The room was well designed, spacious, comfortable and warm. The bathing products were lovely and there were extras not expected like body oil, toothpaste tabs and body lotion. The spa was really pleasant but the opening hours could be longer. It did get a little crowded at the weekend. Location is great, breakfast looked good though we didn’t try it.

There was construction noise that we weren’t told about which started from 7am and lasted until gone 5pm. That meant we were woken up very early, and were unable to rest well in the room all day. Thus was especially unfortunate since one of us had a terrible migraine whuch was really difficult to shift with the noise.

The staff member receptionist, dark hair, on point!! Breakfast - superb. Hotel room - wonderful. Scenery and cleanliness - highly impressive!!! Gym - cosy and unique. Spa and Sauna - I will try this out on my third visit (next visit) The Bar - I'm not much of a bar person to be honest but from the outside looking in, it's was a vibe and atmospheric. Overall lay out - stylish and homely at the same time.

The fact I had to leave my woman and the hotel at the same time. I will return obviously and try to spend more time at the hotel. Everything else was just naturally cool, calm, and collective. Thank all of you, and i will come back once again! Jonathan Harris Birmingham UK 🇬🇧

Hotel decor and atmosphere are lovely and quirky with a fabulous outdoor terrace. The food was excellent (breakfast). Room v comfy, but the bed is a bit soft for my taste (had a topper so I think they are probably due to be changed soon as these may have been used to increase the life of the mattress), room quite small (probably could have done without a huge leather sofa) but I think that is common in the city centre. Bathroom is good, but the grouting going black and the shower head v small, thus pressure is not brilliant. The staff were friendly and helpful. Love the eco credentials and the toiletries are superb.

NO AIR CONDITIONING (not ideal). Also, there is nowhere in the hotel to get food after 7pm. This is not ideal when traveling alone. Lastly, the road that the hotel was in is fine, but at the far end, the area has strip clubs, homeless shelter etc, so again not ideal for a lady traveling alone - that said, if you go the other way, it's fine! Not so thrilled that the eco-credentials spread to not supplying leading brands of spirits in the bar - only those that are artisanal and organic. I really wanted a proper Aperol Spritz and ended up with something that tasted like a Bucks fizz.

I love the decor, the breakfast is one of the best you can get at any hotel and the products they have are my favorite of anywhere I’ve ever stayed as well (I travel a lot).

The rooms are quite tiny, which is typical of Copenhagen in general, but the main problem I have is the pillows are terrible and I always end up achy when I stay there. My boyfriend doesn’t want to stay anymore when we go (I have to travel to CPH often) just bc of the sleeping discomfort, which is sad bc we love everything else.

I had such a wonderful stay and I regret that it was only one night. The staff were so friendly and helpful. I arrived in rainy weather without a raincoat and on a bank holiday. The front desk found me an umbrella in the lost-and-found (all of theirs were out with other guests) and directed me to a second hand shop that was open. There I was able to find a lovely raincoat for about $30. The location was great for walking around beautiful sights and cafes, the room was SUPER cozy and comfortable. Very quiet. And then the breakfast was just fantastic with many cozy places to sit peacefully. I loved the little atria surrounded by plants on a windy day. GREAT stay.

When the strange animal hide walls in the elevator finally fall apart, it would be fine if you just replaced it with wallpaper.

Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Got a great free upgrade to a much bigger room with a balcony. Spa was very good. Location was excellent - close to the station and walking distance to the centre and also meatpacking area. Lots of restaurants and facilities in the area.

Would have been nice to have a coffee machine for expresso in the room - even the breakfast option didn't provide this. Shower not the most powerful (maybe to do with less water use) Found it odd that lights weren't key operated and could potentially be left on all day if you went out (not in line with energy efficiency)

The room was nice, beautifully decorated, really clean and smelled amazing. The bathroom was also really big, comfortable and had many products available. I appreciated that we were offered some tea and coffee in our room. Also, the location is great, really convenient, close to the station with lots of shops, restaurants and super markets available.

The room was much smaller than expected (considering the price also) and really narrow. Even though we were only two people, we struggled to feel comfortable. There was not much space for our stuff also.

Absolutely loved this hotel. We had never been to Denmark before and one of the bonuses was that we travelled by plane then train to centre and the hotel was very near which meant we did not have to walk very far to our hotel.

Only negative was the bathroom did not have a shower room but was a kind of wet room so there was drainage in the floor for excess water from the shower water. There always seemed to be a residue of water on the bathroom floor which made the floor wet and never totally seemed to drain away but that is my only negative comment.

Great effort has clearly been put into making the premises pleasant and notable. Rooms were very comfortable (but see comment on bathroom).

The bathroom could be significantly improved if the bathtub were removed and a proper boxed shower were installed. This would free up space, avoid the risk of falls and slips, and make for a more hygenic bathroom. Also installing proper hooks and rods for towels in place of the rather silly ladder again would free up room to install a larger sink counter and a proper human-sized sink.

Beautiful cozy room, comfy bed, lovely little balcony, nice bathroom with the bathtub and abundance of fine cosmetics, we loved the bathrobes. We enjoyed the breakfast every morning. The hotel looks very nice, the outside terrace is superb, all the staff is very helpful and friendly, we loved our stay and felt very comfy. The hotel restaurant was also very nice, we enjoyed our dinner the first night. The hotel is literally next to the central train station, very easy to get to/from the airport, there’s also a metro station there. You can reach the city center on foot within a few minutes. It was just perfect, definitely worth to stay.
