The staff were very friendly and helpful. Although at first it appeared to be like a youth hostel from the front, inside it was clean, with all you can drink tea and coffee....and cookies! There were couples, singles, and families all staying here. Hotel was nearly right across from the trian station and about 1 mile walk from the centre of Copenhagen. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling alone, with friends, or with family. Double room was spacious and very clean.

No coffee maker/kettle in the room - but that's ok as free coffee all day in the lobby.

It was a perfect room for a solo traveller to just recoup after a packed day of new experiences and studying Danish art and design. The single bed was super comfortable and hard to get out of in the morning. The location is so central and well connected to everything Copenhagen. I was shocked when everything was less than a 10 minute metro ride away. The staff were so kind, I was greeted with a smile everyday and it actually put a smile on my face and made me feel welcome.

The only thing I wasn't a fan of was the shower curtain as it was too short so the water was getting onto the bathroom floor a little bit. Otherwise, everything else was great.

Lea at reception was absolutely lovely and generally all staff were good. The room was comfy and clean and quiet. Great breakfast range which included gluten and dairy free options for those that need them . The breads and pastries were beautiful. Nice that you can buy a beer or a glass of wine and chill on a lounge. Literally 100 metres from train station makes it very easy for getting about. I also liked that you can also open the windows.

The shower was tiny - about barely 50cm wide so when standing facing the shower your shoulder is constantly rubbing on the shower curtain. Not sure if that’s because I had a single room, but it’s still a tad too small. Some of the breakfast items were almost cold (baked beans and baked tomatoes). When I raised it with a staff member all she said was “that’s because this food warmer isn’t very hot!” 🙄 A little staff training to actually help fix the problem by offering to warm it in the microwave might not go astray. I did raise with reception afterwards and got a more appropriate response.

The hotel is in stones throw away from the railway station and in the middle of Coppenhagen. The staff were pleasant and polite and there was tea/coffe making facilites in the main lobby, which you could help yourself to. The rooms were perfectly servicable and clean. I can fault the rooms for the price.

The location of the hotel was really convenient for the central station. Our room was really nice and clean and quiet - lots of space, beds were really comfortable, 2 chairs to sit down and the bathroom had everything we required. The breakfast was amazing - so many options, cold and hot breakfast options ranging from croissants to cereal and scrambled egg so something for everyone! Lots of space in the dining area too and a lovely little courtyard outside. Also you could help yourself to free water/tea/coffee at any time. The reception staff, waiters/waitresses and cleaning staff were all so friendly and helpful. Great environmental initiative of only cleaning the room when requested. Good helpful maps and guides available from reception. We really enjoyed our stay here!

I loved the location and proximity of the metro and main train station. It was clean, and it suited myself and mum for the one night we stayed. Breakfast was good with lots of choice, reception staff were very welcoming and friendly, shout out to Santiago he was very helpful with places to see, and how to get from one place to the next. We arrived early and could leave our luggage whilst we went out and awaited our check in time.

My one thing was our room was single pane glass and when we arrived the room was very cold and didn’t warm up after an hour even with the radiator turned up to the highest setting. Once we had been out for the evening it had warmed up and was fine, reception did have a heater which we borrowed but in the end didn’t need (this would only maybe affect people in the winter months)

The staff was delightful. Location only a block away from the central station was very convenient. Nice touch having my name and welcoming me on the mirror and notepad on the desk

Limited American speaking channels on the TV. Guest room corridor carpet on the first floor had stains in several areas, including one particular landing area. There was also a mattress not blocking the way, but very visible in a side corridor area for three days I stayed there. The steps up to another level of guest rooms and low ceiling at that particular point was annoying, and I hit my head once. No instructions in the room on how to use the heater which was located behind the blackout curtain by the window While I know I could have paid more for a larger room, this superior category with such a tiny bathroom is was disappointing and very inconvenient for a tall person

Lovely friendly staff, great location - close to the central station and easy walking distance to town. We didn’t opt for the breakfast buffet (it looked good though) but there’s coffee and tea making area you can access any time. There’s a lovely courtyard to sit in if the weathers good and a comfortable sofa area near reception with some books etc. The Room itself was very clean, comfortable, looked like the pictures with everything you need.

Unfortunately we found the bed to be rock hard, despite the mattress topper. There are plenty of pillows but they are very soft and flat so we slept very badly which was tough after a long day of walking / sightseeing.

The location was really great, close to the city center also right next to the central station so it was well connected. Rooms are small, but cute and clean. Staff in the hotel were amazing 🤩 always very friendly, nice and helpful, so big plus for this! We also liked the possibility to rent a bike right in the hotel, and the bikes were also really good. All in all, we would highly recommend this place 😊

The only thing that we didn’t like was the bathroom, it was so tiny and the bath was separated with curtain that smelled so bad. The bathroom was clean in general but the curtain spoiled the whole impression.
