Great location, good breakfast with a wide choice of dishes, the room is quite comfortable, there is air conditioning.

Cleaning is done only once every 4 days, they don't even take away the trash, the room is very cramped for three, there is no refrigerator, the scrambled eggs for breakfast are made of powder. The worst thing is the reception staff, they resemble robots focused on accepting payments. Instead of a greeting, I heard that we must pay for the room, and instead of saying goodbye, I heard nothing at all. Young people work there, who probably do not even undergo basic training and are afraid of visitors. In general, the hotel resembles a train station, dozens of people check in and out at the same time.

Premises and rooms: As pictured. Public areas: lots of communal areas to chill. The bar and communal hall on Ground floor, indoor hallway (just in front of gym entrance) and outdoor courtyard on level 1. Hotel rooms: hotel has levels from 0 (reception) to 5 (last floor). We requested for level 4 away from lift and facing street , and got allocated room 411. Windows open out to street but can be noisy, but soundproofing is good when closed. For next stay, would request for rooms with windows opening out to outdoor courtyard (where gym is also located) on third-fourth level. Aircon: worked well from Room 411. We were pleased because we specifically chose the hotel for aircon availability for summer season. Reception: smooth check in / check out. Staff always helpful and cheerful. English speaking. Breakfast service: Wonderful spread considering food prices at restaurants and cafe. We were also impressed how the service staff managed to clear tables and refill the buffet spread promptly despite heavy dining traffic. Special mention of service manager Mr DIMO- he still managed to chat with us and even gave some useful tips on train and ferry ticket purchases (to ride the ferry over to Helsingborg Sweden after visiting Frederiksborg Castle as Helsingor). Location: Superb. Less than 15 min airport express train to Central Station and about 5 mins walk from Central Station to hotel while dragging along luggages. Just make sure you 1) exit towards the Concourse (see signboard) after alighting train (there is a lift). And 2) walk out of Central Station using the exit flanked by McDonald’s and Starbucks. Tivoli Gardens next to Central Station: its a nice walk around the lush gardens minutes away, lots of food options too amidst the amusement park. Other city attractions walkable or take public transport. Tour pickup for one of our day trips to Malmo/Lund was at Hotel Astoria - just outside Central Station - so convenient.

Rating stay 9 out of 10. Towel hygiene: The 1 pt miss is for not providing bathroom floor mats to dry feet. Asked for floor mats but were told to use the handtowels instead as the hotel didnt provide bath mats- this should be immediately rectified for hygiene purposes. Used Towels: we had to keep the used towels in the bath while using new ones we requested. Suggestion: housekeeping should place a trolley for return of used towels rather than having guests keep them until the fourth morning. Trash bag: there was trash bag lining the bath bin, but none in room bin. Suggestion: pls provide them. I had to use my own.

Our room was very spacious and had lots of options to store luggage so that it was out of the way. The bed was comfy and the bathroom was very clean. There was even a towel warmer which we used to dry some of our clothing that we had washed.

There was AC but it did not work very well. We were there the beginning of August so it was very hot in the room. Luckily, the front desk was able to lend us a fan which helped quite a bit but it was still difficult to sleep. This hotel is also on a busy street so you cannot leave your window open at night to help with air circulation because it is far too noisy.

We did not take breakfast in the hotel, as It was too expensive. The room was okay. The bed comfortable, but only one small pillow was a bit of a surprise. Although, we could have got other pillows from reception. The location was ideal not too far from the station (a walkable distance) and the main shopping street. A nice surprise was if you joined their Strawberry Club, you received a cup of tea,coffee,hot chocolate free of charge. Also just a couple of blocks from the Tivoli Gardens. Something not to be missed.

we would have preferred more lighting in the bedroom. We felt as if we were in a Scandi Noir Drama.

