Perfect location for exploring the city. Metro station and Tivoli in easy walking distance. Plenty of restaurants, coffee shops and grocery stores nearby. Staff was very nice and helpful. There is also a little bar type thing at the reception where you can buy a small choice of drinks and snacks. The sitting area in the lobby is very nice. We liked to end our day with a cup of coffee and a book there. They also have a rather large outdoor sitting area in the back yard which is lovely. The hotel has a small but well equipped gym.

I will say I've seen cleaner hotel rooms. Bath, bedding, and floor were okay. However, the headboard of the bed, as well as the curtains, had some not so nice looking stains. That said, overall, I would rate it as fairly clean. You have to pay extra if you want an electric kettle in your room to make tea. Personally, I think that the prices for breakfast are rather high. Therefore, we preferred to have breakfast at one of the coffee shops nearby.

All the staff at the hotel very extremely nice, helpful, with great energy and always smiling. The room that we booked wasn’t properly cleaned when we checked in so they upgraded us to a suite. The suite was wonderful, spacious and beautifully designed. The bed was so soft and comfortable. We even had the bathtub which was wonderful to use after a long cold day in the city. We also really appreciate the coffee machine and the Bluetooth speaker that was in the room. The breakfast was nice as well with many healthy options as well as fresh waffles.

I think the rooms need to be cleaned better. The fist room we got had a muddy shower and toothpaste stains on the wall. Even the upgraded room we got had hair in the bed, in the bathtub and some really dusty places. While having the hotel next to the central station is really convenient for getting to and from the airport, the vibe is not so charming, especially in the evenings. There are also some strip clubs and erotic shops nearby.

we had a twin room. it was very cute but beds were not comfy at all for me, mattress was very soft you could get deep in the bed. Location excellent, 5 min walking to central station and 10 min to city centre.

Very central location. 5 minutes walk to Copenhagan Central Station from which a very efficient transport system operates. The room was relatively small but clean, comfortable and away from any potential sources of noise. We had buffet breakfast at the hotel on the last morning of our stay. There was an excellent choice of good quality food. Staff were very helpful and welcoming.

Everything was really good. We would happily recommend the Mayfair for a city break stay in Copenhagan due to its location and the friendliness of staff.

2 singles put together no good for couples No tv channels and google chrome wouldn’t work so tv didn’t get any use which was a shame when wanted to chill . Having to ask for toilet roll and fresh towels as wasn’t a checked

The breakfast in this hotel is maybe the best hotel breakfast you will get, food cooked to perfection, really good quality ingredients compared to other hotels and a great selection of healthy options and choices, we were very impressed. Bathroom products and hairdryer good quality too. Room was extremely quiet and the hotel was very clean, warm and comfortable. Very good location and fairly priced.

The room we had was quiet small, maybe more hangers needed and the mattress was a little soft but these were only small considerations, overall we were very happy with our stay at Hotel Mayfair.

Location is great, close to central train station and the heart of Copenhagen. We basically did not use any kind of public transportation for sightseeing, as everything is close by. There are restaurants and supermarkets next to the hotel. Our room was very well and cosy furnished. The building itself is an old one which contributes to the overall feeling in the facility. Staff were very friendly and well trained. They also have a luggage room in case you have a late flight to catch. Reception is 24/7 and has restricted access after midnight for extra security.

Despite the great furniture and art on the walls, room and bathroom are very small. If you bring big suitcases, there won't be enough space for you and your luggade at the same time in the room. You need to pay extra for breakfast, as well as they do cleaning of the rooms only by request. (we received some extra toilet paper and they took the garbage out without requesting it though) . Walls are tiny and you hear everything from the neighboors, including their speech. We've been lucky enough to not have crying kids next to us. :)

The location for this hotel was great. It is right next to the metro and the Meatpacking district, which has a great nightlife - bars, restaurants and clubs. The room was comfy and warm, which was needed after a long day out in the Copenhagen cold. We opted to get the breakfast, which provided a large variety of items, not just a typical European buffet. As well, the variety of craft beers available at reception was great - the staff had great recommendations and always willing to have a chat.

This is not specific about the hotel, but my Partner and I find Copenhagen expensive. We would typically opt to get a cheaper hotel, but decided to treat ourselves on this trip with a more expensive hotel. But at the same time, we also didn't really have a choice since these seem like typical prices.

Room was clean and comfortable, although on the small side. But that is common with most hotels located at the city center. Bed was most comfortable TV had Chromecast link which we found useful Had a pleasant courtyard Staff were excellent and most helpful Great location. Easy to walk everywhere and a lot of cafés, restaurants and grocery shops nearby

Room could use a kettle for us to boil water. Although we could go to reception and ask for hot and cold water refills; a kettle would have been nice

Nice clean hotel in a good location close to the central station. The breakfast was very very good.

The room is a bit small and everything seems a bit old.
