Everything was neat and clean and the room had some extras like good coffee , microwave, some cutlery . We liked the location and the facilities to let our bikes in a comunal nice patio. Metro is 50 meters from the Hotel, good Indian restaurant steps from the hotel and Tivoli and train station really close. Also it was a great place to start our bike rides and walks around the city. Very polite and helpful staff .

What we loved was also a problem, our room had 2 very nice windows facing the comunal patio, but the sun goes direct to the room and it was no air conditioner or a fan in the room, it was impossible to be there!. But also it was a good excuse to be outdoors and explore the beautiful city!

We arrived early to Copenhagen and were granted an unexpected very early check in time, which was a pleasant surprise - in addition to this, we were also given a free room upgrade to one of the comfort double rooms. The room was very large for a hotel room, no issues with space whatsoever. Bathroom decent enough. Good heating that could be adjusted easily. Windows kept sound out very well + didn't hear any sounds from neighbouring rooms within the hotel. All staff were super friendly. Location was perfect, right across from the metro station and a street away from the train station (do not worry about sound), whilst also having mostly everything being in walking distance if happy to walk (approx 30 mins).

Not necessarily a negative, but I wouldn't specifically book this place to have breakfast included, if that's what you're looking for. As advertised, they leave a bag on your door at 8am every morning to have breakfast in your room. Breakfast was (per person) 1 x sweet pasty e.g custard tart, 2 x breadrolls. Then the fridge was topped every day with jams, cheese, etc for the breadrolls. It was all very fresh, without being special. In saying that, it was very cheap to add the breakfast, so you're certainly not being 'ripped off', and not bad to just have as a backup!

It's perfect for a family. We had a family room, this means that there was enough space for our kid. The hotel it's near the metro station and at 5 min of the Central train station and Tivoli gardens. The bed was very comfortable and there is a lot of silence during the night.

Maybe the way that the breakfast it's served. The hotel do not have their own restaurant, that means that you will receive in every morning one bag with some pastry and there are already in the room some issues for breakfast (butter, jam, cheese, and some others). So, for 4,5 days it's a little bit too much to eat the same things in each morning.

Room: The room was spacious, impeccably clean. It had all the amenities one could need, from a comfortable work desk to a cozy sitting area. Location: The location couldn't have been better. Situated in the heart of the city. With easy access to public transportation like Metro and Central Train Station. Bed: The bed was indeed comfortable, offering a restful night's sleep. However, if I may provide some feedback, the pillows were a bit too stiff for my liking. While the bed itself provided a cozy haven, softer pillows would have enhanced the overall sleeping experience.

Amazing location, a few steps from the metro station and easy access to everywhere. It is in a nice neighbourhood with good choice of restaurants nearby. We ate twice at Apropos cafe and recommend the food quality there. This hotel is a gem, with large and spacious rooms. Including a kitchenette which was a fantastic bonus. This made self-catering for lunch easy and great for the in-room breakfast. This greatly added value to our stay. The breakfast was perfect for our needs with freshly baked rolls and pastries, fruit, juice, spreads & yogurt. The staff are friendly and helpful and the cleaning was done to a high standard.

A supply of washing up liquid and a few bowls would enhance the kitchenette amenity. The bed was a little on the soft side for this guest with a bad back but still comfortable in general. There was some street noise at night due to school leavers celebrations at the time but not something the hotel can control.

Excellent location, very clean overall, all exactly as described, superb breakfast, had everything we needed. Staff were so lovely and helpful, felt very secure would definitely return & recommend.

A couple of small points; Bed was too soft for us & quite small, but accept this is personal preference, pillows were also very small. One glass in the cupboard was dirty - it had been used by a previous guest and put back in the cupboard upside down. It is beyond me why anyone would do that! The glass was sticky and left a sticky ring in the cupboard - worth checking this as the inside of the cupboard will need wiping down and would suggest checking this in future.

Not much of a lounge. Breakfast was, by the staffs own admission, not great. Funny smell in the lift and foyer but not in the room.

Simple but sufficient accommodation incl. all basic equipment and amenities. Very friendly and helpful staff. Convenient location, esp. for those who commutes and needs accommodation from/to Copenhagen airport. Walking distance (~15 min) to Tivoli Congress Center. Close vicinity to Meatpacking district, which offers plenty of street food. One may easily undertake a pleasant stroll to INDRE BY area (downtown) and enjoy - en route - a specialty coffee at Coffee Collective Bernikow and then a great promenade around picturesque Nyhavn harbour and Amalienborg Palace.

A bit compact space in my Standard Room for having a suitcase open all the time, but price/quality ratio covers that nuance.

The hotel is right in front of the metro exit — super convenient! It's very quiet, clean, and the rooms are spacious. The reception staff changed daily but were always friendly and welcoming. We loved the fresh bread and pastries left at our door every morning at 8 a.m. The room had everything we needed: iron, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, dishes, and more. There's a small breakfast basket in the fridge, replenished daily. No bottled water, but juice is provided, and tap water is drinkable. Just don’t forget to bring your own slippers! If you're looking for a calm place without a buffet or restaurant crowd, this hotel is perfect. We really enjoyed our stay — thank you!

Ideal location - 2 minutes walk from Metro, 6 mins from Central Rail Station and walking distance to lots of excellent restaurant's in Vesterbro Area. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was good size and breakfast was a nice start to day. Ideal hotel for a short break.

Travelled with friend and requested twin bed - room had two beds pushed together as double. We were able to separate. but would have been nicer welcome if they had acknowledged our request and set the room up as a twin. Breakfast included fresh rolls, fruit, cheese, jams and yoghurt, but pastries were very small (for a country that is renowned for its pastries). Central location, so downside is that you get woken up with bin trucks. Room very warm with windows closed.
