The water shut off both days we were there

Most things was according to standard required for number of stars. Great part was a brekfast which I enjoy very much. Great choice of fresh juices, nice choice of meal, and something I realy like is fresh soft bread.

There's nothing realy to put into "didn't like" basket. One thing was unfavorable. Hotel is near rails and you can hear a train at late night when you want to sleep. It is not my deal breaker, I can sleep pretty hard, bud for someone it could be a little problem.

The room and bathroom are very clean, the tap water has no odors. There is a kettle, instant coffee and tea in the room. There was also a fan in the summer, which really helped when you wanted to sleep with the window closed. The TV only shows channels in Danish or Swedish, but the internet in the room worked well, so there was no need to watch TV. The bathroom has all the necessary toiletries - from liquid hand soap, shampoo, shower gel to hair conditioner and body lotion. The breakfast is good, a lot of different food choices, only coffee is served filtered from a thermos, not a coffee machine. So there are no cappuccinos or other choices - only black coffee and milk next to it. The hotel is in a very convenient location, a few minutes walk to the Town Hall Square, close to the central railway station and Metro stop, grocery stores (7Eleven, Rema1000, Netto), Tivoli Park.

My room had windows facing the street and the railroad tracks, so it was very noisy when the windows were open. On the other hand, the windows had such good sound insulation that you couldn't hear any noise with the windows closed. Also, earplugs were provided.

Upgraded to a bigger room at no extra cost. Nice big bed. Nice reception staff.Very good breakfast. Convenient for the train.

Was expecting satellite and cable channels. Very disappointed this was not the case and nothing was even in English. One of the chambermaids, a young Asian girl ,was surly and rude and often did not top things up properly.

The location of the hotel is excellent. I very much liked the breakfast, where everybody could find something they like to eat. 24/7 reception desk helped me in regards to late checkin, and checkout was available till 12:00.

The water pressure in the shower was a bit too low, which made it a bit more difficult to clean thoroughly. The duvet could be a bit wider - especially considering I was visiting alone, so I'd appreciate it instead of the second duvet that I had no use of. The above wasn't a game-breaking problem for me though, merely small nuisances.

Very easy to access all parts of the city on foot with information bureau close buy. Beware of bikes as there are a lot and easy to get in their way if not looking carefully. Railway station nearby too.

Information to hand on room and hotel in hard copy. I did not have access to scan on my phone. Need only be in paper format not fancy, costly brochure. Unable to work out heating controls

The room was very nice and well-appointed, with all the facilities I needed for a comfortable stay. The best part was definitely the location—right in the city center, which made exploring Munich incredibly convenient. Although there was some noise from the nearby tram, it wasn't a big issue for me. Overall, a fantastic experience, and I would happily stay here again!

The sound of the nearby tram could be heard in the room, which might affect light sleepers. Additionally, hotel slippers would have been a nice touch for added comfort. Aside from these, everything else was great!

So happy we found this gem of a hotel. Hotel is in a great location, we walked with cases from train station to hotel-no need for taxi. Reception was very welcoming to us and gave us a run through of where we was located. Room was super spacious, bed so comfortable, bathroom-huge! Shower was so powerful. We had great sleep each night due to the fact the bed was super comfortable and you didn’t hear any noise from outside or the other rooms. Would highly recommend and stay again. Great base for anyone looking to explore this beautiful city.

Great Location a short walk from Central train station and Tivoli gardens. Staff very friendly and helpful with a 24/7 reception. Breakfast caters for most diets with a good choice of dishes , and dining room has plenty of seating.

Beds are very low so difficult to get out of for older people. Room cleaning done very early whilst you are potentially still in room , this can lead to beds not being made up or towels changed. Shower was a bath/shower so again difficult access for older people, would prefer walk-in shower.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Like everyone else we interacted with in Copenhagen, they spoke excellent English. We had a room on the top floor which included a balcony and views over the centre of the city. We made good use of the balcony each morning and evening. The buffet breakfast was tasty and filling, and was available for a nice long time each morning. Just thinking about it makes me want to be back there now!

The location of the hotel is excellent for access to the city of Copenhagen, and very easy to get to from the airport. Unfortunately, being situated on a busy road and next to a busy train station, and due to the elevation of the room and curvature of the main road, there was a lot of urban noise. We soon filtered this out though, so it wasn't a big problem, and would be common to any other establishment in the area.
