Our room was lovely, so nice to have operable windows allowing fresh air to circulate. The Coffee tray was a great addition to our mornings, the actual ground coffee was beautiful! Well worth the extra charge if you're not a breakfast person. The clothes steamer worked brilliantly, the bathroom was a good size & well-appointed. Location to Central Station & Metro is excellent. Sweet, flower-filled rear courtyard to sit, enjoy a drink & recharge your batteries.

Our only complaint was that none of the power outlets had USB-C or USB ports. You need an adapter plug for all tech charging....Most hotels have at least one socket with this capability. More efficient travelling globally with leads only.

Staff were very helpful and the reception area had lots of options to just sit and relax in. The drinks available to buy at reception were reasonably priced for Copenhagen too. We arrived to a lovely sweet note from the staff to welcome us to the hotel and to wish my husband a happy birthday.

We had difficulty connecting to the TV in the room using Chromecast. It was advertised as having a telly, which it did, but it was only available for casting from your phone and not all apps worked due to location. This was very minor though and was only one evening we fancied watching something as we were all walked out.

Rooms were not very large but of adequate size, had pleasant Nordic decor. But we were at front of the hotel which was quite noisy with windows open, it was hot and we were able to borrow fans. Shower room only just big enough and water splashed out. We requested daily cleaning because of this. As usual only really space for one suitcase to be open. Comfortable double bed. It was a shame that no kettle was provided in the room although staff at bar provided mugs of hot water on request. Staff kept milk for us in a fridge behind reception. The hotel itself has a pleasant indoor garden area where you can sit during the day or evening, as well as ample seating areas in various rooms on the ground floor. There is a gym but we did not use it. The location was conveniently close to the central station and good public transport, with many other hotels. But opposite is a strip club. We did not eat breakfast - at K195 we thought it too expensive for what we wanted which was coffee and granola. There were a couple of good cafes close by.

We would have liked a kettle in the room and a safe. Seems to be located in/on edges of red light district (but not threatening and loads of other respectable hotels around).

The breakfast choice and quality was a definite 10 out of 10 for both of us. There really was something for everyone and I was spoilt for choice, so to make things easier I had a bit of many items ! The hotel is located about a 5 minute walk from the central railway station. Really good location for central Copenhagen and many restaurants in the meat quarter a short walk away. The reception staff were excellent, knowledgeable and willing to help with any questions or issues.

My only minor grumble was the room that we were allocated had restricted access down the sides of the bed, so there were initially a few bumps and bruises but not all rooms are the same. I soon got used to walking sideways to protect my shins ! If you require room service you need to let reception know before 9.00am, but we only required towel changes which are freely available anytime from behind reception.

Perfect location for exploring the city. Metro station and Tivoli in easy walking distance. Plenty of restaurants, coffee shops and grocery stores nearby. Staff was very nice and helpful. There is also a little bar type thing at the reception where you can buy a small choice of drinks and snacks. The sitting area in the lobby is very nice. We liked to end our day with a cup of coffee and a book there. They also have a rather large outdoor sitting area in the back yard which is lovely. The hotel has a small but well equipped gym.

I will say I've seen cleaner hotel rooms. Bath, bedding, and floor were okay. However, the headboard of the bed, as well as the curtains, had some not so nice looking stains. That said, overall, I would rate it as fairly clean. You have to pay extra if you want an electric kettle in your room to make tea. Personally, I think that the prices for breakfast are rather high. Therefore, we preferred to have breakfast at one of the coffee shops nearby.

The position - approx 5 min walk to central railway station, and 10min to major sights and shopping. friendly reception staff, multiple seating areas for a afternoon/evening drink - competitive prices for alcoholic drinks. comfortable beds and the ability to open windows for air flow!!

tiny room - still have bruises on legs from trying to walk around the bed. very tight!! no tissues in room, no kettle or coffee/tea making in room - cost 100 kr to rent. only scrambled eggs on breakfast buffet - (first world problems) no boiled!!

All the staff at the hotel very extremely nice, helpful, with great energy and always smiling. The room that we booked wasn’t properly cleaned when we checked in so they upgraded us to a suite. The suite was wonderful, spacious and beautifully designed. The bed was so soft and comfortable. We even had the bathtub which was wonderful to use after a long cold day in the city. We also really appreciate the coffee machine and the Bluetooth speaker that was in the room. The breakfast was nice as well with many healthy options as well as fresh waffles.

I think the rooms need to be cleaned better. The fist room we got had a muddy shower and toothpaste stains on the wall. Even the upgraded room we got had hair in the bed, in the bathtub and some really dusty places. While having the hotel next to the central station is really convenient for getting to and from the airport, the vibe is not so charming, especially in the evenings. There are also some strip clubs and erotic shops nearby.

The breakfast in this hotel is maybe the best hotel breakfast you will get, food cooked to perfection, really good quality ingredients compared to other hotels and a great selection of healthy options and choices, we were very impressed. Bathroom products and hairdryer good quality too. Room was extremely quiet and the hotel was very clean, warm and comfortable. Very good location and fairly priced.

The room we had was quiet small, maybe more hangers needed and the mattress was a little soft but these were only small considerations, overall we were very happy with our stay at Hotel Mayfair.

The room and bathroom are spacious, and two people can stay comfortably for 5 nights. The location is ideal, close to the station and a metro stop (we got around easily, especially by metro). Breakfast is truly the highlight, with a wide selection of savoury and sweet foods, but above all, high quality (I would highlight the abundance of fresh fruit). Room cleaning is available on request (at no extra charge), which I greatly appreciated as a "green" initiative.

Very central location. 5 minutes walk to Copenhagan Central Station from which a very efficient transport system operates. The room was relatively small but clean, comfortable and away from any potential sources of noise. We had buffet breakfast at the hotel on the last morning of our stay. There was an excellent choice of good quality food. Staff were very helpful and welcoming.

Everything was really good. We would happily recommend the Mayfair for a city break stay in Copenhagan due to its location and the friendliness of staff.
