By far one of the best hotels I've stayed at, especially price/value wise. Everything was so thought out, from automatic check in/out to availability of extra things in the pantry. The room was amazing - large, comfortable, lots of storage space, clean, ability to cook, lots of light, blackout curtains, good AC. The location is great, 2 min walk to the metro and 2 great stores near by, one of which is on the first floor of the building. For us it was even in walking distance to the city center, if you're ok with a 40 minute walk.

The hotel's restaurant was a bit pricey for the location, even coffee was too expensive for the area. Not too many vegan options either.

Zoku Copenhagen is probably the coolest place I have ever stayed. For the small size of the room, it was so thoughtfully designed and laid out. I also appreciated the self-service aspect of the place in that I could check in and check out at my leisure and I could help myself to the pantry for things like soap, towels, wine glasses. The kitchen was small but stocked sufficiently with the accoutrements I needed to cook. The location was superb for my needs in that there was a small grocery store and a metro stop a short two blocks away. I liked that I was near enough to the city centre, but still far enough that I could get away from the crowds.

Housekeeping happened only once per week. The kitchen faucet was also set up such that the hot and cold temperatures were in opposite directions to how they were marked. I would also have appreciated having some hair conditioner and lotion in the bathroom (these are generally complimentary at other hotels). I rented a bike from Zoku -- it was very expensive. I think that there should be a discounted price for their guests.

Clean, comfortable, and close to the city centre, Zoku was a great place to stay. Located next to the Danish state broadcaster (DR), the metro is 5 mins walk away, frequent and two stops from one of the must-visit stops in Copenhagen, Christianhavn. From the airport, it took us 30 mins to get to Zoku on the Metro. Or you can travel the Danish way and take a bike!

Nothing really to dislike. Perhaps the ethos that Zoku foreground (Zoku sweet Zoku) can be a little heavy handed. We stayed three nights and didnt meet anyone else. That was fine, but it therefore didnt feel like a new way to live.

One of the best and most welcoming accomodation in all my experience! ❤️ Zoku Copenhagen mindset is a different level of hospitality - we were feeling as a part of the community, like at home of a friends :) Each and every member of the personnel was really welcoming and kind! Our Studio had all amenities needed to prepare full meal, was spacious and very well designed. Bathroom had quite a big shower considering studios' size. TV had some international channels, bed was soft and firm enough for a great sleep. Nearest supermarket is in the next building. Metro station DR Byen around 200 meters. Airport with one change from metro to the train in 15-20 minutes.

Very nice apartment come hotel room. Very modern and well equipped and neat design. Perfect for our 4 night break. It is very close to the Metro so you can be in the city within minutes. We were also able to hire bikes from Zoku at reasonable rates and to use their lockers to store our luggage on the last day. There are nice spaces to eat and relax on the top floor and roof terrace. It is also close to shops. Really enjoyed our stay and would come back.

The main downside for us was that breakfast was not included. Although we did pay extra for it one day it was overpriced as there was limited choice and although you could ask for eggs and bacon to be cooked the portions were pretty small. We opted to buy our own food and use the kitchen for breakfast. The room was generally great but the 'loft' bed meant there was no space to get ready for the day as you can't stand in the bed area and there was no dressing table. It also wouldn't be suitable for anyone with mobility challenges.

The location was good, close to the metro station and supermarkets. The personnel was kind. The breakfast was satisfactory. The room was really comfortable with a coffee machine and lots of space to store your clothes, etc, if you stay for many days.

The only disadvantage of this hotel is the frequency of cleaning service. I stayed there for 4 nights; one day I put on the “don’ disturb” sign, and I ended up with a room never getting cleaned. Of course you are provided with equipment to clean it yourself, but who wants to clean a hotel room when you pay for it? Especially with this price.

1. We loved our room. As in - we actually made a point of staying in it. The design, the bed, the big window, the shower. 2. Very good coffee in the rooftop bar 3. The whole area on 5th floor, especially sitting outside. 4. We liked the area around the hotel and how close the metro was. The supermarket too.

1. The temperature in the room. You can only cool it down by 2 degrees. Not always enough. A/C produces a slight noise 2. Curtains not dark enough for light sleepers. 3. A toaster would be nice - didn’t find one in the room or the pantry 4. Service was friendly but not always quick. 5. Most upsetting - the frying pan in the room was filthy and full of goo. The one from thd pantry - not much better. Had to make scrambled eggs in a pot…

We chose this hotel because of its proximity to Royal Arena where we were attending the event. Little did we know that it'll turn out to be one of the best hotels we ever stayed at! When we just arrived at the reception, all I could think of is just WOW. It's the most beautiful reception I've ever seen! Then, we were warmly welcomed by a super kind receptionist guy (even though it was late night). In addition to this, he also offered us a FREE UPGRADE! 🥺 It was the second WOW of our stay. And, of course, the third WOW was the room itself :D It's so creative, stylish, well thought out, and simply FUN! You'll spend the 1st hour of your stay just exploring all the fun features that this room offers :D My personal favorites: iron&board right in the room (such a rare thing, even for 5* hotels). All the furniture, bed sheets, and household appliances were high quality. The fully-equipped kitchen and very comfy table make the room perfect even for a long stay. Also, there's a TV to which you can cast videos from your phone (YouTube/Netflix/etc). The breakfast at the hotel is also great - the buffet offers everything you need (incl. amazing bakery😉) + you can additionally order eggs prepared in different styles. The location was perfect for our purposes, but it's convenient to get to the center too - the metro is right around the corner. Also, there are 2 big supermarkets literally in the neighboring buildings. Generally, the hotel area is beautiful, modern, clean, and safe. ALL the staff members - receptionists, kitchen personnel, chiefs, cleaning ladies - are just fantastic people. There were so many other cool and fun things in the hotel, such as the room where you can take additional tea bags/coffee capsules/kitchen utensils/etc at any moment, laundry room, courtesy room, possibility to rent bikes, super cozy last floor with board games....

We loved everything, but the minor thing is that the floor in the room was cold in mid-September (and thermostat didn't help much), but it's a common thing for all Europe (so consider bringing slippers if you're sensitive to that)

I loved how everything you need was in the room from shampoo and body lotions, hairdryer, iron and coffee making facilities plus a kettle and fridge. The bed was very comfy and the shower was just right. The best thing was having lots of charging sockets, mirrors and great lighting. Also lots of cupboards and one massive one you could fit a body in! 😂 It’s really convenient for the Metro and 2 grocery stores practically next door for anything you need. The fridge is a little tiny but enough room for my oat milk and some cans and biscuits. Air conditioning was also a bonus. The locker room in the basement was great for storing my luggage after I checked out. The only downside is there’s not much around but as the Metro is so close and cheap, it’s easy to hop on and go explore. Also the bar is very expensive. Staff are very helpful and made me feel welcome.

Drinks quite pricey on the Roof Garden and it is a bit far away from any kind of restaurants or bars although it’s quick to get to anywhere on Metro.

Super cozy and comfortable rooms with good location for business. Close to supermarket and station. Rooms are clean and staffs friendly. Quiet place to focus on your work. The staffs were gentle. I especially loved when they asked me for a drink during waiting because the room wasn’t ready even after 15 PM.

It’d be better if there are a little detailed guide on how to use the business center, coworking lounge, meeting rooms, laundry, gyms and bikes. If you can make a simulation case for a person staying in a business, family, tourist study case, and gather in a hand book it will more ideas to how plan the stay. Just for drinks&pastries it’d be nicer if you can propose more some local foods in partnership with local bakeries&groceries.
