The location is great - less than 5 minutes walk to the Central train station and from here you can get to the airport, Malmö, wherever you wish to go! You're also close to the centre of town - I walked everywhere. Considering Copenhagen is expensive generally, the hotel was great value for money. Staff were helpful and when I asked for a second pillow, I got one immediately. The breakfast is fine but expensive - it's pretty basic for the price, but maybe this is standard for Copenhagen. The hotel is also quite committed to sustainability which is good

It's pretty basic, the rooms are fairly small - You only get one pillow and there's nothing in the room apart from the bed, the fan and the bathroom (with towels). Would have loved a small kettle for a cuppa! I had to ask for a second pillow, the towels were slightly raggedy.

The location was excellent since it was very close to the central station and it took only several minutes to reach the hotel on foot with a huge suitcase. I was checked in earlier and it is super appreciated! Grocery store "Neto" is close as well to get snacks.

Having a robe and sleepers would be appreciated but apart from missing these items, still I had a good stay and I cannot think of anything else that I did not like. I've spent 3 days here and it was good.

Location right behind the Central Station was chosen on purpose, so facilitate easy access to the train to the airport. The place is 5 mins walk from the station. Room is small, clean and comfortable.

Room was on the first floor, facing the street, which meant quite some noise from the street at night (lots of traffic on the street as this is a main street to get to the city, and party people on the street as well as it was thursday night.

Location excellent, safe friendly area, very handy for everything especially the station and the Tivoli Gardens. Hotel was very good value, lovely staff, lovely room, basic but spotless, smart and very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. highly recommended and I will be back for sure. thanks!

I would really have loved a kettle in the room although on our second night, the staff found us one to use but one in the room would have made our stay perfect!

I was in Copenhagen for the Mikkeller beer celebration in Öksnehallen just 150 meters from the hotel. There was a nice bar in the reception and the room was clean and comfortable. I didn't use the hotel breakfast

Nothing to complain about here, maybe a bit pricy but this was same weekend as the Eurovision in Malmö across the bridge so many accomodations were completely full even in Copenhagen.

The location is perfect, right in the city centre. The staff is great and everything else is very conveniently organised so that you can enjoy your sightseeing trip to Copenhagen. Thay also gave us a better room because it was Christmas.

For some reason, you can hear everything that’s happening on the street. It was Christmas and it was quieter than usual but I can assume that it gets quite noisy outside, especially at night, and this could be a problem for some people.

Excellent location - a 2 minute walk to the main Copenhagen train station. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Good value for this price, would gladly visit again

Shower was just a curtain instead of a proper built one, the kind that floods your whole bathroom if you're not careful. Squeegee provided...

Breakfast room layout was good and we enjoyed the food selections. We liked the location and our room.

Some street noise at night.

The location was perfect for us. It was close to the train station, close to all the tourist attractions if you enjoy walking and restaurants and coffee shops close by.

The reception staff could have been more friendly, although I do understand they were engrossed in their work.

Location is very good, just 3 min walking distance to the central station. Room is big in size, although we need a sofa bed for the boy so it’s looked a little crowded.

Is not that quiet. Near the street so late in midnight the young people made a lot of noise that impacting our sleep. And early in 7AM our neighbor room is either checked in our checked out and it’s too near our room with a very thin wall. Other than that I feel overall it’s very good.