Excellent location walking distance to many coffee shops/restraunts and the meat packing district is not too far away. It's well connected with friendly staff who are always happy to help. The breakfast was excellent and perfect to start your day. It's only a 7 minute walk to the central station/10 mins from Vesterbro station. Well connected and clean. Right next door to Lidl and a 7 eleven down the road.

I would say room cleaning happens every 4 days is the only thing I didn't like . I understand it's for environmental purposes which is fine. But that's just a tiny negative. Regardless it was worth the money

Breakfast was very good, I liked the way vegan and gluten-free ingredients were clearly labelled, and for once you get natural vegan yoghurt! To make it perfect, you could substitute some of all that red meat with fish - I overheard more than one guest wonder about this. Good idea also to extend breakfast time to 11 a.m. My room was cute and peaceful. The lobby is nice!

Air conditioning in the room was way over any reasonable level. Staff was helpful, and I managed to fix it myself after all. Please add some hooks into rooms, both room and bathroom, for practical reasons. Number of staff is very badly insufficient. The ones I met behind the counter were friendly and pro, and they really do their best, but the lines are terrible at times and people sometimes wait way too long. It is evident there should also be staff separately to do the bar in the evenings. So hello owners and bosses - number of staff is not the place where you save money.

I like the central location. Most of the receptionists were very service minded

Reception I didn't like that one of the receptionists recommended Uber when i asked for a taxi. The receptionists promoted this as it is cheaper, he said. It should be up to the client to choose between the options available. Restaurant There are no herbal teas available Breakfast table 02.05: 15 minutes delay on knives and 25 minutes delay on forks and the answer on approach "we will fill up when they are ready. Many guests today" Guests had to eat bacon and eggs with a spoon. From a hygienic point of view, it was not nice to see that the leftover food at 10 am was loaded to a dirty trolly and that food and trays were stacked on top of each other. There was too much food , o it was clear this would not be thrown out but served the following day

The hotel is located just 6 minutes from the main touristic points and very easy to connect from the airport or train station. From outside it doesn't look so pretty but inside the hotel is super cool with a lovely communal area. The breakfast was delicious. Despite of the fact it is in a very busy street, the rooms are super silent. The bathroom is small but had all we needed. Considering that Copenhagen is a super expensive city comparing with other cities in Europe, this Hotel has a great price and quality. Very nice to see some sustainable actions to avoid waste of water and having recycling bins in the room. They have a mini shop with juices, and some food available 24 h at the reception. Easy check in and check out.

The breakfast could have some vegan options as bonus like vegan cheese, v butter, mushrooms, v sausages, v cake etc. A kettle in the room could be useful (they offer tea and coffees in the reception)

Great location, very close to the train station and to the city centre. There are many shops, restaurants and cafès at a walking distance. Lidl is right next to the hotel. The bed was comfortable and the staff were very kind and helpful. Early check-in was possible and this was great.

The room was very small. There were no storage units and wardrobe at all, no room to leave our things anywhere. They had to stay in our suitcases. Also, I don't know what the standard practice is, but we found it weird that our room wasn't cleaned for 3 days. They cleaned it only the day before we had to leave.

The location is excellent; just a short walk from central station and in a lively neighborhood. The staff was friendly and the facilities were clean. The soundproofing is truly great - didn't ever really hear neighbors and the street noise was well muted when the window was shut. Overall a good option at the price point (still object pricey for what it is, but Copenhagen hotel prices are quite high as a baseline).

The shower tub was a bit of a challenge - a bit high with few grab points when slippery, and a little narrow underfoot when standing in the shower. I would not recommend it for anyone with mobility issues or stability challenges. The water pressure was a little weak but totally adequate. It was uncharacteristically hot during our visit (into the 80s F) so I can agree with other reviewers that the AC is really not up to the challenge and did not really "cool" the room. But opening the windows for air was adequate to make the room tolerable. I didn't attempt to ask at the desk so it might have been possible to get one, but it would have been nice to have a fan in the room as a standard.
