Location and bed

very inconvenient, small in width and very high steps, it is extremely difficult to climb with a suitcase. there is no elevator, no help was offered. it was very dirty in the corridor for 2 days, I could not enter my room normally, because towels from other rooms were lying everywhere on the floor. there is no kettle in the room, they did not want to find one even for an extra payment. very noisy neighbors and workers cleaning neighboring rooms

Convenient location in a central part of Copenhagen. The room was very clean and tidy. This was an easy walk to the main rail station and to many sites in Copenhagen.

I didn't realize how tiny the room, including the bathroom, was until I arrived, although it was very tidy. The ceiling was slanted, which made the room seem smaller. The bathroom sink was located in the shower, which was also shared in a picture.

The location was great, Lidl just around the corner, central train station 10 minutes by walk. The room was cleaned every day, they even changed the beds sheets.

The door of the room was pretty heavy and make a lot of noice while cloasing, also the windows was thick and the outside noise was easily heard.

- reasonable hotel for low cost budgets - the hotel is pretty much in the center of Copenhagen - the staff was extremely helpful - clean towels and extra shampoo + bath soap were provided daily if needed

- no lift, and my room was on the fourth floor - there were no shelves nor wardrobes for my clothes - everything else was fine

- among the cheapest options on my dates - both very central and close to the conference center I had to work at - professional staff

- I know it is asking too much for this cheap option, but a lift would have helped a lot, to get to my room on the third floor

Everything was great this time. The hotel took a large step forward and it is now very fast for check in and check out (if you do the online check in) and the room was very clean and comfortable.

No lift, ok wifi. Still, I knew that already, and it did not impede me to have a great stay at the property. Do the online check in!!

The desk clerk was very helpful and friendly. The family room slept 3 comfortably. There was a carousel in the lobby with tourist info cards. Good shower pressure.

The room was clean, visually pleasing and functional. The location was conveniently near the Central Station and a 10 minute walk from the main square. The shower room was clean and the towel was replaced every day. I was warm at night and the TV set was good quality. I had a view of the street from the window. The staff were friendly.

I didn't discover how to lower the window blind so I turned the light off when I needed privacy. There was a potential for mould to build up in the shower cubicle although this wasn't yet an issue. I had to take my toiletries off the shelf to prevent them from getting wet when showering.

The room temperature was not right. The electronic key did not work smoothly. I couldn't get into the room after the coffee was out in the morning. I had to waste about 10 minutes until I managed to contact the staff and get a new key.

Everything about the place was ok, location was great, staff were good, facilities excellent and it was super clean. Restaurants were many and varied around and the option to pay at property was an additional perk.

No lift but the property mentioned that. They can do better with a concierge service to help guest go up to their rooms. The current practice of letting guest find their way up to their rooms is not the best.
