The hotel and rooms were immaculate and well-maintained. We were a family of three, and the size of the rooms was excellent. The check-in was smooth, and the room was well-decorated and had a high-end feel. The location was fantastic, with everything you wish to see in Xativa within walking distance. We stayed for one night but could have easily stayed for longer. Parking was easy, with plenty of on-street parking. Good air-conditioning and a ceiling fan made for an excellent night's sleep, as did the room's soundproofing.

Everything was perfect.

Paco was very pleasant on arrival, gave us a map of the town and explained the best parts to view. Showed us how to enter the building with the key card entry. Our room was fabulous, cool, clean and very modern, lovely roomy ensuite. Cleaners came every day, but we didnt make use of them for our first day, as we felt there was no use. This meant we had run out of coffee pods for the coffee maker, but Paco was happy to pop some extra ones in our room. On departure he was happy to check we had enjoyed our stay. That day we ventured up to the castle, and enjoyed the Corpus Christi festivities in the town centre, so we were heading back to our car around 7.30pm. Paco was outside his property and had a chat with us again, even though we were no longer his guests, he was still friendly.

Spacious, clean, and quiet room with thoughtful touches - the toiletries included even a makeup remover! The owner is very kind and helpful, and the location is within walking distance from the squares and restaurants in the old town. There is a nice laid-back place that serves delicious breakfast (and drinks and other food) just around the corner.

The Gomez room we stayed in was clean and bright with everything you need - we had a room at the front of the property which overlooked the street. We used the remote check in which was easy to do but the hosts were accessible via WhatsApp during our stay.

Location excellent, welcome excellent. I had medication to be refrigerated and paco was very accomodating on checkout allowing me to use fridge in room beyond check out time 👌

The coffee machine did not work. A kettle and instant coffee would have been better.

The guy was very helpful, the rooms are well priced and the town is very pretty.

The air condition was needed at all times, and quite noisy, small nitpicking, the place was good overall

Easy, well,supported check in. Quiet location with easy access both to town and to walking routes nearby. Very large bathroom and shower. Very clean.

Convenient and comfortable, in nice part of town. Description on Booking.com was accurate with no surprises, except free bottle of water and clean towels everyday.

The room is clean and modern, quite conveniently located, it’s a 15minutes walk to the city center. Not as pretty as on the pictures but nice nonetheless. Friendly staff.

The soundproofing is nonexistent and we had loud neighbors if you know what I mean
