Great location for Meatpacking district dinner/drinks at night and if you want to be by train station for airport and day trips (which we did, to castles, towns, on several day -- stop by Rug bakery next to train station. Great oatmeal --really!!). But a bit of a trek/walk (half hour) to the heart of Copenhagen. Clean, friendly. Nice courtyard to sit in. Great bike rental system. Excellent free luggage storage. Overall very good. Our particular room we could see a perfect reflection of the weekly Tivoli fireworks in the buildings across. Fun!

Strange elevator system that stops on half-floors, so no matter what, you have to cart luggage up and down half a flight on both ends. Our room was on the 4th floor and was so hot, even when the window was open and it was cool outside. No AC, but at least there was a fan. Small room, but clean and functional. Beds not fancy but pretty comfortable. I know Copenhagen is expensive, but this still felt overpriced for what it was.

Everything was very well organized, the room was clean, and the view was really nice. Renting bikes went smoothly and reception helped us to figure out our room. The courtyard was an extra bonus. We waited there shortly before our flight was due to leave and found it quiet and very comfortable. We also ate breakfast there and found it very relaxing.

Quite honestly, we had a lovely stay and we had nothing to complain about. The only thing that was a bit difficult was the stairs. There was an elevator, but there were a few stairs into it. We also stayed on the 5th floor and the elevator only went to the fourth. This didn‘t bother us much as we had very little luggage and are quite mobile. I could see it being a bit difficult for people with a lot of luggage or limited mobility

Very practical hotel with great location (next to the Central Station), small but practical rooms, comfortable beds, everything clean and new. The best thing was the beautiful courtyard where you can have the great breakfast they offer in the morning.

The only problem: we asked for a quiet room and the staff responded funnily "we don't have noisy rooms, it's the guests who make noise and we can't help that". I explained that I meant a room away from the elevator and things like that. And she gave us specifically the room next to the elevator, of which you could hear the machinery working day and night. Hard to understand.

The hotel is very nice: good furniture, clean, tasty breakfasts, the staff is very polite and friendly. The location is perfect, as it is so close to the metro station. It was very comfortable to get to and from the airport at any time of the day/night.

We booked stay with prepaid breakfasts. We had early morning flight and expected the hotel to offer a packed breakfast, but they have no options for that even if you have already paid for the breakfast. When I was booking the stay no option to skip the breakfast for that 1 morning was available, so I had to pay for it anyway. So do not expect any breakfast if you leave the hotel earlier than 7am when breakfast service starts. Also, there were paper cups in the room instead of regular ones, this is super uncomfortable if you stay more then 1 night, as may what to have some tea/coffee more then 1 time.

The location of the hotel is excellent - it is located just a few minutes away from the main railway station and just a 10-15 minute walk from the city centre. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful. There is a kettle and a fridge in the room, and the hotel has a lovely courtyard with seating, so that one can have lunch or just relax outside.

The family room is rather small for four people, there is hardly space for moving around when the four beds and the two chairs are in there. The room has no wardrobe, just some open shelves (+some hangers), so that the luggage and the people are all cramped in the same space. To be fair, the amount of sq. m was probably the same as stated on Booking.com, it’s just that the room felt smaller than the impression given by its photo. Also, it was relatively hot in the room. Opening the window only partly helped, plus there was a lot of noise coming from outside when the window was open.

Location was great, staff was super friendly and helpful. The breakfast is also quite nice, has enough options. Room is clean (not spotless but definitely ok). Traveled here for work and probably would book again since the location is just very good and the room is basic but has all you need.

you can hear neighbors sometimes a bit, but i was staying there for 10 nights and it did not bother me too much. At one point I seemed to have a very loud (walking on the floor) upper neighbor. But I asked the people at the reception about it and they handled it directly. I sleep with earplugs so during the night all was fine for me. In the bathroom the shower curtain does not block all the water from getting on the floor throughout the bathroom, but nothing too serious.

Great location, cleaning when requested was a good quality, comfortable beds and facilities and very nice and helpful staff

My friend and I booked a twin room suite and I would say the photos are slightly misleading with the size of the rooms. There wasn’t room for us to both walk between our beds because it was a shoebox, I think they used a .5 camera for photos to make the rooms look more sizeable. With that being said, I think it reflects the price we paid which was very reasonable and with the kind of trip we had where we were barely in the room until night when we wanted to sleep, it was great because it was still extremely clean, safe, and in a great location.

The location of the hotel is perfect, less than 5 minutes walk from Copenhagen Central Station. Staff are friendly and helpful and our room was ready when we checked in around 1pm. When we left there was a free luggage room where we could leave our bags until our evening flight and we were able to return to freshen up before we headed to the airport. We booked a family room for 4 people and got a double bed and 2 separate singles which was perfect for our teenage children. The room was small but comfortable with everything we needed. Breakfast was excellent - a good variety and a nice long time to choose from to eat so it never seemed to get too busy. The outside courtyard is a lovely addition and suitable for breakfast, daytime relaxing or an evening drink (which they serve at the reception bar). We stayed for a midweek city break and would definitely stay again.

There was only paper cups for hot drinks in the room, crockery would have been nice and there was only coffee creamer not milk provided which is no good for tea. There is no way to access the bedrooms without climbing some stairs as the lift stops between floors. These are all only minor niggles - we had a great stay.

The room was spacious and clean. Fresh simple decor, 2 twin beds, nice view from top floor looking out at the street. The room was warm with a working radiator we could control. The bathroom was simple white decor but clean and had a hot shower. We didn't use it as we travelled in winter but the room had an aircon, also a TV on the wall opposite the bed. There was a sofa which I think was a sofa bed. The LOCATION, its 1 minute from the metro exit, so as 2 young women we didn't have to worry about walking long distances in the dark. To get to the town centre you just walked through the transtation it was great. They had a room you could store suitcases after you'd checked out, or pay for a secure locker.

I guess the decoration of the bathroom and room could be more "designed" but for the price I has really impressed with the hotel and room, it was simple and bright. If you want that then you'd go to a 5 star hotel. The twin beds were a little narrow and had a matress topper thing that slid around a little - but they were comfy enough for me and my friend to sleep well both nights we stayed.

More budget friendly than a lot of Copenhagen hotels, in a very convenient location with both metro and train access within 2 minutes walk, yet the street is still quiet and feels safe. Rooms are basic but clean and comfortable with a good amount of hangers and shelving for a short stay. Curtains are great at blocking light. The fridge is a bonus! All staff I encountered were polite and friendly, both in person and when responding to an email enquiry prior to arrival. I would not hesitate to book another stay!

Minor details - shower squeegee was beginning to go mouldy, particularly the hanging loop. Hairdryer was very weak.
