It was close to everything we wanted to experience. The staff were wonderful. The bed was comfortable and shower good. We enjoyed Josephine’s to end our day each evening. There are good places to eat nearby.

The only negative has nothing to do about the hotel but the venue across the street. Thankfully 2 of the 3 new nights we stayed the music was done by 9:00 pm which is usual. The first night (a Saturday) must have been a special event as music lasted much longer and had that loud bass beat that is hard to ignore. Our room - 1102?- was on the street side (front of hotel) so perhaps a room in different section would not be impacted as much. We would probably still consider staying again as we liked the location, staff, and room.

The location of the hotel was fantastic. We were able to walk all over Copenhagen from this Hotel. We stayed in Room 6604. It was spacious, luxurious towels and bedding, coffee machine and views from the balcony. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The original architecture in the hotel was elegant and the updated interior design very stylish . The bar area was gorgeous, all the lounges in the public areas very comfortable.

The neighbour. We stayed Friday, Saturday and Sunday night in May. Located over the road is a live music venue called the Pumphouse. From 5pm - 9pm each of the days we were there they played loud music which equated to a constant douf douf in our room during this time. We certainly did not enjoy sitting on the balcony and having a quiet drink while they were operational. Which was one of the reasons I booked this room. Earlier in the day you are out exploring and after 9pm it was still chilly in May. The best time to use the outdoor area was spoiled by the neighbour's music. I am not sure if the venue is open every night, but it certainly detracted from a comfortable stay in the hotel. Breakfast was fine, but not special.

We got the quiet room facing away from the street. This is great as it eliminates the noise coming from the outdoor concert venue from 3 to 9pm on weekdays. To be honest most of the time we were out during this time so the music did not affect us in any way. The room is small but very well thought out with lots of storage and shelving. The hotel provides several types of pillows which accommodate all kinds of sleepers. The bathroom was fantastic with a nice walk in shower. Again small, but very functional. The bed was very comfortable and blackout blinds ensured some very good sleeping. The windows could be opened which is nice to get some fresh air.

Everything was great, nothing to complain about.

The hotel location is very convenient to walk to many of the sights, museums and Tivoli Gardens. For those not wishing to walk everywhere, there is a nearby train station and buses. Transportation is convenient as you use your credit card to purchase tickets before boarding. The hop on hop off bus system was also very present throughout the city. We elected no breakfast at the hotel and found convenience stores, supermarkets and small cafes nearby. The staff at the hotel bar were friendly and helpful at providing ice to take back to our rooms or to fill our water bottles. The room was spacious and comfortable. The only drawback was a single chair in a room for two people. We asked at reception but were unable to get a second chair. The air conditioning controls worked well.

The very noisy bar with outdoor music venue across the street plays their music so loud that it flows through the very good soundproof hotel windows on the street side. We had our room changed within 5 minutes of arrival as it was impossible to stay, especially for 3 nights. We were then given a room on the opposite side of the hallway from which we no longer heard the thumping and cacophony. The view on that side is terrible but the quiet was much preferred!

Strong wifi, comfortable beds, good shower pressure. Room was very cozy! We were on the street side and we didn’t hear noise at night, maybe because we slept with the fan on to circulate air. Service was good, we were able to check in to our room around 1pm and that was appreciated after a long red eye flight. Location of hotel was perfect…easy walk to Tivoli Food Hall and Train Station and easy walk to explore the city. There are 4 hotels here with 1 central Lobby.

I didn’t like that you didn’t get housekeeping service if you didn’t put the sign on your door by 9 am. It seems like a simple request, but we didn’t want someone knocking on our door that early to clean. I should have asked for more clarity around this. I would stay here again!

Bed was a bit soft but very comfortable nonetheless. I usually like a mattress that is more firm but my bed was good. Pillows were very comfortable. Breakfast was good, everything was fresh (breakfast is a bit expensive per person). Extremely convenient location in the center of the city, near everything. I loved my room. Very clean, very stylish. I was meeting my son and his girlfriend who were also staying here and the hotel gave us two adjacent rooms which was very appreciated. The workers at this hotel were very friendly and helpful. We asked for a teapot for each of our rooms and they brought them very promptly. Train station only a short distance away so no need for a car.

No slippers for the room, no shower cap for the shower. No complimentary water for our rooms.

Location at the heart of the city, with several places of interest within walking distance and metro and bus easily accessible. Staff was really accommodating and helpful. Our room was very spacious, bathroom on a smaller side but fine for one person and unlike many hotel bathrooms, the water isn't spraying in all directions. AC is quite efficient.

There's quite a few pillows on the bed but all the same quality/denseness, would be nice to have different sleeping options. We did hear a couple ambulance sirens in the night as the hotel is close to one of the most central streets, so be mindful if you're a sensitive sleeper.

The property is in a great location for getting to and from airport and within walking distances from all the sightseeing of beautiful Copenhagen. The hotel was very clean and all the staff were very friendly. Having the bar at the hotel was great for having a night cap after a long day walking around the city.

Although the rooms were very nice, we would have liked some additional storage for our clothes, there was one small wardrobe for the two of us with no drawers or shelves in the room to put items of clothing, we had to leave the majority of our clothes in our cases. It would also have been ideal to have a larger shelf by the sides of the beds for water, phones, tablets and other items that I like nearby at night.

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The desk staff guys are kind, welcoming, elegant & helpful. The location is excellent for anyone just being a tourist in Copenhagen. It is a 7 minute walk from the Central Train Station that in 14 minutes takes you to the airport. Or you can take the metro (one change only) to/from the airport; the metro station is closer but the overall trip takes longer. I suggest the train. Splurge for a room with a balcony, especially if the weather is good. I used the balconies constantly. There Illy express machine was amazing & the room was a proper size with a comfortable cushioned chair. The outdoor furniture (for your private terrace) was solid, attractive & quite comfortable (for being solid iron). The breakfast is unsurpassed! It is varied and abundant. Everything from hot food, to baked goods, juices (good ones), cold cuts, cheeses, yogurts & any coffee type you like. The jams & cereal were great; on, tons of fresh fruit (not green). The Wide Hotel is interesting in that I think it is a group of different hotels with one central lobby & one shared front desk. The desk is staffed 24/7 and the security is excellent; no one passes without being seen by front desk staff. This was my first visit to Copenhagen & I picked the perfect hotel. I could tell it’s popular, so book early & get the balcony rooms on the top floor. I saw some of the YouTube videos & I was worried. The rooms on YouTube looked so small but nicely designed but that was NOT the case with my room; it was AMAZING! Any questions? Just ask. I’ll post pics as well.

Loud Music venue across the street. Lloyd during the day with live music. Hard to take a nap.

We had a great stay at WIDE Hotel! While our room wasn’t quite ready at check-in, we were able to store our luggage so we could head out and explore, which was appreciated. One small suggestion: it would be great if guests accessing the luggage room could use an alternate route rather than the hotel’s only (and very small) lift — there were often long queues just to go up or down. Our room was very comfortable — the beds were incredible, and the underfloor heating in the bathroom was a lovely touch. We didn’t try the breakfast as we preferred to eat out, but we did visit the bar in the evenings. It had a great atmosphere but could definitely benefit from an extra staff member. One young, dark-haired bartender seemed more focused on chatting than serving, which made it tough to get a drink when the bar was full. A big plus: the complimentary umbrellas! With the unpredictable weather, they were a lifesaver — especially since a couple of us forgot to pack one. Check-out was smooth and hassle-free. All in all, a great experience with just a few areas that could be improved. Would return!
