We were pleased to have rooms on the rear side of the building, meaning there was no noise from traffic. This meant that there was only a view of other buildings, but that was fine for us. Very good and varied selection of hot and cold food for breakfast. Was quite busy at breakfast, but the system of choosing a time slot worked very well. Thought it was good that there was a sign every day with information on how many kilos of food had been thrown away the day before to encourage guests to only put on their plate what they really would eat. We chose a room with an additional sofa bed because we wanted more space. Glad there were only 2 of us in the room because for a family it would have been very tight. Location is good, with about 10 minute walk to metro station serving the airport, 10 minutes to central station, and a bit less to Tivoli gardens.

The bathroom really was very small. The washbasin was tiny, as was the space between the washbasin and shower door. Almost no room to stand in front of the washbasin and clean teeth, for example. Glass shelf above washbasin means that you bang your head if you lean over the washbasin. Very impractical. I had read comments about the beds being soft and thought that wouldn't be a problem for me. But in fact I did find them too soft and got back ache.

The location of the hotel was 10 minutes' walk away from Tivoli Garden and Rathaus. Additionally, an S-Station is within a 2-minute walk. The breakfast was adequate. The room was spacious enough, and they've always kept it clean daily. The personnel were extremely helpful when we needed help, both about the city and a medical emergency. In summary, it was an excellent stay.

There was a maintenance on the water supply during our stay; due to this, we didn't have high-pressure water in the bath. Additionally, as a suggestion, it could be better for the establishment to add double-size beds for further comfort. During our stay, there were only two single-size beds. Apart from these, there was nothing negative about the hotel.

The location of the hotel is great for getting to/from the airport and into the downtown area of Copenhagen easily. The street felt safe and has a grocery store nearby. The size of the room & bathroom was great for 3 people. The people at the front desk are friendly & helpful - we even got to check into our room several hours early.

The 3 person room is two twin beds + a sofa bed.. the twin beds were really comfortable but the sofa bed was extremely hard & not comfortable for a long stay. It would be helpful if they added a mattress topper or something similar to make it more comfortable.

The location is good, while not the very dead center, it’s close enough to explore the Inner City on food; also, Vesterport train station is nearby. The room was rather spacious, well-appointed, pleasant and cozy. Besides the bed, there was a desk, a small sofa (which, I believe, could be folded out to sleep a child), a small table, coffee and tea making facilities and even a couple of dumbbells! I appreciated a large number of power sockets. The bathroom was rather small, but functional and clean. The bed was comfortable. I felt the walls were not very sound-proof, but apparently the other guests were quiet, and the street outside is also quiet at night, so I had no problem getting a good sleep.

The WiFi signal was rather weak, may depend on the room. There was no fridge, though apparently one was supposed to be under the desk. I didn’t try the breakfast, as I found it overpriced (alas, everything is quite expensive in Copenhagen). Couldn’t have helped noticing a few scratches, especially on the doors. None of the above was serious, I was very pleased with the hotel.

Everything was great during my stay. The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of options and something for everyone. The staff was friendly and attentive, which made the experience even better. There was plenty of food, so anyone could find something they liked. The room had everything I needed, including a balcony, which was a nice feature. Additionally, the location is very convenient—close to the city center and public transportation, making it easy and quick to reach everything I needed.

The bathroom was quite small, but I managed just fine.

Location was good, walking distance to train station and main town. Room was small but cozy. Staff very nice. Breakfast was good (excellent bread!). Hand weights in the room was a weird but wonderful touch! We all (my colleagues and I all made use of them).

I didn't love the bathroom, which was tiny. Functional, but weird shower and sink areas (and floor got very wet when showering). Tiny sink area didn't have much space for one's toiletries, make-up etc. I had room with balcony (shared with other rooms), looking straight across at other buildings (no view, had to close drapes for privacy).

We stayed for 4 nights, double room. Location was great - metro station 4 min walk. Cafes, restaurants, super markets nearby. 10 min walk from central train station (to/from airport) or via metro line. Room was always kept clean, daily change of towels and room space was good. Super quiet. Breakfast was excellent - lots of things to pick and large breakfast area so there was no crowding. Staff was friendly and ready to assist. Overall a great value for money option.

The shower in our room was very cramped. I understand this is not the case in all rooms.

The hotel is located quite close to Copenhagen Central Station, just a short walk away. From there, you can easily access public transport to anywhere in the city. It took us only 10 minutes to reach the hotel from the airport by train. The Classic Four room was adequate for two people, featuring two single beds placed together and a sofa. The bed and pillows were comfortable, and the heating system worked well. All basic amenities were provided. The staff was friendly and attentive. Strøget shopping street was very close, which was convenient since we arrived early in the morning, and check-in wasn’t until 3 PM. We dropped our bags in the storage room and headed straight to Strøget. Supermarkets were also nearby. For brunch, Social Brew was a great option, and across from it was a café called "Coffee First", where their iced salted caramel latte was amazing. Torvehallerne food hall was also within walking distance. Anyone looking for halal food can easily find halal restaurants in the nearby area, typically within a 10 to 20-minute walk.

Unfortunately, the bathroom sink was too small, causing water to splash while washing our faces. The bathroom also had a constant unpleasant odor. Additionally, there was a blood spot on one of the mattresses, which was quite disgusting.

The Hotel is in a fabulous location just 5 minutes walk from Tivoli, within easy distance of the main station and walking distance of all the main attractions the city has to offer. The communal areas are both welcoming and clean plus there is a large spread at breakfast with plenty of options (both hot and cold). Our room was on the 6th floor, meaning we also had a balcony (a lovely surprise) boasting city views. Facilities within the room also included a Lavazza Coffee Machine, and flatscreen TV.

This isn't necessarily a fault of the hotel directly, but when I first lay down on one side of the twin bed I nearly sank to the floor! It was very soft indeed, and didn't really work for me. The other side was fine however, so I took that. Also, could have been slightly cleaner (a few cobwebs on the smoke alarm) and some parts of the wall had black/scuff marks, so not great on the eyes. Large shower head also could have done with unblocking, as water shot out at all angles rather than straight down.

What a fantastic hotel ! The rooms are compact but clean and have everything you need .The beds were super comfortable and the hotel was cozy at night. The hotel staff are fantastic, so helpful and great with the kids. The breakfast was delicious and plenty to chose from. The hotel is great for visiting all the sights of the city. A 5 minute walk from tivoli gardens and 2 mins from the metro . An abundance of things to do in the area. We will definitely use this hotel again.

Lounge bar did not have much to chose from- wine, beer or cider. would be nice to have a wider selection. But that's based on my drink preferences.
