Nice hotel, friendly staff, good breakfast, great neighborhood

Plastic flowers, room cleaning only in the late afternoon

Wonderful location just a short walk from the main station making it accessible to most any destination with one stop on the train. There are also plenty of amazing nearby restaurants making this a walkable hotel. The vibe is great with wonderful breakfast options or even late night options with a terrific selection of wine. We enjoyed just hanging out at the hotel in the morning and evening. The staff were also very friendly and helpful.

If you are looking for a central location like this, expect loud noises at night. The outdoor terrace echoes up all of the windows and there can be some rowdy guest up late with loud conversations. This woke me up every night during my stay. Also as a foreigner, the price point is to be expected to have a nice vibe and central location in cph. The rooms are a bit small, but it was still comfortable with nice amenities. There is also no air conditioning, but leaving the window open at night had a really great breeze. But loud noises as a trade-off.

Excellent quality breakfast, nice inner courtyard with bar/café, nice bathroom, nice location. Good restaurants nearby, f.ex. KöD and Maple Casual Dining and others.

In summer it's quite warm in the building, especially on higher level floors, so probably you'll sleep with windows open. There might be noise on the some evenings where you have live music until 11pm or parties in the neighbourhood or early in the morning from garbage collecting. The courtyard is very nice, unfortunately the service there was very slow during late afternoon where we gave up twice to order something after a 15 minute wait... The rooms are quite small.

Nicely located hotel. The design in the room and in the reception was fine. I asked for a room at the high floor and with blue color on the walls since I saw such a room at the booking's site and I got it. The staff at the reception was professional. The breakfast buffet was not large but contained the most important things which also were very tasty.

There was no information that the hotel had bike rentals. Hence, we rented bikes elsewhere and it was not possible to put them in a safe place at the hotel. However, it was obvious with some effort from the staff they would have opportunity store some bikes in the yard.

- I didn't like the eco shower thing... water pressure felt off. I live for a good hotel shower. - The room (single) was expensive and didn't come with a desk or with big windows as advertised. I wasn't that impressed with the pricing (and I love design hotels from brands like Hoxton, Novotel etc.) The main reason I give this place a top rating is the staff and location. Maybe double rooms are better.

The hotel interior was really nice, the room was a good size and comfortable for one person. My room was facing a residential area with other apartments, so it was quiet. Front desk staff were friendly and easy to talk to during check in/check out process. The hotel is 10-15 min walk from the central train station and metro, which was convenient for transport in the city.

Nothing, but a kettle in the room with tea or coffee would have been nice to have.

We upgraded our room and it was a delight. Spacious with very comfy beds, lovely and warm and spotlessly clean as was the fully stocked bathroom. The location of Coco hotel is superb - restaurants everywhere to suit all tastes. Approx 5/6 minute walk to train station and a further 6/7 or so minutes further on brings you to the main square. We had breakfast which was limited but more than adequate to start the day - the coffee and fresh OJ is delightful! The friendliness & genuine warmth of the staff is such an asset to this hotel, nothing is too much trouble - a very special mention to Fatima (reception) and Adrian (waiter) - they go above & beyond to ensure your stay is wonderful. The DJ on Friday night was great! There is generally a lovely vibe at all times in the coffee shop/bar.

• Perfectly located right next to Tivoli Gardens and within walking distance of the main shopping streets. • Ionela (Yonella) at the reception was exceptionally kind and attentive, going out of her way to ensure our stay was comfortable and assisting us with local information. • The rooms were stylishly designed and spacious, offering a comfortable stay. • The café in the reception area had a vibrant atmosphere, making it a delightful spot to relax

• The rooms lacked lockers for securing valuables. • There was no in-room phone to contact the reception, requiring guests to use their mobile phones instead. For those on roaming, emailing was the only alternative, though the staff responded promptly. • The pillows were too soft, and a firmer option would greatly improve sleeping comfort.

Fabulous hotel. Travelled with family (tweens) for a short break before Christmas. Perfect location for Tivoli Gardens and exploring the Christmas markets. Loads of really lovely touches - loads of family friendly games in room, super comfortable beds, ping pong room for kids to let off steam, delicious breakfast, really friendly and attentive staff - nothing was too much trouble. We even received age appropriate Christmas gifts from under the tree. Bike hire on site. Cannot recommend highly enough!

Absolutely nothing!

Great location, convenient walking to the city and great cafes nearby. The receptionist who greeted us was very friendly and helpful as we arrived frazzled with our small baby. The courtyard was delightful. The rooms were nicely decorated.

A different receptionist laughed at us on Sunday night when we asked for dinner recommendations- instead of helping us he said “no reservations on Sunday? Good luck!” We didn’t realize dinner happens so early in Copenhagen and most restaurants stop seating at 9pm. This would have been helpful to know at checkin. The breakfast price for hotel breakfast was a little steep for the offering.
