Access to the hotel is quite difficult. I recommend adding clear signals on the main road to make it easier for guests to find their way. We had the most incredible 4-night stay at Glenross Living, nestled in the heart of a beautiful rainforest surrounded by nature. My wife, our 1.5-year-old son, and I were treated like family from the moment we arrived. A special thanks to Mr. Upali and Mr. Larry for going above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and truly spoiled. The food, prepared by different chefs, was a culinary delight—each dish was beautifully presented and full of flavor. The room service and housekeeping were superb, always attentive to our needs, even with a toddler. A huge thank you to Mr. Shamal, Mr. Udara, and the entire staff who treated us as if we were part of their family. We also had an incredible experience at the spa—Mira, the therapist, transported us to another world with her amazing Balinese massage. It was pure relaxation! Glenross Living exceeded all our expectations, providing warm hospitality, attention to detail, and unforgettable memories for our little family. We highly recommend this hidden gem for anyone seeking a tranquil and luxurious retreat!

The villas are really lovely. Very private

The service, whilst friendly and willing to do anything for you, can be somewhat haphazard. Check in wasn’t overly slick and often things took a long time. Our biggest issue is that if you aren’t a meat eater there is limited food choice. We fell back to having fish but essentially had the same meal three nights in a row. For a £300/night hotel, that’s not great.

I loved everything especially the view from my villa, welcoming massage, yoga class, food, friendly staff, the room and pool, floating breakfast... it is like a dream

It is surrounded by trees everywhere so expect insects everywhere, and it is isolated and far from anywhere

Very nice villa clean and spacious. Clean crisp sheets. Perfect pool size and cool TV room downstairs to enjoy after spending the day in the private pool. Staff very friendly and the property manager was very helpful. Room service was good

No near attractions

Everything We stayed in the Villa, it’s one of the best in the world. Located in Rubber and Cinnamon trees farm. The staff were super friendly specially Ajith made sure our stay was super comfortable. The food was good, i think they could do better. Overall i will always recommend this place to anyone visiting Sri Lanka
