Location was very central to train station, the Tivoli and allowed easy access to get around Copenhagen. Our King room was a great size and the breakfast was excellent with plenty of choices. Check in was very quick and efficient.

At around 4am on the first night of our stay someone from the hotel decided to move metal carts around the inner courtyard. This went on for about two hours and woke us up and we could not get back to sleep until this person ended what they were doing. Whose decision was it to do this maintenance work at that time of the night?

Perfect location for the station and very easy to get to all the city sights Very close to the Tivoli gardens. Breakfast was great and Staff very friendly and very helpful at the reception desk.

We felt the hotel was a little tired. The curtain in our room was hanging off the rail and the inner voile/lace curtain was ripped all the way down. The armchairs all through the hotel looked very tired. We also had a problem in the bathroom. If you filled the bath ,on removing the plug the water came up the drain under the sink and flowed all over the floor heading to the bedroom.Luckily we hadn't put much water in the bath at the time. We reported this and hopefully it was sorted for the next occupants. None of it affected our stay and I really don't like complaining but you asked for a review so I gave an honest one.

The hotel was in a fabulous location, 2 mins away from central station. The room was sufficient but the air con wasn't working. And was a little tired and dated but you are only sleeping here so I guess it wasnt such an issue. The staff were extremely helpful and dealt with any issues quickly and as best they could. Baggage was able to be stored until check in and after check out which was fab for exploring the city without heavy luggage. The showers were fabulously hot with great pressure. Breakfast was an amazing buffet with lots to choose from.

The air conditioning wasnt working. They did bring us a fan and this helped tremendously Breakfast was super crowded and there wasnt alot of tables for guests staying. Tip: go early. The tv wasnt great but again we weren't there to watch tv. There was no bar in the hotel.

The location is perfect since our main reason to come to Copenhagen was to go to Tivoli Gardens which is just a few steps away. Our room is quite spacious and comfortable. The breakfast is really great - both variety and taste. But the best part about this hotel is the staff - everyone is really lovely (not in a fake kind of way) and easy to communicate with. One of the receptionists also knew a few things in our native language which is not that common so we were pleasantly surprised.

The rooms could use a bit of an upgrade - some things look a bit worn down and old. But it's not anything that significant.

Great location and great breakfast

The room was dusty (sofa bed was very dusty and dirty), the ventilation system was also covered in dust Good that we could leave our luggage with the hotel over the day but a bit more control is needed. We did not get a ticket for our number of bags when we left them and upon collecting them we were allowed to just access the room without identifying ourselves in any way and collect the bags unattended. Having the espresso House connected to the building adds another security risk when the room is unattended.

The staff and the location of the hotel are excellent! It is a 5 min walk from the train station and metro. Also 5 min walk to many main attractions. 10 min bike ride to the Zoo. And there are a lot of great bars and restaurants nearby.

The bathroom in the small rooms is way too small. One shower equals water on everything in the bathroom. The toilet had some cleaning product stains on it, and on the ceiling, there was a lot of dust. But all in all the room was really nice, more than you need for a small stay!

The breakfast buffet was wonderful. Lots to choose from. The public spaces were really great. The staff was excellent, friendly, and helpful. The bed was comfortable. The desk was really useful. Renting a bike was so easy and seamless through the hotel

The bathroom was small and awkward to work in. The lights were finicky—sometimes hard to turn off. there was construction outside my bedroom which was irritating. The toilet seemed old and looked a little dirty. I think it was clean but it was stained.

Great location in the city, within walking distance to everywhere you’d like to see. The breakfast was great, we arrived between 8-8.30 each morning and had plenty of seating options. The coffee was also great. The room was a good size, plenty of storage and the bathroom was also a good size. All staff members were lovely and helpful and we were able to use the bag storage on the last day and collect them at a later time. I feel for a 3 night stay the price was very reasonable.

There wasn’t much to dislike really. My only critique is that the mattress was thin and the rooms were a little dated. Otherwise we would probably stay here again.

Central location was good. Breakfast lovely. Very friendly staff and general cleanliness though attention to detail could have made a difference. Bedding was comfortable, the room was well heated.

Not having a kettle in the room to make a cup of tea, coffee or warm water. While I uphold the sustainability policy of cleaning only when necessary, the room was not swept, it had hair and fluff on the floor, shower head had dried shower gel on it. Thorough cleaning should be done before new guests check in. The big mirror was broken at the corner with a piece missing and did not look good.

Staff friendly and amenable Hotel very clean and well looked after Breakfast amazing- great choice and well presented

bathrooms on the top floor, very small- and some have the toilet in the shower area that gets everything very wet. Rooms were very small on top floor and so needed to be more streamlined. No problem with a small room- just with a very large table it used up space to move around comfortably
