Bed, bathroom (particularly the shower)were great. The grounds were truly exceptional. The "eco" approach of the hotel was notable and a great aspiration Restaurant staff were great

We tried to live up to the fact that "hotel rooms don't need cleaning everyday", but, towels were changed without us making a request We asked for an early departure breakfast and expressed annoyance at being charged extra for a snack rather than a full buffet meal. The buns that were provided were completely inedible. Threw them away These little wrinkles in an otherwise great stay, linger in the memory! Pity that the final memory of an otherwise great stay, was so poor

The breakfast is delicious, and the location is ok, except a little bit far from the city center.

It is better to clean the room everyday, at present it needs to book cleaning service one day in advance.

Understaffed reception (we waited 20min to be checked in). Understaffed bar in the evening (the waiter servicing me, could not make cocktails).

Amazing breakfast, good food in the restaurant! Nice gym and things to do. Beautiful surroundings. Room was simple and booring. Perfect stay for travel for work but not for holiday.

The waffle iron is an amazing addition. The freshly cooked eggs are great. I liked the view through the window. I liked the game room.

My room was the edge room, so sometimes the wifi wasn't great.

The staff of the hotel is very friendly and polite. Very quiet place set in a green area and small village. Possibility of making sport and a public free run ning track just close to the hotel. Very good breakfast with very wide choice, also for persons with diet problems. I appreciated the offer of stevia, as alternative to sugar, and integral and cereal bread. For people following diets, these details are important.

The menu of the restaurant in the evening is a bit limited.

The hotel is well organised. The staff are friendly and helpful and the food in the restaurant is very good and value for money.

Having a small desk in the room where I could work on a computer would have been helpful and made my stay even better than it was.
