Very nice hotel - our bedroom was lovely and well decorated (a bit small but more than enough though!) The breakfast was amazing!

The pool is beautiful but not very hot (lukewarm I will say) I think the property needs a jacuzzi to be honest and providing slippers would have been better as well.

I think the basement diming room is a bit souless - could have done with a table cloth or some flowers on the table but choice of food was quite good - not many staff serving and carrying water glasses as well as everything else with the overly small plates seemed a little annoying given the five star hotel - it felt like breakfast at a three star hotel

For hotel guest queueing at the counter to order breakfast with loads of visitors from outside was inconvenient - Rug should offer table service in part of the restaurant Gym is a useless space , not any lighter hand weights, no floor space only one bench, mats are too big and impossible to lay out on floor - the hotel is huge surely a better space can be found for a gym - cable machine is terrible

This was one of the most wonderful hotels I have ever stayed in. I arrived at night & the exterior was all lit up. It waa breathtaking. All the staff were friendly & professional. My room was beautifully appointed & my bed was the most comfortable I have enjoyed in any hotel ever.

The bed was too high to get onto for someone of average height or smaller. Breakfast could do with some gluten free items luke gluten free bread, gluten free pancakes & signs to advise if the granola is gluten free. I did ask for milk alternatives e.g oat or soya in my room pre-arrival & during my stay but they never came.

Very convinient 5* hotel in the center of Copenhagen. The room was a bit small but very comfortable and thoughtfuly made with a view of the Tivoli gardens (we even got to see the Saturday fireworks). Loved the matress, as well as pillows and amenities. Don't forget to visit RUG restaurant and bakery, on of the best in town -better quality that any of the most IG viral ones

The lobby area lacks character. And the swimming pool (although impressive) could be more well kept -was a bit messy with towels all over the place...

My stay at Villa Copenhagen was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I stepped into the grand lobby, I was captivated by the modern yet elegant design that perfectly blends historical charm with contemporary luxury. The room I stayed in was spacious, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. The attention to detail was apparent in every corner, from the plush bedding to the stylish furnishings. I particularly loved the large windows that let in plenty of natural light, offering stunning views of the city. One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel’s stunning rooftop pool. The panoramic views of Copenhagen’s skyline while lounging by the pool were unforgettable. The on-site restaurant served delectable dishes, with a menu that perfectly combined local flavors and international cuisine. The staff at Villa Copenhagen were incredibly attentive and friendly. They made sure all my requests were handled promptly and with a smile. It was evident that they genuinely care about the guest experience and go above and beyond to ensure comfort and satisfaction. The location is also unbeatable, conveniently situated close to major attractions, shopping, and dining spots. Overall, Villa Copenhagen offers a unique, luxurious experience that I highly recommend for anyone looking for a stay in the heart of Copenhagen.

The design of the property is very stylish and well made. The breakfast was very good. Convenient location.

I think the highlight of the property is open swimming pool. And everything was organized bad about it. First they do not provide flip flops which is kind of expected from this level of the hotel. They say due to ecological reasons ok then you can provide the ones from bamboo. So all guest going around hotel in the bathrobe and winter shoes. The one entrance was closed so you have to walk around all the hotel to take another entrance. The staff was not able to handle the traffic of the guests means dirty towels were around, there were no tea and so on. The water in the swimming pool could be a bit warmer.

Villa Copenhagen is very impressive: a stylish hotel in a very convenient location (next to the main station and Tivoli Gardens), with an outstanding breakfast buffet. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.

We had requested a quiet room overlooking the courtyard, rather than overlooking the station. We were, however, initially given a room overlooking the station but Reception were able to give us a different room immediately.

The building is well located, old but modern and with modern materials. The rooms were clean, the staff was friendly, helpful and gentle, trying to accommodate needs.

The rooms were a bit small compared to the price you pay. Maybe no one does the math of price / sqm, but it should/will be considered as a factor sooner or later by guests. Also the doors were heavy which made each neighbouring door that would close to make a bit slapping noise, potentially waking you up very early or late if your neighbouring visitors were leaving their room.

Some of the staff like Sandro were a credit to you so super friendly and helpful. The pool and bar are beautiful. Good vibes in the bar areas. The toiletries in the room felt a real treat! I liked the special water stations.

Tables reserved for long periods of time in the bar felt unfair. One afternoon we came back to the hotel and in the bar area all tables were reserved and nobody was sat in them! A hotel bar/ reception should just be tables as you turn up. Also your wine options are so so disappointing and expensive. In the harbour, I could have a reasonable NZ Sauvignon! Your wines were eye watering in price and not even very nice when ordered!

THe breakfast was amazing, especially the cinnamonroles, we are still thinking of these. Most things very healthy, everything organic. Very unicque hotel, that it was first the post office. The beds were comfortable. Enough space. Beautiful roofterrace with pool. We were happy with the stay. Even the cleaning ladies don't only clean: they organise, they sort, make everything look tidy and I was impressed with that.

Honestly, no idea.
