The hotel was in a fabulous location, 2 mins away from central station. The room was sufficient but the air con wasn't working. And was a little tired and dated but you are only sleeping here so I guess it wasnt such an issue. The staff were extremely helpful and dealt with any issues quickly and as best they could. Baggage was able to be stored until check in and after check out which was fab for exploring the city without heavy luggage. The showers were fabulously hot with great pressure. Breakfast was an amazing buffet with lots to choose from.

The air conditioning wasnt working. They did bring us a fan and this helped tremendously Breakfast was super crowded and there wasnt alot of tables for guests staying. Tip: go early. The tv wasnt great but again we weren't there to watch tv. There was no bar in the hotel.

The location is perfect since our main reason to come to Copenhagen was to go to Tivoli Gardens which is just a few steps away. Our room is quite spacious and comfortable. The breakfast is really great - both variety and taste. But the best part about this hotel is the staff - everyone is really lovely (not in a fake kind of way) and easy to communicate with. One of the receptionists also knew a few things in our native language which is not that common so we were pleasantly surprised.

The rooms could use a bit of an upgrade - some things look a bit worn down and old. But it's not anything that significant.

The breakfast buffet was wonderful. Lots to choose from. The public spaces were really great. The staff was excellent, friendly, and helpful. The bed was comfortable. The desk was really useful. Renting a bike was so easy and seamless through the hotel

The bathroom was small and awkward to work in. The lights were finicky—sometimes hard to turn off. there was construction outside my bedroom which was irritating. The toilet seemed old and looked a little dirty. I think it was clean but it was stained.

Great location in the city, within walking distance to everywhere you’d like to see. The breakfast was great, we arrived between 8-8.30 each morning and had plenty of seating options. The coffee was also great. The room was a good size, plenty of storage and the bathroom was also a good size. All staff members were lovely and helpful and we were able to use the bag storage on the last day and collect them at a later time. I feel for a 3 night stay the price was very reasonable.

There wasn’t much to dislike really. My only critique is that the mattress was thin and the rooms were a little dated. Otherwise we would probably stay here again.

Central location was good. Breakfast lovely. Very friendly staff and general cleanliness though attention to detail could have made a difference. Bedding was comfortable, the room was well heated.

Not having a kettle in the room to make a cup of tea,coffee or warm water. While I uphold the sustainability policy of cleaning only when necessary, the room was not swept, it had hair and fluff on the floor, shower head had dried shower gel on it. Thorough cleaning should be done before new guests check in. The big mirror was broken at the corner with a piece missing and did not look good.

Compared to other hotels in Copenhagen it came at a relatively good price, although all hotels seem overpriced. I did like the very central and convenient location and breakfast was good.

The cleanliness is really my only complaint. I do appreciate that cleaning during the stay is only done upon request due to environmental responsibility. However, I doubt that there is someone working there overseeing whether or not the rooms actually meet a cleaning standard when they were cleaned. If there is, there was no attention to detail on that person’s part.

Hello Team Scandic It's was a nice and friendly welcome. The statf are brilliant 👏 the facility is awesome 👌 however noisy due to highway traffic. The breakfast was extremely tasty 😋 I would highly recommend any traveller to this hotel. It's very close to shops whatever you wish to buy. Being closer to Centre train station is a bonus 👌 I am looking forward to returning to the near future Thanks for taking care of me.

The shower gel have to filled once in a while. Otherwise that's minor.

The location was fantastic and the room was spacious and comfortable. The windows were above a quiet side street. Very nice stay!

Unfortunately our toilet had a really strong urine smell... it didn't feel clean to walk around it and the shower also was right next to the toilet which made it hard to avoid that smelly corner 😕 The common toilet by the breakfast area smelled even worse. Really needs some deep cleaning (or pipe fixes)

Great location a short walk from central station. Very friendly and helpful staff. I had a standard double room which was very comfortable - good size and amenities (but no fridge or electric jug, if these are things you are used to having). Great breakfast included - recommend going earlier rather than later though, as it does get busy. Also appreciated the social hour at the bar. Plenty of places to get a meal nearby. Would definitely stay again.

Staff excellent overall. Breakfast very good - if possible go early. Space is small but well stocked and restocked. Healthy options were welcomed - fresh salad veg, yogurt, chia porridge, pineapple and melon, fresh breads etc 😋 Location - lots of grocery and convenience stores nearby, great choice of local restaurants with mixed price points, and it’s just a short walk to the main train/bus station. The room was small but space was well utilised. Cleaning was available on request (book the evening before) - my room was also serviced one day when I had not requested this. Luggage storage option was excellent.

Street noise was significant at front of hotel. The bed / pillows were very soft. The TV had no channels in English (not even a news channel). HDMI cable needed to link device to tv. The rooms have wooden floors so there is some sound transfer with people moving chairs. But this was minimal and bedroom corridor was very quiet during my stay.
