The bed is good and clean, the check-in process is also good. The hotel is in a good location and has clear signals showing how to reach there.

The toilets are very few and super small. Unfortunately the capsule has breaches where the light comes in, the panel with the commands also brights too much light into the cabin. I would also recommend to make more clear that you need a padlock to use the lockers, and it has to be a big one.

Very cheap, great location, no problem with the showers.

Toilet was slightly cramped but nothing really anything to complain about, no kitchen is annoying but for the price you pay it’s fair enough. There wasn’t enough storage space so we had to sleep with our suitcases and bags on our feet in our cube

The location is awesome, very close to the Copenhagen Central Station, supermarkets, and cafes. The booking went smoothly. The linen and towels were clean and the bed was comfortable.

I am not very satisfied with the cleanliness. The floor in the room was not well cleaned and there was sometimes toilet paper on the floor in the toilets. Additionally, 2 toilets and two showers for so many rooms is not enough.

I liked that we had a code to get into our room (no keys) and we had our own private room with a big window to open. Our bed was very comfortable. We staying close to such a vibrant location in Copenhagen with easy access to Tivoli. We wish we had more time.

There were so many codes to get in through multiple doors. Since the bathroom is coed, it would've been nice if they were closed stalls. It felt weird to use the bathroom while some guy brushed his teeth. I never did figure out how to turn on the shower. If we had had questions, there wasn't any staff around to ask.

I had a great experience at this hotel! The room was super clean, which made me feel right at home as soon as I walked in. It’s also perfectly located, just a short walk from the train station, making it super convenient for getting around the city. The room itself was comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a pleasant stay. Overall, it was a good stay in a good room. I’d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean and convenient place to stay!

Very affordable in an expensive city. Very comfortable beds and clean. Our basic room was a little hot but it was hot outside.

The shared bathroom with 2 stalls was for both sexes and so was the shared shower wirh 2 stalls. There was a certain awkwardness about that. Even though I personally did not encounter anyone while I was using them and they had doors with locks, I feel it was not private enough. If you are ok with that, then this hotel is a great deal.

Very warm, very comfortable and very clean. Despite the usual noisy guests, being in a capsule meant the vast majority of sound was blocked and so I slept perfectly every night. The power socket included the usual two pin but also a USB port. The light was nice and the little ledge and mirror at the head end was useful. The location was also perfect. Literally metres from Copenhagen Central station. If I come back to Copenhagen, I will likely come back here again, it was superb

The only thing I could possibly think of is the provision of a locker that perhaps had it's own code, so you could securely stow your stuff without having to buy a separate lock. This was communicated prior so not a surprise but would have been a bonus.

The location was perfect, and we got to meet an amazing couple that lived next to us. The bed was cozy, and it was very nice that we didn’t need keys because it was code entry.

The cleaning personal was going in and out of the room every morning for several hours and never finished. It was alright, but when it’s little space and quiet zone, it is a bit disturbing. And also the showers smelled like pee, so we bought slippers to use.

It is very easy to check-in into the hotel as all the pin codes are provided via e-mail or the booking.com app. The room I booked was cozy and extremely comfy, starting from the pillow and continuing with the duvet and the mattress. It is extremely central so in matter of location it’s great, right across the tran station which happens to be across the street from Tivoli. The hotel was quiet in spite of Distortion festival going on.

The level of cleanliness in the bathrooms and toilets could be better. For instance at the showers there’s no area where you can get through the whole pre-sleep process: shower, brush your teeth because there’s no sink, that’s at the toilet. I have nothing against it as long as there’s a sort of support for the tube of toothpaste and floss and other things you might use.

We had lots of issues when we moved in, but the staff kindly helped us to take care of them, ending in us resolving the issues and having a pleasant stay. I wouldn't recommend this to others nor stay here again myself, but the staff are very friendly and more than happy to help you, and I am grateful for their flexibility, communication, and generosity in helping us resolve the issues we faced. The location is EXCELLENT, and overall I give it 8/10. I like the concept of WTS, but I would have liked more consistency in the execution. That being said everything in life is a work in progress, and I recognise that the team try their best to make guests comfortable, meet and exceed their expectations, and overall provide a valuable and pleasurable offering.

Pros: Staff flexibility, friendliness and willingness to help the guests, as well as the location and the benefit of not needing to carry keys around | Cons: - (No comment).
