Nice hotel, friendly staff, good breakfast, great neighborhood

Plastic flowers, room cleaning only in the late afternoon

- Great interior design, both inside the room and in the reception area - The best location (if you like cool bars, restaurants, cafées and design and/or curated vintage shops) - Nice courtyard - Great alcohol free alternatives in the bar/café (mocktails & muri). You don't have the feeling of missing out. - Calm vibes - Nice room - The kindest hotel staff - You can rent bikes from the hotel for a fair day rate

- I didn't like the eco shower thing... water pressure felt off. I live for a good hotel shower. - The room (single) was expensive and didn't come with a desk or with big windows as advertised. I wasn't that impressed with the pricing (and I love design hotels from brands like Hoxton, Novotel etc.) The main reason I give this place a top rating is the staff and location. Maybe double rooms are better.

The hotel interior was really nice, the room was a good size and comfortable for one person. My room was facing a residential area with other apartments, so it was quiet. Front desk staff were friendly and easy to talk to during check in/check out process. The hotel is 10-15 min walk from the central train station and metro, which was convenient for transport in the city.

Nothing, but a kettle in the room with tea or coffee would have been nice to have.

We upgraded our room and it was a delight. Spacious with very comfy beds, lovely and warm and spotlessly clean as was the fully stocked bathroom. The location of Coco hotel is superb - restaurants everywhere to suit all tastes. Approx 5/6 minute walk to train station and a further 6/7 or so minutes further on brings you to the main square. We had breakfast which was limited but more than adequate to start the day - the coffee and fresh OJ is delightful! The friendliness & genuine warmth of the staff is such an asset to this hotel, nothing is too much trouble - a very special mention to Fatima (reception) and Adrian (waiter) - they go above & beyond to ensure your stay is wonderful. The DJ on Friday night was great! There is generally a lovely vibe at all times in the coffee shop/bar.

• Perfectly located right next to Tivoli Gardens and within walking distance of the main shopping streets. • Ionela (Yonella) at the reception was exceptionally kind and attentive, going out of her way to ensure our stay was comfortable and assisting us with local information. • The rooms were stylishly designed and spacious, offering a comfortable stay. • The café in the reception area had a vibrant atmosphere, making it a delightful spot to relax

• The rooms lacked lockers for securing valuables. • There was no in-room phone to contact the reception, requiring guests to use their mobile phones instead. For those on roaming, emailing was the only alternative, though the staff responded promptly. • The pillows were too soft, and a firmer option would greatly improve sleeping comfort.

Fabulous hotel. Travelled with family (tweens) for a short break before Christmas. Perfect location for Tivoli Gardens and exploring the Christmas markets. Loads of really lovely touches - loads of family friendly games in room, super comfortable beds, ping pong room for kids to let off steam, delicious breakfast, really friendly and attentive staff - nothing was too much trouble. We even received age appropriate Christmas gifts from under the tree. Bike hire on site. Cannot recommend highly enough!

Absolutely nothing!

Great location, convenient walking to the city and great cafes nearby. The receptionist who greeted us was very friendly and helpful as we arrived frazzled with our small baby. The courtyard was delightful. The rooms were nicely decorated.

A different receptionist laughed at us on Sunday night when we asked for dinner recommendations- instead of helping us he said “no reservations on Sunday? Good luck!” We didn’t realize dinner happens so early in Copenhagen and most restaurants stop seating at 9pm. This would have been helpful to know at checkin. The breakfast price for hotel breakfast was a little steep for the offering.

The staff were very friendly and within the first hour they knew our names and room numbers. And went out of their way to assist us with a wellness check on our elder family member when he didn't answer the door. The "family" room with two separate sleeping areas was ideal for our family so everyone had a bit of privacy. The neighborhood had plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby and very convenient to the central train station.

Nothing - all was fantastic

Staff were very helpful. Bed and linen were lovely and comfortable. We could open the window, which we liked as we do not like hot, stuffy European rooms. Very easy to get to from the station. Happy hour with a free glass of wine a real bonus.

No coffee in the bedroom, and coffee is very expensive to buy in Copenhagen. Not even one shelf to put clothes on. Staff were very helpful with information about trains but we had to leave very early to catch a 6am flight, and nobody told us that the station is locked at that time. Fortunately a kind local guy helped us - we had to go around the side of the hotel and directly onto the platform - but it would be good if staff could inform guests of that. Not mad about "wet room" with half a shower curtain.

The hotel is in a very nice location not far away from the main train station and it's a nice and relaxing walk from the city centre / main shopping streets. The staff were exceptionally friendly and everything went without any hiccups.

Disclaimer: This is mainly my own fault for not reading right … I booked a superior double but had the pictures of the junior suite in my mind so i was a bit disappointed to arrive in a – still nice – room that didn't look like the one on the pictures.
