The staff is very friendly, the room is very comfortable and clean, we loved the pool and bar!

I wouldn’t really call this hotel beachfront. It’s definitely waterfront but the beach is way too rocky to use. The wifi goes in and out often and the keypad to the room is frustrating to use.

Amazing hotel on the beach - you couldn't get closer! We arrived last minute and were given the family room on the top floor. For 2 adults and 2 children- perfect. Amazing ocean view from not only our balcony but also the bathtub! We loved our stay here- absolute relaxation. The pool was great and the egg swing was perfect to chill out on every afternoon. Included breakfast was great. Staff were great, local dogs were great! We spotted turtles out the front and it was close enough to head back to shops and restaurants if needed.

This is exactly what we were looking for. Beach front location. Our room had two massive sliding doors to the balcony that also gave us a perfect view of the beach from bed. The restaurant down stairs has an affordable and tasty menu with a good mix of local and international food.you can order it to your room or sit by the beach front pool. Staff were exceptional. Very helpful and friendly. Location is a little out of Mirissa main beach but only a very short bike ride or tuk tuk.

They only clean the room if you remember to put the sign on the door but it's not a real issue

Great location, maximum 5 minutes from the center if you take a Tuk Tuk which you can easily get asking the reception. They have their own and if is not available they will call someone for you anytime. The room is very nice same as the pictures and the common area as well! The pool is always cleaned in the morning so the guests can use it during the day. The staff is very friendly! Everyday when I woke up and walk to the restaurant there was always someone from the staff that asked if everything was fine in the room and if we needed anything. If you are interested in any popular activities of Mirissa they have great contacts for it. The breakfast was delicious and everyday they have happy hour for the drinks. Must try their Gin drink with home made Lemon Grass Syrup. Overall a great experience, looking forward to stay in Beach & Bliss again!

The food is a bit pricy for the local standard - the drinks outside of the happy hour as well, but always with great quality so even though the prices are a bit high, it was worth it.

The property fully stands for its name. It's blissful to stay at this property with the waves kissing the edge of the resort. The pool and the outdoor jacuzzi right by the beach is exciting and super relaxing. The staff is courteous and adjusted for our late check out owing to extraneous circumstances. The property is well maintained and clean. The Mirissa Diving school is right next door and the main Mirissa beach is only few minutes apart by a tuk tuk. Overall, an amazing staycation at the beach!

Clean and spacious rooms with fan and air conditioning units. Staff were fantastic at this hotel, always with a smile on their faces and helpful. A special shout out to Ruwan who took the time to have a conversation about Sri Lanka and many other things with us, as well as being a very observant and helpful member of staff. Food was tasty and reasonable in comparison to some of the more upmarket hotels. Swimming pool was the perfect temperature after being baked by the hot sun. Two dogs that reside at this hotel are gentle and excellent companions who were well looked after by the staff which is an added tick in the box from us animal lovers.

Some walls and skirting boards could do with a little bit of a revamp. TV didn’t work but this has been the same with every stay to date in Sri Lanka as the signal is poor. (Only 1 in 6 has worked)

Friendly Staff, breathtaking views, jacuzzi and pool. Owners also invited us to take a lift with them when they were headed out to downtown. The food is awesome from the restaurant bar. Free minibar if you pay in cash. Despite the nagatuves I'd visit here again but it's slightly on the pricier side.

Too many insects in the upper portion rooms. Hotel should provide sprays and mosquito repellents. The upper portion room lock doesn't work. Some maintenence work was going about on one night which caused a bit of noise and didn't let my wife sleep. Beds weren't comfy, theres some hard layer between mattress and sheets.

Everything was great, The staff is very kind and responsive. They have assised us with every our request, so there was nothing bad to mention. Shout out to the chef and the restaurant, we had a delicious dinner with the freshest fish and seafood tryied so far in srilanka.

There are some "attention to details" to fullfill, to meet a european guest standarts. But the team had fulfilled all the request on the daily basis, so just ask if you dont get something and they will do.

Modern and new house with comforts. The price is a bit higher, but it's 100% worth it. The pool is perfect and you can also swim in the ocean lagoon nearby. The best chef and kitchen - we enjoyed all our meals for breakfast (every morning seasonal fresh fruits and juice, eggs, baked goods etc. Ask for traditional local Sri Lankan breakfast inc egg hoppers, coconut samosa, curry), lunch and dinner. Superb bed and WiFi connection was also very good.

Sometimes the staff overthought it, so you could feel a bit intimidated.

Everything perfect. But the best thing was definitely the people who work there, especially Gayan. There was the best people we meet in all Sri Lanka. We wanted to bring Gayan to Brazil, because he is so so nice. The hotel infrastructure was also great. And the food is the other best part. We got it with dinner included, and that was the best decision. The breakfast is also perfect, delicious. It comes in your table, and is everything so delicious and perfect. We loved everything, the best decision we made.

The only thing I think could be improved is the daily cleaning in the room. We stayed for 3 nights and we didn’t had any cleaning in the room during these days.
