Fantastic apartment! Mariela reached out to us knowing that we are a family with kids and offered free upgrade to a two bedroom apartment which gave us more space and comfort during our stay in Copenhagen :) Mariela also eased us in quickly during our check-ins which was helpful after our long train ride here. We love the room, its clean, spacious and attention to details, such as add-ons items when we do our dishes etc. It is well-equipped too. Definitely recommend this for anyone wanting to stay in Copenhagen! :)

These apartments are beautiful, the hotel is located very close to the metro and the train station which made it very easy to get around Copenhagen. The apartment was very spacious and we were able to do washing which was fantastic. The staff were very accommodating and were really lovely when we checked in. Couldn’t fault this stay.

The unit we got was complete in terms of amenities, mostly all items you want in an apartment. We were pleasantly surprised when we found out that the supplies can be replenished. I would say the location of this apartment is the best! It is just a few meters away from the Metro and Copenhagen Central Train stations. There are also a lot of restaurants and groceries within a few 100 meters.

The building had only one elevator. We were also told that they experienced a few breakdowns in the past and they have no way of resetting or fixing it themselves until the service arrives to fix it, which can be within the day or the next day. So when the elevator breaks down, you just have to carry your luggage up or down. We went further and asked for a unit on the first floor hut was given one on the second floor. Luckily the elevator did not break down during our stay.

Brilliant location, very clean, easy access, excellent amenities and importantly an incredibly warm and helpful host. Mariela could not have been more welcoming, providing a warm greeting, outstanding bakery and restaurant recommendations and sourcing us an umbrella (albeit the locals are absolutely not bothered by a bit of rain). Throughout our stay Mariela was friendly and helpful, this didn't feel like a serviced apartment experience, it was so fabulous having someone available to answer questions etc. The apartments are compact but extremely well equipped with a supermarket and fabulous restaurants just a few mins walk down the street, not to mention Tivoli, Central Station and the Meat Packing District on your doorstep.

Bedroom was a little tight (especially in one of the two apartments we booked) but the apartment actually felt larger than expected. I little foot traffic noise from the upper floor.

Brilliant central location, 5 minutes from the station, 10 mins walk from downtown Cph. Apartment was clean, exactly as photos. Staff helpful and friendly. Eco- conscious (we had to recycle/separate all our rubbish). Modern design and great blackout blinds in the bedrooms!

We had not realised the rooms do not get cleaned at all- we stayed for 5 nights and had to ask for dishwasher tablets (there was only 1 provided), and for a change of towels after day 3. We also had to buy our own toilet rolls and washing tablets, which is not that practical for tourists on a city break. No coat hooks so could not hang up jackets and coats and also could not dry the towels we were using.

The property was a 5 minute walk from the central train station. It provided free lockers for your bags if you arrived before check-in, so you were free to explore without luggage. The apartment was perfect, great bathroom with walk-in shower, plenty of clean towels and toiletries, hairdryer was a good one too. Lovely open plan kitchen/dining/living area, coffee machine was stocked for that much needed first cup of the day. The beds were comfortable and plenty of hangers available for your clothes in the open storage area. Lots of power points available for chargers etc. The apartment was just perfect. Mariela greeted us on arrival and was such a happy, helpful person to deal with. Nothing was too much trouble and she was happy to share information on places to go and how to get there, providing a map and showing routes to get to places we wanted to see.

There was nothing to dislike.

Very central- right next to the metro, central train station and Tivoli gardens. Also walking distance into the city centre on one side and vesterbro on the other. Very quiet, comfortable bed, clean and we were able to leave our suitcase in a locker the day we checked out. Nice touch leaving crisps, water and a tote bag full of new cleaning essentials.

We loved everything. Maybe the branding was a little funny with the logo being a person wearing a lampshade! wasn’t sure about the ‘mural’ on the wall in the living room (different to pictures on here) but apart from that we loved everything
