Located very close to Ella strip. Hotel was very clean and friendly welcome by the staff especially Niroshan and Shehan. We were greeted with a very warm coffee and made feel comfortable and homely by chatting to us. We were filled with all the necessary information with what we should do in the evening and what are the hot spots in the area etc etc.

There is nothing to moan about in the hotel or staff or food. Everything is up to the standard and even the driver had some good feedback about his accommodation and food he was provided in house.

Lovely hotel staff and a good quality hotel with rooms and a restaurant. Best shower we had on our travels and the manager was kind enough to upgrade us to a balcony room free of charge. 5 minute walk into Ella and great if you want to be near the town!

Hotel was nice and clean. Location is good as it is in the city centre but on the side of the road so you can have a nice sleep.

The staff was beyond wonderful- they even called us up one day as we were missing breakfast. The hotel was located very close to the city center which was also very nice

We booked this hotel was we wanted to spend time by the pool. However, it desperately needed cleaning - it was very dirty for our entire stay. This was the most expensive hotel we have booked for our Sri Lanka trip, but for it to live up to the price it should have been cleaned better.

The staff were friendly. Nice pool and dining area. Breakfast was good with an egg/omelette station. Great location, close to shops, laundry and restaurants off the main road.

Non working aircon, it was under repairs. Luckily fan was working! The room was not cleaned properly- so many dead/alive flies and mosquitoes in the room and staircases, all gathering at the windows.
