There are many Scandic in Copenhagen, this was in a great location by river, and 5-15 min walk to sights. This location is a large tourist hotel. Big breakfast. Room size was fine for 1 or 2 for a short stay. Comfortable bed, good shower. Friendly and helpful staff. Easy access to metro, trains, and hop-on-off busses.

the location was perfect in the heart of the city ,3 minutes away from train station vesterport(togbus) that you can move everywhere!!!! 5 minutes away from tivoli gardens. the hotel is surrounding by cafes ,restaurants and stores!! the breakfast was pretty good the staff was amazing ,polite and very helpful,especially Mr.Andrew that helps us in some problems that we got with the check in process., and also very helpful was and Mr Saimon that gives us sea view room.

i didn;t like the breakfast box(take away) was extremly poor We had a problem with the check in process. The room had not been paid while we had updated card( via booking.com)The problem with the help of Mr. Andrew was solved but as a physical presence I was charged money from my bank in payment.

Plentiful, varied breakfast with options for the whole family. Very comfortable bed with an amazing view. Staff were fantastic, always ready to help and provided tips on the use of a PlayStation in the kidszone in the soft play area. Exclusive use of a lift for the 18th floor made us feel quite special. Major plus from us for the waffle maker too - ingenious!

Our door didn't tend to close properly, without needing to be quite firm with it. The coffee and tea making facilities in the room were very lacking. Creamer powder which is very very old fashioned. The selection was quite poor too. Surprising from a country that has an amazing dairy industry. Mini fridge wouldn't go amiss also. Shower also needed servicing - shower head was spitting all over the place.

A fantastic location, right by central station and metro stations and very easy to get to from the airport. Room was absolutely fine, although WiFi was very patchy in the room (no issue at all in the breakfast room or reception) Breakfast was good with lots of choice. You have to book your time in advance, but that's not really a problem. Staff were great and helpful. Slight issue with leaving baggage. When I asked was told it wouldn't be a problem, but then at check out was directed to pay lockers - however when I challenged this was able to store for free. Clean, comfy and on the 17th floor, a great view!

Clean and comfortable. Good transit hotel to the ferries!

No restaurant and about 1klm walk to the nearest open one.

The staff were friendly and helpful and the location of the hotel was great - you could easily find many shops and attractions nearby. The hotel was in a very central location and within a very walkable distance from many places, including public transport stations. The breakfast included had many options and the quality seemed good.

The bed could have been a bit wider for a 2-person room. The size of the room was okay, but a little extra space would've made it even better. It would've been nice if the TV was straight across the bed and not at a 90 degree angle (you can't really watch TV from the bed).

The room was clean and spacious and the staff were helpful and friendly. The location was great; we could walk to all the attractions we visited in the city. The rooms were well sound-proofed and we didn't hear any noise from neighbouring guests. We would stay again.

When booking, we requested the sofa bed to be made up and also a cot for the room. I also messaged before our stay and both requests were accepted. When we arrived, neither had been set up. Housekeeping were very quick once we let them know, but it wasn't ideal when we arrived late at night with 2 small children. It would have been useful to have a small fridge in the room.

Breakfast was great. The location was good. Front desk staff were welcoming.

One dissatisfaction was related to the fact that, upon inquiry from your front desk about whether or not we wanted room cleaned, I responded "yes". However, the room was never cleaned. I even inquired of a housekeeping staff who gave me an indication that it would be cleaned and it never was. Additionally, the quality of the towels was very disappointing. They were very thin and I expected more when paying more than $300 per night. The addition of wash cloths also would have been nice.

Great location and great breakfast buffet. There is a kids play zone where you can enjoy playing with your little ones.

In my opinion it's overpriced, there are not so many utilities in the rooms to be a four star hotel.

I have previously paid more for less in other cities. For the price per night I paid you would get an attic room and no breakfast. The cost (which included breakfast) I could not fault. The options at breakfast were second to none and could not fault in any way. So much choice and all fresh and top quality. The hotel iteself was spotlessly clean throughout. The room was bigger than average and plenty of space for a family of 3. Every member of staff was incredably frienldy and helpful when needed. The main reception had space to sit and relax with absolutely no prosure to buy a drink from the bar. The location of the hotel was perfect. Less than a 10 minute walk from the central train station and likewise to walk to the old town (5 mins for Tivoli). We were luck enought to have a room facing the lake which was amazing. There is great left luggage facilities for variing sizes as required, which was easy to use and made it perfect to make the most of our last day (later than average checkout too). When, not if, we return to Copenhagen this will be my first choice.

Absolutely nothing at all. I have no bad comment let aloan any recomendations to what could have been done better. Please carry on wha you are doing as you are doing it extremely well.
