The breakfast was fantastic, a super variety of hot and cold dishes, and the location was superb, so close to the train station. The staff were so friendly and helpful, the hotel itself was so clean, new and modern, with free tea and coffee was such a bonus treat as we were staying in winter and it was nice to have something warm in our hands as we left the hotel to walk around the city.

The main reason we booked this hotel was because of the pool, but it was a bit of a disappointment, it was more of a community pool that the hotel had access to. It was quite far away from the hotel rooms, but it was still very nice and fun and clean, just not the spa vibe we were hoping for, but the onus is on us for not doing more research.

The location, staff, pool were excellent! The staff is very helpful and polite, checked us in earlier because our room was already ready. The access to the pool is free and unlimited (which is a pure joy). Location is great, just a little walk behind the central station. The breakfast was pleasant and just enough. Loved that the room had a separate child bed which is hidden (like a closet) on the wall and can be used if needed. Facilities were very clean. The room has electric water cooker, iron, ironing desk and a safe. The check in area has comfy couches, great choice of board games, free tea and coffee and guests can even buy wine/beer/soft drinks and snacks there. I would definitely go back to this hotel!

The room needs a slight refreshment: the colour on the walls is scratched in some places (but that is such a mini thing).

We really like the location which is 5 mins walk to main train station and 10-15 mins to walk popular area. Breakfast was very delicious and excellent. Room was very spacious and hot.

We chose a queen bed but found our bed is made with 2 single beds. It makes a little bit hard to get comfortable sleep, beds were easily spliting apart. When they offer a queen, it has to be 1 big bed, not combined 2 single beds.

The hotel has a large surrounding area where you can sit, especially in the summer when it's not cold. The breakfast room is large, very nicely designed, and the breakfast is well-organized. There are a few items, but they are of good quality. At the reception, there is free tea and coffee. The pool room makes a significant difference if you will use it! The room was very spacious and large, and beautifully designed. However, the overall aesthetic is urban and not at all hygge. I really liked the detail in all the windows. They have placed cushions so you can sit and read a book and feel out of place.

We stayed as a family of four for one night. The area is good and very close to Tivoli Park. If you don't plan to use the metro or a bike, and only walk it's not the most central, if you have many days will be ok. The only two negative points were the following. One is that it is very close to the train station, resulting in hearing trains all day. For those with sleep issues, this is a problem. However, what ruined our experience 100% was the bad smell in the bathroom. There must be a problem with the sewage system, and you couldn't leave the door open or stay in the bathroom for long. If I had stayed more days, I would have requested a room change or a refund. I believe that cleanliness is the basic element that makes accommodation worthwhile.

The location is perfect because it's very close to the train station where you arrive from the airport and it's also within walking distance to the city center and tourist sights. It's also right next to Meatpacking District, a hip area with restaurants and bars (but it's not noisy). The hotel is part of a sports center and there are many facilities (for an extra fee) such as tennis, bowling and a swimming pool, which we didn't use but looked good. The breakfast is served in a large hall with a beautiful exposed roof ceiling like a barn. The food was good although there was no variety from one day to the next. The coffee was especially good for a hotel breakfast. The reception staff are very nice and there is a comfortable lobby lounge area with free coffee and tea, options to buy soft drinks, beer and wine, and some free board games. You can stay here and chill out after checkout before it's your time to go. The room was okay, nothing special but it served its purpose since we spent most of the time walking around the city anyway.

Our room was spacious but it lacked some more furniture and amenities. There was a small rack with some coat hangers but no shelves or wardrobe to unpack your clothes. It was clean and fairly comfy but so bare and minimalistic that it felt sort of cold and clinical. You wouldn't take a photo of this room to send to your friends or family, that's for sure. Our room had a view towards train tracks and you could hear the trains although it wasn't too loud or bothersome for us. Maybe others would have an issue with it.

Actually we stayed this hotel last year and loved it. So we decided to stay this hotel again. Good location - very close to the central station and various activity facilities - swimming and table tennis.

We enjoyed swimming pool for free. We have been told it won’t be free anymore. Still we are willing to pay for swimming pool though.

Nadia the receptionist was absolutely friendly and had very good customer service skills. Arrived early with a swollen foot and she made me feel very welcomed and comfortable. She offered to arrange a Dr if I needed one. The big spacious well equipped room. The big bathroom The room decor. A kettle. The lobby area is comfortable with great relaxing places to relax. Outside is a sauna, public pool and tennis court. Available to use a small fee. Close walk to the station and city center.

The hotel is situated very close to a railway track , my room on the first floor was very noisy. Breakfast arrangements. It ends at 9h30am, I could not help notice that the staff ckear up will guest are still eating and walk around telling guest that breakfast is closed. I understand the times but some people are not early eaters. Its also a little rude rushing guest to leave when they have a full plate of food in front of them.

The staff @ CPH were fantastic first and foremost Anna and Nadia on reception couldn’t do enough for us , thank you Sulle & Benny also very helpful Metealer in housekeeping kept our room clean and tidy throughout our stay Big thank you to the breakfast team , which incidentally was on point everyday providing Real scrambled and boiled eggs ( not the powdered type that so much of Europe use ) with freshly baked rolls and croissants , fruits , cheeses , juices and Turkey The room I had (102) was quite clean and cool thanks to the air on and a window that actually opens for fresh air. All in all , a very ideal location for ease of walking to the meat district and surrounding coffee shops etc

Paying the bill

The location was handy to the railway station and walking distance to everything. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Overall it was an ok option for a short stay.

The room was opposite the railway tracks so there was some train noise all night. The smoke alarm light was blinking all night directly above the bed. The shower didn't drain properly and flooded the bathroom. It was a long trek to the room through sterile corridors that felt like a hospital basement. While there was a kettle provided in the room, there was no bar fridge and only a paper cup. The tap water was a bit sulphurous so the tea was foul. There was a tea and coffee station at reception but again only a paper cup. Breakfast included was pretty basic and not much choice for a vegan. Finally there was a ceramic cup for tea but no black tea provided, only herbals and Earl Grey, an acquired taste.

The location was great. The hotel was great as well especially it has a pool and other sports activities like table tennis and other sport. the breakfast was also great as well as the staff in the front desk. it was also great that there were a lot of board games to choose from in the reception area.

The were some insects that we have seen. Also the pillows could have been better. The water pressure in the bathroom could can also be improved as it was a little weak. maybe some more food choices in the snack bar will be better.
