We did not take breakfast in the hotel, as It was too expensive. The room was okay. The bed comfortable, but only one small pillow was a bit of a surprise. Although, we could have got other pillows from reception. The location was ideal not too far from the station (a walkable distance) and the main shopping street. A nice surprise was if you joined their Strawberry Club, you received a cup of tea,coffee,hot chocolate free of charge. Also just a couple of blocks from the Tivoli Gardens. Something not to be missed.

we would have preferred more lighting in the bedroom. We felt as if we were in a Scandi Noir Drama.

Excellent location walking distance to many coffee shops/restraunts and the meat packing district is not too far away. It's well connected with friendly staff who are always happy to help. The breakfast was excellent and perfect to start your day. It's only a 7 minute walk to the central station/10 mins from Vesterbro station. Well connected and clean. Right next door to Lidl and a 7 eleven down the road.

I would say room cleaning happens every 4 days is the only thing I didn't like . I understand it's for environmental purposes which is fine. But that's just a tiny negative. Regardless it was worth the money

Reception I didn't like that one of the receptionists recommended Uber when i asked for a taxi. The receptionists promoted this as it is cheaper, he said. It should be up to the client to choose between the options available. Restaurant There are no herbal teas available Breakfast table 02.05: 15 minutes delay on knives and 25 minutes delay on forks and the answer on approach "we will fill up when they are ready. Many guests today" Guests had to eat bacon and eggs with a spoon. From a hygienic point of view, it was not nice to see that the leftover food at 10 am was loaded to a dirty trolly and that food and trays were stacked on top of each other. There was too much food , o it was clear this would not be thrown out but served the following day

The hotel is located just 6 minutes from the main touristic points and very easy to connect from the airport or train station. From outside it doesn't look so pretty but inside the hotel is super cool with a lovely communal area. The breakfast was delicious. Despite of the fact it is in a very busy street, the rooms are super silent. The bathroom is small but had all we needed. Considering that Copenhagen is a super expensive city comparing with other cities in Europe, this Hotel has a great price and quality. Very nice to see some sustainable actions to avoid waste of water and having recycling bins in the room. They have a mini shop with juices, and some food available 24 h at the reception. Easy check in and check out.

The breakfast could have some vegan options as bonus like vegan cheese, v butter, mushrooms, v sausages, v cake etc. A kettle in the room could be useful (they offer tea and coffees in the reception)

The best points of the hotel are the location, the staff service and politeness, and the breakfast quality. Overall, a nice experience.

The room facilities are below standard. The mattress was not as comfy as I expected,-too soft and bouncy for me. The toilet/toiletries are insufficient and in need of maintenance. O ce I had to ask for more paper. We had booked for 4 nights, but replenishing was troublesome, I had to send my husband to the reception to get some, while me being in the toilet as there was no phone in the room. The shower spiral cable was splashing water everywhere. Room cleaning was every four, which was clearly stated in hotels policies, but, admittedly, it was a difficult situation so, think twice and evaluate pros and cons beforehand.

The breakfast was excellent with so much choice although perhaps some apples and bananas too. The staff I encountered were very helpful. The room was very really nice the beds were really comfortable, I would like to have seen a fridge and some tea/coffee making facilities. Location was good as it was close to the city centre.

The only thing that let the room down was the noise of wheelie bins being moved around early morning (05.10) Monday 16 June and again the next day but not quite as early though.

Location can't be beaten The Gym is fantastic! I would stay again just for the gym Great atmosphere and bar. It was almost perfect, I was really impressed by the overall experience. The bar was a great place to meet people

the Bathroom is tired and not very sophisticated. It has a bath and not a shower which is limiting Gets dirty easily. On my check-out day (check-out at 11) I had the cleaning lady opening my door twice before 11. This is not acceptable as you can make a mistake once, but not twice and you should knock!

Great location - close to central railway station, plenty of restaurants nearby. Gym is equipped with super modern machines. I enjoyed the breakfast - wide variety of choices - although it can get busy at times, you still find what you looking for. Check-in and check-out - we appreciated the option to do it on our own - it was quick and efficient.

It was mentioned at other comments - rooms facing courtyard get the noise from breakfast in the morning.

Very easy to get to from the train station. The hotel is bright and airy with a lovely atmosphere. The staff are super friendly and gave us early checkin and if you become a member of the strawberry club which is free, it’s free tea and coffee throughout your stay. No Vegetarian/Vegan hot options at breakfast, no mushrooms or beans, which we was not told on booking at £19 Each and no refund offered when brought up the issue at reception… a lot to pay for toast, fruit or cereal. No control on entry to breakfast, you have to give your room number on booking, but no one taking room numbers at door, we are sure people were just going in without having paid, actually could have walked off the street for a free breakfast.

Clean, modern and pleasant hotel in the center of the city. Nice and clean rooms, great breakfast, great quality quality and variety in the selection. Staff very friendly. Plenty of tables and space for having nice and quiet breakfast.

There was some renovation going on outside the hotel and the construction workers started drilling in the our walls and banging with their hammers at 7 a.m. I understand that they have to do their job, but they should be asked to start their loud work at 9 a.m. instead, 7 a.m. is definitely too early for people who have paid for their stay.
