An excellent choise for someone who needs a good sleep near the train station! I had a room on the first floor, with a bathroom and facing the courtyard. There was enough space and it was clean, confortable and quiet. The welcome was friendly. Maybe I got a last minute deal because it was so very inexpensive by the city’s standards, so try this hotel if you are improvising your travel!

The room was very comfortable, with plenty of pillows, blankets and towels (more available upon request). Great shower. The front desk was staffed every morning and evening. The breakfast was amazing. Lots to choose from. I especially loved the coffee machine! Lots of choices--cappucino, coffee with milk, etc. The location is fantastic, just steps away from the train station, and easy walking distance to everything else. I enjoyed the Saturday night fireworks from Tivoli Gardens from my window! (This may not be for everybody). This was my first time visiting Copenhagen, and I was very satisfied with the hotel stay.

No elevator, however, I knew this before I booked. Also, tea and coffee were available in the lobby, but they were not free. Most other hotels offer complimentary coffee/tea in the room and/or in the lobby. This would have been just a little bit nicer.

Breakfast was good, There was just enough choices. The location was perfect. It was so near the main train station and the metro station

We should not be charged for the rent of the lockers for storing our luggages. In other hotels it is free.

The staff was beyond helpful, assisting with requests that weren't part of their daily responsibilities, such as giving us a vase for a bouquet of flowers and scissors. They were all always in a perfect mood, answering any questions we had, and made our stay exceptional! The value for the place was also really good, the location is amazing, right next to the central station and a metro station, and the centre itself was a short walk away. The room was clean and quiet, and had its own sink. The toilets and shower rooms were shared, but there were a couple of them per floor, which were all cleaned and disinfected multiple times per day. 10/10, will stay there again the next time we're in the city!

Can't think of anything I disliked.

First and foremost, I want to address the location of the hotel which is 10/10, EXCELLENT! It’s a 2 minute close to the Copenhagen central station, which gives you a unique opportunity to go to the airport by train in 15-20 minutes. Basically, the hotel is in the heart of the city. We have not used public transportation, we just explored whole city on foot. In the room we had a Faucet and It was very convenient to use. We took a shared bathroom option and it was also pretty normal experience.

One thing I didn’t like was that they didn’t give us an opportunity to check in earlier. The rest was perfect.

The hotel is a practical choice for a short stay, especially given its central location, which is within walking distance of main metro stations and several popular attractions. The room size was adequate for two people, and the bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. General cleanliness was satisfactory. The staff was helpful—when we needed a hair dryer, we simply asked at reception and they provided one right away.

There were a few small areas for improvement. The luggage storage area felt secure, but it would have been better if it were free or more affordable for guests.

The location was central .Easy access to the metro buses and trains Rooms were clean and quite spacious Coffee machine downstairs at reception. Very friendly staff. The room had nice big windows looking out onto the street Easy check in with reasonable times

Unfortunately there is no lift and our room was on the fourth floor (quite a hike) The toilets became quite disorderly late mornings (maybe they could be checked more often) We had a quadruple room meant to be two single beds and two futons But two were pull out single sofas not quite what we expected The beds were very narrow which was alright for smaller people

Great location just walking distance to Copenhagen train station. We booked a room with private bathroom. It is clean. The staff is helpful. We requested the electric kettle and cups from receptionist since it is not provided in the room. There is a luggage locker with a fee to pay at reasonable price.

The room is rather small. Not much space to walk in after opening the room door. We brought 2 carry-on suitcase. Not recommend of you need to bring and open up bigger suitcase. Since it is summer, the hotel provided a small fan in the room but the fan is not working well - too noisy.

Exceptional location, easy access to everything you need. Besides transportation and turistic places, there's a Lidl just 50m away. Haha. Great breakfast, pretty various. Very clean and well organized place. I'd have no reason to stay anywhere else if I'd visit Copenhagen again.

I think the only surprise was the shared bathroom, which only consisted in 1 shower and 1 toilet. We expected a bigger shared bathroom with more toilets and showers since it is shared by many rooms. However, we didn't really have a problem waiting too long or something, so I didn't lower the score for this aspect. I just thought it's important to know tho.

Great location close to the train station and easy access to the city centre. The room was small but very clean, comfy, well heated and quiet (facing inner courtyard) with private bathroom (I totally recommend it). Incredible delicious breakfast with a variety of choices and good coffee. Excellent wifi in the room. Very friendly and supportive staff. I would definitely recommend the hotel for travelers looking for a comfortable and very well located place to stay in Copenhagen. We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel and we’ll be back for sure!
