be there & we will return for sure! Food at lunch and breakfast was super and my massage was wonderful I still feel de-stressed and chilled out! The bedroom was lovely and the mattress was divine, you did a great job and I felt like a VIP, thank you all of you I can’t wait to come back x

Location, view, and room quality are absolutely outstanding. This hotel is definitely the way to do holidays in the Costa Blanca, away from all the busy tourist centers.

The food could have been a bit better. For the price and rating of the hotel, the food of the "Bar" area was a bit lackluster.
